"Those that don't know fear don't know what a battle is."

Talking a stroll down the mountain, a somewhat large figure paced down the mountain trail. " Such a beautiful day." He said looking to the side of the trail; he spotted a flower, a very odd one at that. The flower was a cream-like color, just like the man's hair; but on the center it had some sort of red droplet. " Well what is this...?" He asked himself looking at the flower. He examined it for a few moment; things like ' I've never seen this flower before' and ' maybe it's a new species'. He bent down to see if the could find some other flower like that one, looking on to the ground he began crawling and got to close to the edge without noticing, and with one rash movement, he shifted his weight and fell down the ledge, tumbling down to an area where he'd never seen before.

" Ow... What the hell happened?!" He growled closing his fists before examining the area around him. " I'll freaking level this mountain for that!" He continued growling and he stomped the ground and looked down. " More of those flowers." he mumbled seeing the flowers scattered around him. " These sure are beautiful." He said looking around, hearing the sound of a waterfall crashing down. " I've never been to this part of the mountain..." He said walking around the flower field, none of which had the red spot that the one he had found first had. " Well this blows." He said somewhat irritated, but as he continued looking around and he found one which also had this red spot. ' A mutation maybe?' He thought, and then he saw a pattern on those flowers which seemed to be leading to some bushes, which the man followed.

With the path of flowers, the sound of the waterfall got louder; from the faint sound he heard in the beginning, to something of a small waterfall getting ever closer. As he got closer to the waterfall he saw more and more of the flowers and eventually he got to where the waterfall was, but something wasn't right... The edge of the waterfall was frozen. " A frozen waterfall... In the land of fire? Wow..." He mumbled getting closer noticing that the flowers were turning from a cream color to a full on blood red. As he walked slowly toward the ice he saw someone on the ground, wearing a long kimono, long black hair, some sort of spear on 'her' back.

" Are you okay." He asked, but no response. As he got closer to the body the temperature around it began to fall. As he got even closer he noticed that there was something on the woman's back, which were shuriken stabbed there. She had been killed. " Wow... I've seen enough crime shows to know that... She was murdered...And the ice is the killers signature!" He yelled kicking the body, seeing where the face would be, but the hair covered it. " Maybe I should take the body back to the Kage..." He mumbled grabbing the body with one hand, letting it rest on his shoulder.

Standing in front of Misuki; Akura looked around walking toward the same trail he used to get back to the office. " Alright... Ich found the body somewhere around here." He said leading Misuki toward a trail which overlooked a steep fall. The genin then started walking along the edge, looking for the flower patches that where near the edge and after five minutes of traveling, more or less, the pair reached a cream flower patch, the color was almost identical to the boy's hair. " Und we are here." He commented jumping down the 'cliff '.

What would seem like a long drop was actually nothing more than two meters; but the mist that the nearby waterfall created made it seem like the fall was large. " Come on Sindoue-sama." Akura told the Kage, leading the woman toward the waterfall; which for the most part was frozen over; along with an area where there was a pool of blood; along with a bed of flowers. " This was the sight." He then told Misuki,crossing his arms.

Hearing Misuki's order Akura crossed his arms and looked toward Takashi as he spoke about the flowers. " Ich have never seen anything like those before; and I've traveled around quite ein bit." Akura said walking toward where the body was and once more the temperature dropped due to the chakra and ice left behind by Heliel prior to his death. " Well Fraulein." Akura said shivering a bit motioning with his hand for her to come toward him.

" As sie most likely feel..." He said waiting for her to walk toward him and once she did he would continue." The temperature drops rapidly as sie approaches the site where the body was laying." He pointed out before pointing directly at the ice spikes on the ground and the Waterfall. " The Eis around where the body once layed; and the waterfall. He lead on to say before putting his hand on one of the spikes and then breaking it off before tossing it toward Misuki. " Sie can feel the chakra coming out of the eis no?" He asked Misuki, even if they were both sensors; the chakra on the ice could not be felt by either of the shinobi until they came into contact with it. " Moreover... What supports meine theory fur murder is the simple fact of the eis...There is no way eis could form naturally in the land of fire." He explained to Misuki before facing her.

Akura stroked his imaginary beard, his smooth chin, and looked at the Kage. " Well Sindoue-sama I haven't found anything more; but I'm sure I can track the scents in the area since it's so secluded... but for that I'll need some training." Akura said bending his knees bringing his body close to the ground; examining where the body was; painting the mental picture of how the body was placed. " Funf shuriken stabbed in the back...Zwo in the shoulder, ein in the spine und ein on each leg." Akura said taking out a kunai; holding the tip on his hand. " Von the way they were stabbed..." He mumbled throwing the kunai toward a tree. "Das ist the enemy's most possible position." Akura analyzed; and by this analysis it could be noted that he was no regular genin; there was some type of training behind him; and by what the Kage might find later on his file, it would be a training, and later on a profession, he would want back.

The genin paced toward the tree where he had shot the kunai and he took in a deep breath. " Misuki-sama...Was ist a normal human's response time?" He asked the woman before looking toward the ground. " Moreover...Was ist the normal speed a kunai can travel? Und how fast would it go if it was thrown from here?" He asked the Kage; now he was forming another theory, with the possibility of Heliel having Hyouton at the moment of the attack; a surprise attack could be the scenario that was more than likely. But he had to have the Kage, as a medic, answer these questions.

" Das ist correct Sindoue-sama." Akura said making a few hand signs and he made three wind clones. " This means that the diseased had zehn seconds zu react to the initial attack." Akura spoke as two of the clones stepped beside where the bodies; one in front of the other. " So that means that one attacker could have never killed Heliel; not while having Hyouton." Akura explained tossing a kunai toward the wind clone; dispelling the first one; and the wind of the first one signaled the second one to work as if the kunai had hit it; from there the clone turned around and made a single seal to simulate a Hyouton jutsu. " So me being the attacker by the time he managed to use the jutsu I could have been caught in whatever jutsu he'd toss at me." Akura explained, meanwhile the third clone went toward where the waterfall was and it made the gesture as if it would have thrown a kunai toward the wind clone. " Und here is the second hit." He explained before setting a glance toward Misuki before setting his gaze back to the clones.

He walked toward the second wind clone and he struck it in the leg. " That's where Heliel's fight really began; a two against one. He would have been incapacitated; unable to move his left leg and right arm as fluently due to the shuriken on his shoulder and behind the knee." He said crossing his arms. " Und before sie jumps zu alle conclusions; this can be told by the way the tools are stabbed and the freshness of the wounds; a simple examination of the wound can tell the order of how each one was stabbed." Akura explained before continuing on with the explanation. " From there he attempted to block the man behind him by using the hyouton jutsu to block his back and frontal area; this being to draw time." But this was to no avail; somehow the men managed to get through the ice and attack; the one on the back began attacking with more fury. So the boy directed attention to the one behind him; and he made the ice to try and block him off, this most likely drove the first attacker away."

Akura said before turning toward the wind clone. " While Heliel attacked the second man the first one prepared an attack; and that's when the third shuriken, and the one that sealed off the boy's fate, that was the one that hit the boy's spine, which made him begin to collapse; two more shuriken were thrown to speed up the bleed out process" Akura said walking back toward Misuki. " If this were the case; this was pre-meditated; did Heliel have any enemies?" He then asked Misuki.
