As A half soaked A.J made his way to the Namimori High school, A.J began to remember the days he spent back in cradle, which was basically a elementary school, middle school and high school, all packed together in one. He strolled along the campus grounds, paying no mind to a group of students that passed him by, it was usual most people looked at him, either assumed he was still in high school, or a drop out, the fact being he graduated a year earlier seemed to have t he opposite reaction that most would get from explaining the situation to others. Always in disbelief urging him to prove himself, time and time again, always leaving a teacher, or a professor in awe to his ability to actually make real life connections to the most trivial of things from sir Issac news 3 laws of gravity, to Albert Einsteins finite collection of relativity seemed to come to A.J as easy as speaking in complete sentences.

At times, he would even be seen sitting down reading a book or two, to some college professor helping explain how to run the class room in a more educational manner without overstepping his boundaries as a kid. But A.J was not one for bragging about what he could, or couldn't do, in fact he didn't even think he was that smart, he just saw himself as a regular outcast, he had the most trouble at making friends, or even getting a chance to speak with others, in a less then normal conversation. No his problems always seemed to come at him one after another, like a barrage of misery that refused to subside from his never ending torment. A.J leaned against the entrance to the Great High school which reminded him a lot of his old high school. Suddenly a loud honk could be heard as a old style black tinted Cadillac pulled up in front of him. As the drivers window rolled down it was no other then his butler, he was ready to take the young man home.

A.J: "I said I wasn't goin- ACHOOOOOOOOOOO to leave until I found someone to join the family."

Butler: "Well Master A.J that may be good in all, especially of a young boss of your caliber, but it would seem that your body is thinking other wise, no would you be so kind to step in the car, their is a fresh pair of clothes for you to change out of, then you can tell me all about your mishaps today."

A.J: "You've been tailing me this hole time haven't you, you know I thought it was the butlers job to at least obey the commands of their masters. Or was I mistaken?"

Butler: "Oh come Master A.J We would hate for you to catch a cold in this weather, after all I could always let you walk home in the cold, and really who would that be hurting more you or me."

A.J arched an eyebrow as circled the Cadillac, his hand glided across the smooth outer layer of the car, it was a beauty after all, he couldn't resist riding in such a marvel. A.J opened the back left car door as he climbed into the back of the car shutting the door behind him. He searched through the bag of clothing that the butler had brought him changing his clothes swiftly, wrapping himself into a new set of warm clothing, and covering himself in a warm blanket. As the car drove off, down the street A.J tapped the man on the shoulder.

A.J: "I know this may seem rude, and all, but what is your name any way, I've been going by face, and I don't even know your name."

Butler: "The name is Jenkins sir, pleasure to be of service."

A.J smiled some what, as he leaned back into the car seat, as they headed back home he let out a loud yawn, realizing that it would at least take half an hour to reach home, and he was in no hurry, so he fell asleep in the back of the car, ignoring the set of speed bumps that Jenkins passed over on their way back home. A.J fell asleep with a smile across his face, enjoying the slight accomplishments that he had achieved today, at least he had made some progress to actually understanding what it took to be apart of such a big time family.

