Ok, from what I've heared you just need a DVD rom, but a good graphics card won't hurt.
I've changed my mind, I'm getting it on computer! 3nodding

You'll need quite a bit more than a DVD Disc Tray. A good video card is a neccesity. The graphics on this game are going to be unparalleled for quite a while, even on the Xbox 360. In that sense, you would need more than just a good video card, as well. You would need an excellent video card.

Gimme a direct link. I might be wrong, but I've never really trusted EB Games' facts. Unfortunately, I'm almost certain that even Bethesda couldn't find a way to fit those graphics into... well... actually, I might be wrong here, as well, but you wouldn't be able to do anything without a video card. If anything at all, the best game you could play is pacman, or pong. Without a video card, games just can't be played.

BIGFOOT~chaser
Computer in my opinion is probably the best thing to buy for gaming, number one because bigger is better lol, number 2 because It has more games than any console xd (at least as for as I know, because the PS2 has a library of about 700 games)

Thousands of games have come out on computer, not all of them good, some exceptionally bad, but I prefer the computer for the fact that when it comes down to it, even the most revolutionary console, will still be a down graded computer.

And it's better for gaming over all, especially in the controls area.

I'd rather have key board and mouse over a controller any day.

He's right, you'll need a DVD drive if the game comes out in DVD format, which it undoubtably will, but depending on how recently you got your computer upgraded, you may need to get a new processor, more ram, memory, upgrade your chip set and your video card. But that's just if you've got a really old computer. A semi-recent, fairly good gaming computer should be able to at least play Oblivion at it's lowest settings.

Maybe...

Lord I'll be happy if that's all it takes, but I doubt it. I see it, and I still say that I doubt EBGames' "facts".

I figure two Nvidia 6600's in SLI mode ought to do the trick (a feature that isn't available with radeon - two video cards linked together for twice the power)

I believe I've got a single Nvidia 6600 in mine, but I know my computer'll be able to run it no problem. Even without the requirements, this thing is a gaming beast. Besides, if it can't run Oblivion, I'll cry, and noone wants to see that.

Trust me, noone.
