M i s t G u a r d i a n From the moment she was standing up to the second the girl was flat on the ground, The Mist Guardian had said in a calming tone. " Begin. " Then just disappeared from right in front of her, to behind her, in a front flip motion with on of her legs sticking out that collided with her head, dropping the girl back to the ground. It took one full rotation to get Ember on her feet as the girl had been sledged down by her kick. The start point of the training. " You must find your resolution. A resolution is what you desire the most, the source of your determination. " The lessons would get harder from here, just to teach her how life would be as a Guardian. She walked to her front and bent down with a soft smile. " Now get up. We have so much more to do. " Ember said as she stood up straight and began to walk to the shrine, Igniting her flame from her ring and put it in font of her own face.
" Mist; The one that cannot be caged, drifting to unknown parts of the sky. " She then pointed to the lighting ring and recited the duty of it. " Lighting; One that harshly strikes everything and which serves as a Lighting Rod for the Family, enduring the damage. You are the support to the family, the first one in battle that has a head on collision with the powers in front of you. Yet I am the opposite. I stand in the distance as a offense and defense support. I create Real illusions. Illusions that can be felt and endured in. I an weak against physical attacks and that is why I stay back, creating obstinacy for the enemy. " She put out her Dying will flame and looked up at her with serious eyes. " Thus we must find a style to teach you in. " E m b e r [Word Count:320] [Total Count:2445] [All-in-All:8264] [Area:Shrine]

Galimon 3rd Gen. Thunder Guardian - Fuyosaka Mayu My life is not my own. . . Mayu cursed loudly, spitting out a wad of blood and a molar, wiping at her mouth with the back of a gloved hand. She hated being knocked down, and like any man, preferred being beat up by someone fair and square then doing it in a roundabout way. And it was hardly fair that Ember could disappear and reappear when she wanted to. Mayu's eyes were bright, but that didn't mean that she'd be able to find Ember's atoms floating around in the air or whatever it was. 'Is she even human ? Mayu asked herself silently, pushing herself to her feet. 'Seems more alien to me. . . ' She got to her feet, beyond incredulous. If there was so much more to do, then why'd she get knocked over like a lump of. . . mutton ?! Running a hand through her hair, she closed her eyes and released a bottled breath, thinking, 'Cheery thoughts, Mayu, cheery thoughts. Not cherry thoughts, cheery thoughts. Yes. . . Chocolate bunnies. Chocolate bunnies. Better ? Good.' She opened her eyes again, and with a tight smile, watched Ember lecture her. 'Ahh, she's weak against physical attacks, eh ? Teaching me won't be too easy for her, either,' she noted. She twisted the ring on her thumb and watched it catch the light, mulling over Ember's words. She wasn't too good with this thinking stuff, and no thoughts were coming to her. "But there's bound to be someone who has a more direct fighting style than you, isn't there ? And according to you, our roles are completely different. How do you reckon we should do this ?" . . . But I try to make it so it is. M i s t G u a r d i a n Only a smile formed upon Ember's pale face. Her stance looked professional, in sync with her moves and balance. She knew what it took to train her, and for that odd question the young Guardian asked her only made her laugh. " No, it is that we are total opposites that we get along so very well, and are styles of fighting are very similar. For a mist Guardian to attack, they must be strategists; planning, maneuvering, then striking. Same with Lighting. They must know what to do, have a plan in store for the enemy, then make there move. I shall teach you the same steps in a more violent manor, for you Flame is just that. " She began to walk to the shrine, sitting on the edge in a meditation style. " Now, run the path once and meet me back here for your lesson to begin. " A simple task of running so giving her some time become worn down, then a little more thought can be used in the training. By the time they would be done with this lesson, the sky would have turned from a blinding yellow, to a peach painted sky. Galimon 3rd Gen. Thunder Guardian - Fuyosaka Mayu My life is not my own. . . Mayu stared expressionlessly at her current teacher, beginning to understand why the hell it was Ember who was teaching her. She shrugged when Ember was done explaining; running was a good way to start, she supposed. Mowing a hand through her hair again, she nodded curtly before turning around swiftly. She started off at a jog, building speed until she reached the stairs. The path wasn't too long, and she faltered at the stairs. Was she supposed to run down them, too ? She turned around to look at Ember, but couldn't read her expression. Shrugging again, she began down the stairs, which were longer than the path. She slowed down a bit as she ran down the long but short blocks of stone. Huffing, she finally reached the bottom. She leaned against her knees slightly before starting back up, two at a time. She reached the path again and sprinted back to Ember. She collapsed next to Ember, pulling her glove off, and wiped at the sweat on her forehead. Smirking, she questioned, "Okay then, what next ? . . . But I try to make it so it is. [ Word Count : 179 ] [Total Count : 2468 ] [Current Location : Shrine]

