Kinmaru bowed once more before he started to leave. "Thank you Raikage-sama. None of my skill will be wasted in their training. I assure you of that." Matsuya walked out of the office. He'd start his search for them at the forest. It was one of the clearest places in the village, perfect for training. If he wasn't wrong that's where they would most likely be. It, after all, was where he would be.

 Xemnas turned to look at Kay and sighed. He was quite for a few moments as his mind raced before he looked back up to him,"Actually...there might be....You see,I'm rather low on high ranking shinobi. I truly need more teachers at Jounin+ rank. If you........have the time...And if your village doesn't need you currently,it would be a big help if you could teach some of my students who don't have a person to call Sensei."Xemnas said as he knew it was a huge favor but he needed his students to get the best treatment and training;his village would be full of strong Shinobi soon but they were only as strong as those that teach them."And if you ever want to start your own training,just ask me."Xemnas said smiling as he would gladly show him the fighting style of Kumo if he could help him out with this job.

((For the sake of the rp, I'm pretending there is a kazekage.))
"Well, the Kazekage did send me on a passive mission to travel around and befriend neiboring nations. So here's what I'll do. Give me a genin with either Katon, Doton, Or suiton and I'll personnally train them in one of those elements." "Heck I'll even train him or her in some sand taijutsu," he said excitedly. He was excited because he might be able to mold a spy out of the ninja he trains. Though his eyes betrayed him as looking sincere, he would be plotting the downfall of the ninja world as he worked from nation to nation, weakening the bonds between some, and strengthening them between others. "As for me, how does right now sound?" He asked him.

(( Alright...And we might have to put a 'temporary' close on some villages. So we can at least attempt to have some equal balance between them))
Xemnas rubbed his masked chin as he listened and nodded. Walking over to his charts,he started to look over the people that he had recorded."Well right now......We are full on people."He said as his eyes searched for who was open currently. Kuza-chan might train with me since she's a Chuunin. The Genin have the power of Kinmaru on their side.Annnd.....let's see.....Sachi is open..."I have two people that are rather open that you can train within Kumo."Xemnas said wording his statements perfectly,"There is a girl named Kuza. She's a good girl....no matter what people say. She rather just needs a chance."Xemnas said as he trailed off a little before speaking back up,"And then there is Sachi. She has a very unique clan. She has much potential to be a great Kunoichi from what I've read."Xemnas said as he never seen the girl personally but heard rumors of the girls ability."If you'd like to help them out,it'd be highly appreciative."He said brightly as his eyes went back up to Kay. As,even though he was going to allow him to teach his students as he was in need of help,the Sannin definitely would be watched closely;he promised the last Raikage,that no seeds of evil would ever be grown in the village. The cloud was a proud country;not a place of chaos.

He made no definate changes in expression, but when the girl with a unique clan was mentioned, he nodded as if in understanding. "I see I see," he said as his snake hissed a little and coiled around his arm. He stood up. "Alright then, I shall see to it that these two kuinoichi are molded into the greatest Kumo have ever had," he said proudly.
((Are you going to teach him the art of a controlled disaster? Kinda what I was hoping for. It's fine if not, and which villages 0.o))

(( Well,Controlled Disaster is a style that no one knows about. It's Xemnas's personal style. So Kay will sorta have to gain more trust to get that style.))
Xemnas nodded,"I think you much my friend."He said as he out stretched hand to the Kay's,that was opposite to the hand the snake coiled around."If you ever need anything do not be afraid to ask you friends of Kumo."He said still in a friendly manner as he kept the smile underneath his mask but his tone remained bright.

"Well, I'm off to find your academy student," he said with a smile as he headed for the door. "Be safe," he added with a slight his on his s.
((If you remember what Jiraiya did to Naruto's first teacher, then you know what I'm gonna do to that NPC when I take Secchi under my wing.))

Xemnas smiled and nodded as his eyes showed from underneath his grey bangs,"Hai.........You too Kay-san."He said as the room started to fill up with static electricity. As if......showing that he wasn't too be over-come so easily. As the door closed Xemnas released his little flare of power and took his.....well no puffy seat as he started on his work. Taking a few...glances at 'Come,Come,Paradise' every now and then.

Hitomi stood outside the door a moment. She had never met the kage, and to ahve a chance to train was him a was a great surprise.She finally got the nerve to nock on the door, and not let her nerves get the best of her. She hoped he wasn't busy.

 Rion approched the Kage's office Rion was slightly nervious to ask the Kage for training. Spotting Hitomi Rion grinned "Hey, you know i was thinking what if the Kage is to busy to train us?"
