Okay thanks for the heads up Alec, and Angel and Doctor, I will keep that in mind. I know it will definitely be next week, but I don't know when, if you can do me a favor, please write the days you can attend and what time/

For example:

Friday July the 2nd at 5:00 PM EST time, etc.

As of tomorrow I'm free for the next 2 weeks. I'll be on school holidays, just don't want it at a ridiculas time like 4-5am for me ._. I mean I could do it but I'd preferably not like it D:

Instead of a stupid 2PM eastern time crap can you have a count down :/? It's reallyyyyy hard for me to have ANY idea when s**t is if its in American time, to convert it to Australian time D:

Yes Angel, I always kept that in mind when you told me. Problem is I couldn't find a countdown that's not HTML, which Gaia doesn't support that's why I left a "Watch this spot". I will find one and put it in very soon.

I don't know if I'll be able to on Saturday at around that time. I have hours at the clinic then.

It's not just the main picture I have to take though. I'm going to be taking various screenshots as well.

So you know, if you can't get in there, you'll probably be on other pictures as well. If not we can re-schedule on that Wednesday, that'll be a better idea.

What time in Eastern Time will you guys be able to join us? (I'll have to calculate Angel's time to see if she can show up.)

So don't send the announcement yet please.

Why are you guys even bothering? Haven't we found in the past that it's pointless
to try and get almost everyone together at the same time? It's too much headache for
a fruitless effort. INSTEAD a better idea would be to take updated screenshots of the guild members and
maker a new collage like the one up front. If you feel up to it you could always take peoples pictures at the same stop
separately and then just edit them all together. I've done it with myself. If it's that easy with MSPaint then I'm sure
it'll be easy with Photoshop or some other high end photo editing software.

This is what I'm intending on doing but with a twist. If you want to be in the guild picture, you WILL be in the guild picture. Doesn't have to be in the main one, but one of the pictures hanging of it. I just want the people who participate the most to at least be in the banner, so I'm definitely sure on what to do with that and it incorporates your idea as well.

I just wanted to fit the people who really wanted to come the most. I will be myself, stalking some of you while you're on and taking pictures of what you're doing, that as well as using old 99 pictures of the guild, etc... (When I say old I mean relatively new, in example 3 or 4 months.) That will be today me doing that. So if I see any of you on I will show up just for pictures. [Of course I'll only use minimal, but it's helpful]

--The Guild Banner picture will be taken on Wednesday, July the 28th, I've only got 6 days of membership left and I'm not re-newing it, I don't have as much time to play as I did before, and seeing as the majority of people are members I will have to be a member to go around and take the pictures of the activities.

Right now I'm just figuring out what time will be best for all of you. (Angel for example, lives in Australlia so it's a hassle to figure out.) I'm converting the times right now. I'm looking towards a 4 or 5 P.M. eastern definite. I'll make another post within an hour and Ren or one of the Crew will send the announcements as soon as they see the next post, if that's alright with them.

Pacific - 11:00 A.M.

Mountain - 12:00 P.M.

Central - 1:00 P.M.

Ren I updated all the times in the first post on the announcement, so you can send it out already. I don't know if Angel will be able to attend, I know she really wants to, so if you can't please tell me Angel, I will fix something up so you can be part of it.

Having trouble getting a countdown, wrote one in Javascript and it didn't work on Gaia. HTML doesn't work either. FML... Will update this.

yeh Sydney is 2hours ahead of me, thats 4AM on a school night :/ the max id be able to do is 1AM(3AM Sydney time) or MAYB 6AM (8AM Sydney time)