Galimon 3rd Gen. Thunder Guardian - Fuyosaka Mayu My life is not my own. . . Mayu walked slowly, cautiously over to her current teacher and sat down next to her. She gave Ember a skeptical look but took the dark blindfold and pulled it on. She had no idea how she was supposed to focus on things around her when she couldn't see anything, but that was alright. If Ember decided to murder her and make it seem like a suicide scene right now - though Mayu doubted she would - she definitely could. Or if a hitman from a different family decided that Mayu looked like she deserved to be hit between the shoulder blades, they could kill her right now without her knowing what hit her. She hated not being able to see, but she swallowed the fact and allowed herself to dwell in the dark light the blindfold provided. She rolled her shoulders, impatient to learn yet not truly knowing why she was sitting here, looking idiotic and blind. All at the same time. It began to take a toll on her after what seemed like five minutes. "Okay, I give up, I have no idea what you're trying to make me do here," she snorted impatiently, furrowing her brow and reaching around her head to pull the irritable cloth off.

M i s t G u a r d i a n " What do you feel underneath you? " She suddenly asked, with own eyes closed, controlling her breathing. She was perfectly tranquil, but her opposite was becoming impatient, she was doing well. " What do you feel around you? " She questioned again just before the wind picked up, blowing their hair around, luckily both of them had short hair so it wasn't in their faces. Ember's ring sat at a stand still on her middle finger, waiting to be activated by a strong power within her. " What do you feel inside? What is it you truly desire at this moment in time? " As a minute ticked by, Ember's flame suddenly blasted out of the ring in a powerful indigo, keeping the same position. " Without taking the blindfold off, answer these questions in your head. " The flame upon her finger kept the powerful light it had, waiting for her to answer her questions and find out what laid at the end of them. Her task was a simple on, but it was something that would take some years. She had hope they would be able to get her flame in just this day. She had the power and the irritation level to do so. Waiting and patience was Embers method, but the one she had for Mayu was the same exercise, but seeming like a more irritating way. Galimon 3rd Gen. Thunder Guardian - Fuyosaka Mayu My life is not my own. . . Mayu tied the blindfold back on and answered the questions silently to herself. 'Beneath me. . . stone. Around me ? Air. Inside ? . . . Flesh ? Blood ? Bones ? This one's a toughie, huh ? What is it I truly desire. . . She smiled tightly as she tried to think of an adequate answer, but nothing came to mind. Mayu pulled a lock of hair out from her blindfold; it was driving her bananas. A couple of moments later, she couldn't help but shiver. Something seemed to flicker before the enveloping folds of the blindfold. Ember's flame ? How the hell'd she do that ? The wind picked up, and Mayu decided - rather spontaneously - that what she wanted most right now was for her to become powerful. And to become strong, she needed her flame. She gasped as something seemed to burn on her heart and sent electric shocks in her body before moving to her right hand, and then to her thumb, where her ring rested. A flicker shot up from it, wavered, and disappeared. Still, it was a hell of a start. Mayu tore her blindfold from her head and gasped, "Holy hell, I did it !"

M i s t G u a r d i a n A bright smile came across Embers face, able to get a glimpse of her small, yet true flame. She had her flame burning large and bright and put it up to her own face, smiling gently at her as she spoke. " That was your resolve. The stronger it is, the more brightly it burns. We will do this again tomorrow, but right now, its late. " She smiled and stood up, cutting off her flame and reaching her hand out to her. " Now lets find Tomoya. He said he was on the mountain so it shouldn't be hard. " She smiled brightly, but she had a small tingle in the back of her head that told her something wasn't right. Galimon 3rd Gen. Thunder Guardian - Fuyosaka Mayu My life is not my own. . . Mayu nodded, pulling off the blindfold and handing it back to Ember. "Does that mean we have to hike over that ?" she asked, raising a brow at the huge mountain that loomed over the shrine. She had already been up there once and had no desire to go back, but if Tomoya was there. . . Perhaps she'd be able to glimpse his training. Perhaps he'd help with this dying will flame thingy. She needed more help than it seemed, especially if they were going to train a couple years' worth of work in a couple of weeks, perhaps a couple of days. She was gonna need every bit of help she could. And hopefully, it'd be a lot.

