TaroPsyche Im thinking that we should atleast think about and plan on some topics that we have already discussed. For right now the only thing I can think about that I want to do is sub-forums. Im thinking of three sub-forums that would truely keep the guild nice and tidy. Games, Help and Chatterbox. The meat and potatoes of the site would be kept in the main guild and all the junk, like the multiple make-out rooms, yaoi yuri pic posters, would go to chatterbox. The I want a boyfriend/girlfriend, Help me to determine if im really bi/gay/curious would go into help. Finally all our game related forums would go into games. This would help since we could move offenders to the proper place instead of locking or deleting, since that never seems to stop anyone from doing it sweatdrop .

And that sounds like a great idea indeed.
The guild account, is that the donation thing you see when you're about to enter the guild?
I mean, do you have to donate to it from there?

Yah, you can donate on the front page and that goes straight into the guild account. It even says how much is in the guild account. So a few sub-forums wont put a dent in our finances xd sweatdrop

60K is nothing to sneeze at - That's plenty enough to make the Sub- Forums and what not (Heck, its enough to make three more guilds if it belonged to one person!) This little Spring cleaning idea is gonna be taken care of in no time with that much cash!
...although the lack of captain-ish involvement does put a damper on things... *ahem* ~Cue Captain's Entrance~

I can just move crap around and not have to worry about which ones get deleted and which ones have to be locked. Cause I just am not sure how to go about informing users what's acceptable and what isn't. Im not so touchy that I cant accept everything, but it annoying when things that have been outlined in the rules get violated rather easily and quickly sweatdrop .

Another thing im thinking of is to have BUMP banned in the main forum, but all sub-forums its ok to BUMP. I dont know if this is being to picky, but it seems like that if the major stuff is going to be in the main forum, then BUMP is a waist of time unless you have something to say 3nodding

Thats exactly it. It just seems that if you delete or lock one thread, three will be made by the time you realize it. So im just figuring if we have a everything goes sub-forum AKA Chatterbox then those people wont feel like they are violating the rules. Now, this only apply' to movable threads. If a poster posts in a main thread that is smoothly going, either that post will be marked as a violation if it holds applicable information in it. If its just a BUMP or something of that caliber, then the post will be deleted. Now this is not an excuse of members to think that everything goes here. I just want people to be reasonable, respectful and have a good time. Unfortunately everything has rules, cause rules keep us grounded and make us understand what we can and cannot do. Im also thinking of dividing up the stickies and having a RULES announcement thread with just the rules and a small directory to point things out to people. Also some of our popular threads will become stickies in their new sub-forums since they have been going on for so long. Im hopping that half of our stickies will be moved to make the guild feel cleaner and not as crowded as it looks right now.
