The character applications are going through me and will stay here, on hopefully first page.I dont entirely know what your saying shigome, if you mean you can start anywhare in the Rp, then yes, any where, but like most adventure stories they have a way to actually go ON the adventure and meet others. So naturally you start where you want.

a week >.>, month...really, its short term, one would think that citizen problems would occur shortly after the unification. so.....shortly after is the answer. so if yiour like avatars child or something, it doesnt really matter that much. because its an rp, like i said im not picky about things like that.

ah okay, then my character fits with the plot.
i was just confused because i saw two characters that have like....10-20 year future skips and I was concerned that I made my character wrong. @.@
