midas quickly stepped up to Midori "please sir take me with you. I want to complete my training and become a full fledged knight and I know that by just watching you fight I will improve"

Luce looked at Midas and then at the man, Captain Midori. Stepping forward, she asked, "Sir, if I may, what is M.E.S? I've not truly heard of it before." She was now watching him closely, curious about him.

.."well midas..the skills you saw there was me not even trying.the skillz you with to learn will be some you develope yourself...,but i guess i can guide and help you out with some."..he then looks to luce.."well luce M.E.S is a squad at the moment but we were sent by the old owner of the city to rid it of the monsters..hence the name M.E.S or monster elimenation squad."

In the dead of night a mysterious young man was walking down the streets. He heard a loud comotion coming from not to far away. He saw three knight's killing a goblin, of two knights he was indifferent, but the third he showed a grimace. A dark knight, the enemies of light. I must eliminate it at once..... So then he decided to approach the three knights.

Midas smiled "thank you, I know with your guidance I will be one step closer to realizing my drea....." he froze suddenly as he heard a small rustling "Ummmm somethings headed this way" he pointed his gunblade in the direction the sound was coming from but as it drew near it had a clearly human shape so he dropped his gun down "woh don't scare people like that"

Once Rav saw the gun blade, he jumped back a bit before seeing it was a light knight. "It was not my intention. Now if you must, I have a pressing matter top attend to." And with that he drew his bow readily aiming at the dark knight.

Midas saw were he was pointing the arrow and jumped in front of Luce once again aiming his gunblade at him "what the heck do you think your doing?"

"what you think is right? look around you man there are more important things to worry about right now. the city is in ruins and monsters are everywhere and you wanna attack one of the knights who are helping out?" Midas glared at him, although Midas wasn't a full night he was still a better one than this guy if these were his priorities.

"The city is in ruins because of the darkness the flushed in with the mosters, it is only my obligation to destroy that darkness, and all those who refuge in it....." Retuning the glare. "My fate is irrelevant, as long as I destroy darkness that is....." He lowered his weapon, sweat forming on his brow. Man, being chewed out by some person he did not even know, it reminds me of my daysof training.

"ummm you snuck up on us from out of the darkness does that mean you take refuge in it as well?" Midas looked at him making sure that he kept his weapon lowered for the time being.

"No, light bends easily, for its loyal servants. I do not find refuge in the dark confinds of darkness." He no longer felt like a battle was going to follow, so he put his bow away, although he still eyed the dark knight warily.

"look this situation isn't as black and white as you think it is, these monsters didn't just spawn from the darkness, they're living creatures that we need to deal with not try to find someone to blame for making them, thats the first thing my master taught me and as a knight of light I am appalled at how short sighted you are, you are a disgrace to the great men and women who share your title!" Midas felt himself getting angrier and angrier but he calmed himself down and put his gunblade back in his holster. "now either leave peacefully or do your job and help the people of this city"

"I see your point, I myself was taught by that logic during my years in training. I of course have been taking matters into ancient scrolls and theories, all of them linking them to the point of darkness. My true intention was to test a theory of my own. To see if the monsters were linked to other beings of darkness. But I suppose I did go too far. I appologize, as I must be leaving, but sorry for the inconvenience." With that he left, feeling rather childish, but at the same time he felt he enjoyed the conversation.

Luce was about to defend herself when the other knight tried to attack her, but Midas jumped in front of her instead. She watched both of them interact, quietly observing the other. "You don't have to leave. I can offer you three a place to rest at my temporary home. Though, it's probably not as luxurious as other places, it should do," she said, hoping to stop the other knight.
Then turning to Midori and smiled at him. "Thank you for telling me, is there any chance that I could join your group? Being lonely get's to me sometimes, I promise to do my best," she told him, with a smile.