"OH yeah. Now I remember." Akio said to himself. As he continue to walk the hallways. He then start to whistle and sing an song in his head at the same time. "Bingg Botta Bo. Bing Botta Bo" He laugh and notice he saw 2 guys fighting. People started to encourage it. "FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT!" An crown of people said. Akio watch intensly. It was an Tall skiiny guy fighting an tall musclar guy. They was very rough on each other. As they fought, they broke part of the school equipment. The fight lasted about aleast an minute, before they broke it up. The tall skinny guy won. But the Tall Muscle guy mess the skinny guy face up though. "Remind me so much of my old school. I wander what they was fighting about. Oh well. It over so back to getting to my class. But why is it so crowded. I mean it was kinda empty at first." He then heard everybody in the hallway talking about the fight. He then heard this one girl talking to her friend. "That was the best fight of the school year so far. Did you see how he lift that guy and busted his head on the wall? Then he made it seem like it was an piece of cake. Omg Then I had first row seats." Her friend then said. "Yeah but it was kinda short in away. I mean they wasn't even really punching just slamming each other." Akio then continue walking and notices another fight broke out. He laugh. "Ok today must be an fight day or somthing. 2 fight. Back to back now." This time it was 2 girls fighting. "A dog fight, now an cat fight. I crack myself up." He laugh. The girl that was fighting. Was hitting each other the hit look very painful. Their was fight was way too crucial. There was 2 dhorts fighting, one in the yellow and one in the red. The red was winning. But the one in the yellow was hanging it. The girl in the yellow snatch out some of the girl in the red hair our. She kind look bad. Everybody laugh. Akio Burst out into laughing. "HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!" He then try to ignore the fight and try head to class. But then the girl in the red was thrown toward akio direction. Akio easily dodge but was shock. The girl in the yellow try to ran toward akio direction but the sercurity guards got her before she could make it toward the girl in the red. Both girls was carry to the offices and was suspend along with the 2 dudes that was fighting.
Akio then hurry into class. He made it there safely. He then went to go sit down at his desk and pull out some papers and some pencil. He then got out his literature book. Since on the board it said to get ready to work on literature books. Page 469-478. "That alot of work to do today." He then begin to start reading and working. Alot people was talking since the teacher hadn't came in the class yet. But Akio wanted to get the work out the way so he wouldn't fail this year and he could pass on to the next grade, But the questions was long and hard. He constanly was confused. "Dang I can't do this'." He said to himself. "I'm about to either skip through it or just rush throw it. Since the question are mutiple choices. Then there only 3 answer to choose from. I have an 33.33 percent chance of getting it right." He then start to bubble in letters. "Wait this is an test. It make sinces now. No wonder why they all mutiple choices." he then begin to get more serious. As he notice it said on the board. The test is worth 70% of your grade. "Oh snap. 70% this could help me pass if I can pass it. But if I don't. I could fail. But lucky. It said if we don't finish we can take it home with us. That weird. It like she giving us an chance to pass, like it an open book test or somthing. Nobody hasn't even took an chance to look at the board either wait. We missing some students. Oh well it there loss, not mines. I need to take this opprutunity. Then it said whoever got the highest grade on the test will be skip up to the 11th grade. I got to get this. This is my chances." Akio then has this super serious suspicous look on his face. He then start to work on each question thorougly. He even started to check his answers. To see if their right. Akio spent hourly. It was then time to go to lunch but he miss the first 5 minutes, by kept working on this test. But one of the guards told him he need to go eat. When he got to the cafertia he then got his tray but he didn't eat much. He had an sandwhich with ramen and some steaks. He only ate half the ramen and part of the sandwhich and a piece of the steaks and dump his tray but before he did so. Another fight has broke out. This time it was an group of kids fighting. Akio was shock that there was 3 fights so far. But the 3rd was more of an brawl. "This don't end do it." A girl then answer. "Nope, but heck it good. Stuff like this happen ya know." She said so cheerful. "Well see ya' Akio then nodded. "yeah see ya" Akio said with sarcasm an little. Then some how in that second and food fight started. Akio then ran and hide using his tray as an shield. "Well aleast they have fun, unlike my other school." He said in his head. He then watches shockingly as everybody was throwing food and getting hit by food. The people that was in the brawl even join along. The sercurity guards didn't do anything. "I might as well have a little fun then." Akio saw an steak on the floor and pick it up and threw it and hit sombody. Then sombody through milk at him. Then the food fight turn into an 2 sided war. 1st years vs 2nd and 3rd years. Everybody has made some kind of defense. Some tall kid started it off. Akio then took charge like he was leader or somthing. "CHARGE!" Akio said, Everybody starting throwing the remaing food left. It lasted for an few minutes. They then clean the cafertia up and head back to class. Everybody was laughing and talking about what they did.
Akio remember he had to take his test. He then rush to class and notice the classroom was full and there was an substitue teacher there. "Wow everything wanna change when I come back. Ain't that somthing" His fellow classmates laughs. He then sit down.

