Alright... I'm not sure what to call this, A colorist choice Soquili? I do have a general idea/ theme (almost cosplay but its not) and you can run and play with it as you please wink . I have been Inspired by those Ikrans from avatar. So I would like an Ikran flutter! If its possible XD.
Note: I don't know if you can make the flutters wings like the ikrans without it being a mutant. So I trust your Artist interpretation! Make the wings how you think they'd look good! Ill give you a bunch of pictures and you can run wild with this. (obviously most of the custom is color based and the wings, but feel free to throw in what you think looks good. Im willing to pay all the way to heavy edits if need be just have fun!) I picked the flutter because the ikrans wings reminded me of a bugs.

His body color should be white or really light grey(lighter than the grey in the picture). I'd like the Decepticon symbol in the middle of his wing and turned sideways so it's turned the same way the wing is (If that makes sense. x__x''). Wild mane in dark grey/black with the same color as his body, blue and red for the feathers colored however. Perhaps his eyes glowing a bit?
Hair/clothing edits (if any): The armor doesn't have to be exact to the image and I'm perfectly fine with edits being made for the sake of fitting it to the horse. Essentially, I want a breastplate and armor on back and front legs as well as some sort of face plate. Instead of the snarl, I'd like him to be smirking.

Description: XD; Where do I start? Colour-wise, just copy the refs. Edit-wise, the only extras that should be added (if at all possible) are his small back spikes going all the way down his back/tail, and possibly some extra fins in places. On the ref, it seems like it's mostly the salmon pink fins that would need adding to the Soq, as the other fins I think are just about right on the lines already.
His face should be edited so that he's looking thoughtful, but not smiling. He also has a spiffy beard going on, and a pretty crown. If his head fins could be made bigger like on the ref that would be great. If not it's fine.
The only thing that I don't want following from the ref is his icky brown legs. I'd rather you just do his legs in his body colour, with his grey tummy colour on the insides.

Description: His coat colour is really strange. XD; It's like a purplish-greyish-black...or something. Look at the refs and you'll see what I mean. I'd like his hooves to be done in a slightly darker shade of his coat colour. His eyes should be pure white.
I'd like his wings to look as if they're on fire, if that's possible. If not, then it's fine to just do the feathers in orange/red for a fire effect (Ref 2 shows this the best). I've just realised that none the refs show his tail. His tail should just be done in the same orangey-brown colour of his weird little mane (see refs).

He should have a determined/strong-willed look on his face (see refs). o3o; His mane almost looks like small spikey feathers in the refs, so just follow them as best you can. His tail should be done like his mane, and not be too long.
If possible, I would like his wings to be arched upwards, and be edited to be longer so that they curl down a bit (Ref 3 shows exactly what I want). So yeah, it's really just a case of following the refs.
Other: The background for the cert can just be some random dark sky with clouds, thunder and lightning in it. Underneath the cert it should say "God of War II Cosplay".

Design/Markings:
-A glowing white design around his eyes. (Maybe with a soft pink tint?)

Eye Color: A Light Violet.

Hair Length/Style: It would be very full and long, falling all the way to the ground. It would be straight, with a few strands pulled back. He would have some bangs hanging around his eyes.
