A roar escaped Nearas throat as she was kicked. She grabbed one of his legs and brought him flying back with her. She threw him ahead of herself at full force making him fly faster than her.

Max grew his own wings and floated in the sky, ready for Neara's next move.

Blood dripped out of a cut on her head. Shee created quick handsigns. Then inhailed. "Fire Style! Dragons rage!" She exhaled and large black flames escaped past her fangs and fly at Max at dangerous speeds.

Max jabbed symbols almost as quickly as Neara did. "Karyu endan!" Searing flames burst from Max's mouth and met the black flames with the same strength and speed as Neara's. Max narrowed his eyes and his kekkai genkai appeared. As it did, the flames got stronger and started pushing Neara's back.

Nearas chakra tail twitched and her Demons eyes flared up and her flames matched Max's. She created a clone while holding onto her jutsu. Her clone created fast hanndsigns. "Wind Style. Destructive winds!!" The wind around the clone picked up then shot towards nearas jutsu makeing it pick up speed and power. The two jutsu started to push Max's fire back.

Max smiled and let his own fire disappear. Neara's fire engulfed him and a second later, He appeared inside her stream of flame infront of her, unharmed. He raised his palms and his own fire burst out of his palms through the beginning of the stream about a foot away from Neara.

Neara ducked down under the flames then jumped up and clamped down on his neck. Her clone disappeared and her grip on his neck tightened.

Neara grinned, let go of his neck and jumped back. "If you go for the neck you have a better chance at winning." She smiled. "You've gotten much better at fighting. Your very very close to my power. Your already faster than I am and your strength is very very close to mine. Keep up the fighting and you'll beat me."

"I dont like going for the neck. It makes me feel like a killer." Max frowned. Max stepped back and threw 5 Kunais, 3 of them flying towards Neara while the other 2 flew past her.

Neara blocked the three kunai with her claws. "Come on Max you can do better than that."

Max smiled. "Of course I can." The two kunai that passed Nearahad strings attached to them. They swirled around her and caught her into a trap, and Max transfered chakra into the strings, bounding her arms as Max kept a strong, tight hold. 'And if she runs forwards..' Max thought for a second, then looked back at her.

Neara smirked. She took a step back pulling at the strings. three tails appeared as she backed up. "Time to bring up the fighting level!" She laughed and took another step back.

Max released the chakra in his feet making him fly into the air towards Neara. He whipped 3 kunai at her and made his claws grow slightly longer to slash at her when he got into range.

Neara let the kunai hit her then she spun around quickly and slammed her tails into Max's side. She took the metal string off of her arms and blood dripped from the cuts the string made.