Akio started back writing and he notices he was half way finish. Why the others was just now starting. They even pair up and work together. A dude with silver hair came up to him. "Akio you wanna work together on this test, since the teacher ain't hear." akio then reply."Well..sure I do need some help." They work together for an while. Akio then ask the guy some questions. "Where the teacher?" The guy replie back. "She stuck at her house trying to get her car to work. Some of our classmen, took her battery to her car, so we could have an chance at this test. If she was here. It would be all over for us. So let take the advantage we have right now ok?" Akio then nodded. They spend the rest of the day working. But nobody was finish with the test. Akio had check the anser he had so far and compare it to the guy he was working with. Then with everybody else. It seem they all had an similar answer. They then started thinking they may pass the test. Akio started to think. I guess I can go to family base and use our library to see if they got anything that can help me on my test. He then start to imagine him eating. He then laugh. "I must be hungry" He chuckle. He then look around and saw some of his classmate gather around each other. He then walk over and heard them talking about the food fight. Akio listening to the interesting conversation. He then started to say somthing but then he stop and continue being quiet. Thinking about the test. The bell had ring, everybody had left the classroom, as akio walked he then started to think. "I'll start own the rest of the test when I get to the Mansion." He then started singing in it head.

The next day during school. Akio was in a hurry to turn in his test. He made it in, successfully. He was so glad that he was the first person who got to turn in there test. Soon after that the rest of his classmates came in and turn there as well. After several long hours, his teacher has finish grading. She has pass the test back out each rightful owner. "The grades are on the back, and as well as, wether you pass this year and go to next year or wether you get skipped up or you fail." she said putting a ton of children in the state of fear. Akio was so scare, but he went on and slowly turn his test over. As he watch other kids did as well, some had horrilbe sad faces, other with happy faces and other with no kind of emotion. Akio was too scare. But he man up and check his tes, but there was no grades. He then had an black face on him. His teacher then tell akio to come here. He then get and walk over. She then whisper in his ear. He then for a moment was speechless. He then stop himself, he stepp out the classrooma nd burst out into joyful tears. "YESSS!" he said. He then walk about in, and hug his teacher. She then dismiss class early. "I pass, and now I'm going to get skipped up by a year." Akio said to himself as he continue walking to the family base. This summer, will be an summer like no other. No school for 2 months. Time to start training.

The area of Namimori High was crowded with students who were walking away from their stressful day of Namimori in their own tight groups, and cliches. Shiiba made his way through the front gates, and into the building while bristling past the crowd of students, and the occasional teacher who felt like sneaking out of school early. Shiiba made his way in the building, and towards the stairwell. His destination, the Disciplinary Committee Head Quarters was located on the third floor. He quickly ascended the stairs, and passed a few people in along the stairs not taking a real note of them. He made it to the third floor, and walked along the halls until he reached his self-pronounced room. He opened the door, and walked over to the single solid oak desk by the window. He took his seat, and swung the chair to face the window to see the serenity of the students leaving Namimori Highschool.

Shiiba heard someone come into the room without bothering to hide their presence. Shiiba stared out of the window for a few seconds remaining silent, and unnoticed in the high brow of his chair. He spun around to face Sinai with his hands resting on the sidebars of the chair. "Anything I can help you with?" He said while taking note of the sweets in Sinai's hand. "So, you're the one leaving those for my Disciplinary Committee?"

The jeep slowly made it's way to the parking lot abiding the highschool's speed limit down to the tenth of the mile. It made it's way to a reserved parking spot with that said disciplinary committee in it. The jeep came to a slow stop, and the driver turned off the jeep. Shiiba stepped out of the jeep, and took a brief look around the parking lot. Seeing there was not much going on, Shiiba walked back to the jeep, and grabbed a small black box out from underneath the passenger side seat. Shiiba started to walk towards the stadium.

Shiiba made it to the stadium in a slow manner. He made his way up the bleachers, and up towards the spectators box. He climbed a ladder on the side of the spectators box to the top of it. He sat there in peace in a place where so little could bother him. Shiiba opened up the black box containing his lunch, and started to eat away at his lunch of white rice with a pair of chopsticks.

Shiiba fiddled away at his lunchbox of simple white rice. He finished it down to little bits of rice left in the corner when Tomoya arrived on the field. Shiiba stood up slowly from a top of the spectator's box. "I wonder if the herbivore turned carnivore yet?" He said as he started to walk down the bleachers in a slow fashion. He had a slight smile on his face as he walked down the steps. "It's time for your punishment." He made it halfway down the bleachers as he looked down towards Tomoya with amusement.
