Ray stayed quiet for a moment before responding. "No...But my mother was killed by poisen so its not something i enjoy talking about."

"That's quite a mishap for you, isn't it then? Because poison happens to be one of my best friends." She held a small clear bottle just to prove a little of her point. But she could generate some poisons out of thin air, some deadly... Some not so much.

Melrose could tell that the bodies of the birds were dead, but the spirits that controlled them couldn't be killed. How can you kill something that was already dead? The spirits returned into the bodies of the birds and they slowly rose again. They went back to attacking at him, and they were determined to kill him. Melrose smirked and flew onto the rooftop of a building. She sat on a ledge and crossed one leg over the other as she watched her ravens attack again and again. Pissing them off only makes it harder for them to just give up. she thought as she chuckled to herself.

Redemtion withdrew his sword and a wave of darkness bursted. The birds dissapeard and everything around him burned. The trees fell to the ground cut, slaughtered. The people were launched back and hit the ground. He sighed and slid his sword back.

Melrose grinned as she watched what had happened. Her claws slashed against the concrete of the building as she stood up on the ledge. She turned quickly and walked away as a raven flew by her side again. She jumped off the rooftop and landed on her feet as she then walked off away from the boy. She saw what she needed and now she was done with him.

Fun thing is, Jaxmine really stayed in place. She didn't succumb to power playing such as that. And really, she was getting quite bored. Couldn't there be somebody who played somewhat fairly? I mean, sure, they're all stuck there... But jeeze. This was pointless.

Feeling the dark energy from the spirits, and snickered fluttering over and absorbing their energy. Landing with a very light thump, she giggled as her long curly hair settled down against her face. "My oh my. What do we have here?" She asked, her voice light and childish, and very enticing.

Xeanai frowned when she realized she was just a tad bit late, missing the fun. Even if she had acquired more energy from the spirits, she was still bored. Noticing the boy that seemed to have instigated the 'trouble' from before in the grasslands, she began to make her way over there, for no particular purpose.

Danni jumped when she heard explosions, she turned into her cat form and ran. She ran until she found a tree and bolted up it, her claws digging into the bark, and holding her onto a branch. She was breathing heavily, and her small brown fur covered body was shaking, causing the thin branch to tremble and almost break.
Vance caught himself as he almost fell out of the sky. He looked around for what startled him and then sighed as he heard firecrackers. He looked forward and saw a small brown cat stuck in a tree. He flew towards it and pried it off the branch, right before it fell. "You're lucky little one," he said as he placed the cat on his shoulder. He turned and flew towards sounds, wincing slightly as the cat's claws dug into his shoulder.

A frown crossed over Jaxmine's features as she realized the fun was over. Well. That wouldn't do, now would it? She sighed, and placed the tiny bottle back where it belonged. Now, if I told you where that was, it wouldn't be much of a secret weapon, now would it? It's not like her sword, which honestly hides in plain sight... In that bottle, actually. So, I guess they are the same, aren't they?

Xeanai suddenly stopped and whirled around, looking for the source of the unfamiliar presence, the thing that made her stop. Xeanai didn't much like surprise visitors, and was always wary around things she couldn't see, but could feel.
