Luce finished and returned to her seat. She looked over at Riley's table and her eyes turned an icy blue. The table froze. She looked away and smiled to herself.

Dean waved his hand and the ice broke down. "You know...destroying property is ignorant."

She holds on to her stomach and laughs even harder. She takes a breath and gets up.
"The table wasn't really on fire," She waved her hand over the table and it turned back to normal. "I just made it seem that way."

Dean picked up the ice and melted it into the centerpiece on the table and sighed. "Sometimes I'm surprised I'm still talking to people anymore."

Luce took the ice away and the table returned to normal. She shivered a little as it returned to her.

Riley looked at the both of them.
"Uhmm, hello?! I just faked a burning table! Aren't you going to yell and/or laugh?"

Who would want to destroy the tranquility of this cafe even further? Luce said quietly. Her eyes burned with an icy fire.