M i s t G u a r d i a n A wide smile came upon Ember face as she gave a big nod, but jumped very high and landed on a rock. " You have to keep up with me! I'm not going to slow down! " She then jumped up to the top of the stairs and began to run up the path, not even breaking a weak. This would be just an endurance test, seeing if her training wore her off. Ember had been through similar training but as push much harder by a harder coach. But, something worried her at the pit of her stomach.
She felt that Tomoya was in trouble. She looked down at her ring and then back up at the path, dashing at a very quick speed to get up to where Tomoya was before he seriously injured himself in whatever he was doing. Galimon 3rd Gen. Thunder Guardian - Fuyosaka Mayu My life is not my own. . . Mayu spat onto the stone before getting up and scrambling after Ember. Why she had to run so much was definitely lost on her. Not that she usually minded running; no rather, it was probably somewhere near the bottom of her long hobby list. She escaped her former life with her own two feet so she ended up catching up to Ember with little trouble. Mayu smirked; she had obviously longer legs than Ember, even though she wasn't about to brag about being taller. It just mean that she could catch up to her mentor. Which she did. Taking a deep breath, she managed to stay a couple of feet behind Ember. She was shorter than her, but she was crazy fast, and she didn't miss a step.

Joe Alexander =====Sidewinder Rain Gaurdian===== =====Rank F===== Joe walked up to shrine, bag slung over shoulder and grin on his face. This was the first time that he had ever seen a Japanese shrine, and probably wouldn't be the last. This country is supposedly littered with these things. Wonder if I could see each one in a day. He pondered on the thought while walked up to the shrine. He put his bag down on the ground and began to examine it slowly. His usual grin slipped away as he studied the shrine. This always happened when he found something new. His mind focused solely on what he was looking at, a look of peace covered his face, and all other outside stimuli were ignored. He walked slowly around the shrine his hand touching what it could. Without noticing his ring flared to life with the spiked blue flame of rain. As he finished his circle around the shrine he looked down at the ring, "Well look at that. I didn't even try for that to happen." He came back to reality and the flames slowly flickered away. As he sat down in front of the shrine he pulled his bag up to him. He rummaged through it for a few seconds, pulling out the map again along with a pencil. He put an X over the shrine's location and began to circle areas that he wanted to see and places he thought the others might be at. It all came down to whether he cared more about travelling or finding his comrades. "I can't make this decision right now." He put the map away and removed both his guns from their holsters under his shirt. Taking everything out of the bag he would need and placing a towel on the ground in front of him, he began to expertly take apart, clean, and reassemble both of his pistols. It was the only thing that he could do at the moment to occupy his time while he thought about what to do next. He put the guns away quickly, wrapped his supplies gently in the towel, and placed them back in his bag. He stood up and decided to head in another direction, he didn't know where he would end up, just that he would end up there. He smiled at the thought of moving again. I hope they haven't ended up being killed by a local family. Hope Ray can watch that temper of his. He laughed. [Exit] Word count:411 Word count total:777

Shiiba Shecnex - C-rank Galimon 3rd gen - Cloud Guardian Shiiba walked slowly up the stairs as he carried up a box lunch in his right hand. The thousand steps leading to the Great Namimori Shrine, a difficult task for any normal individual to handle. The reason, so that the Shrine can be secluded from the rest of the town. Finally after thirty minutes of climbing up the stone steps. He made it to the top, the Great red gate welcomed him, along with the scene of the abandoned shrine, a peaceful surrounding. Shiiba walked over to the a pair of bells that hung down from a post. He sat down below them, and started to unpack his lunch wrapped in a green cloth with white swirls on it. He seemed at peace at this moment, and he didn't want anyone to ruin that by appearing at the Shrine.

::Sin:: Galimon Rain Guardian "-With death comes rebirth, .-” -.Soon arriving at Namimori Shrine, Sin knew he would be doing something here to pass the time. Even for him to show up, the male would soon find something better to do then go to his shop, once he got word of it being finished an ready for him to use. Placing his hands into his jacket pockets, the male started to walk up the stairs, with a smile on his face, the male soon started to whistle a nice tune, a soothing tune. It was something his mother would whistle to him when he would get ready to sleep when he was a child. Taking his time, the male would soon stop at the top of the stair case, looking over at the other member of the family, who seemed to be ready to eat his meal. Letting out a chuckle, the male smiled before letting out a grin. "Is it really time to slice you to death now. Shiiba Shecnex, Galimon's Cloud Guardian. Nice to meet you out here. Must be nice to be here right." Letting out a grin, Sin removed his hands from his jacket, placing his index fingers on the tip of the hilts of his swords, letting out a deep breath, relaxing himself once more to get ready, just in case things went down with this dude. .- "-With rebirth, their is always Sin..-”
