She looked back up and met eyes with her Hokage "I have always had a problems with words." dropping to one knee, and bowing her head she continued to say in her mono toned voice "Know that I respect you, and will follow any command you give, if I ever seem callus, or rude I do not mean to." standing back to her full height and looking straight into the Misuki's eyes she said "If I ever lose that respect for you, you will know." She waited a moment before continuing to ask this time "Can you teach the style you use?" Her voice was still mono toned, and dull like she was bored, or emotionless, but just as she finished asking to be taught Miho claps her hands behind her back and started fiddling her fingers, but kept the same dull expression on her face. When Misuki saw Miho bow her head and heard her grit her teeth, she steeled herself against some sort of retaliation only to feel bad when she began to apologize. Flinching slightly when Miho dropped to one knee and bowed before her made Misuki feel guilty. She hadn't meant to come out as harsh as she did but the tone of the girl's voice had really irked her at that moment. 'I'm starting to get too defensive...I really need to relax more...'
Releasing a sigh at the young genin's ever unchanging voice, Misuki simply nodded before making her way over to where her stuff laid by the dojo door. Easily pulling out the taijutsu scroll, Misuki silently made her way back over to Miho. "I apologize if I came out more rudely than intended. I have a lot on my mind to deal with at the moment. Here. Take a look through that scroll and then give me a summery of what this style is all about. I want to know that you understand the style you're getting into before even considering to instruct you." Though she said that, Misuki had no intentions of denying Miho the right to study the Kounochi Combat Style but she truly wanted the girl to learn things about the style on her own. She also disliked the idea of Miho choosing to learn this style based off one kick. 'There's a lot more to this style then just a simple roundhouse kick...'
Stepping back to give Miho some space, the sound of flapping wings entered her hearing range and turning to the door, spotting a petite swallow enter and fly towards her. Extending out her right palm, Misuki waited for the swallow to drop its package before offering her right arm. The swallow instead dropped the message and made its way to Misuki's right shoulder. At the swallow's actions, Misuki simply released a soft chuckle before opening the note. It was from Hikaru informing her of his squad gathering at the gates for their mission to Mist, all he was missing was the letter. Walking back over to her pack once more, Misuki searched the pouches until she came upon the desired item. Pulling out an extra pen and slip of paper, Misuki wrote a quick message to Hikaru before wrapping up both the scroll and slip of paper with a black ribbon. Holding out the ribbon, Misuki signaled for the swallow to grab hold of it with its claws before taking off back to the main gates. With the swallow gone, Misuki now returned her attention to the still reading Miho.

____________________________Miho_______ Konohagakure / Assassin / Genin / Iron Sand Day 4Taking the scroll Miho flicked the latch and started reading, growing more and more excited as she found it focused more on flexibility, and a womens natural ability's than she would have thought. Reading further she also found that it could help her dodge, attack sensitive areas and even had a technique that aloud her to sneak around even more effectively than she already could. Growing ever more exited Misuki walked back into the dojo after going out side. Closing the scroll back up and setting it down neatly off to the side Miho said her voice ever so dull "This style will teach me everything my Fath-..." there was a bit of a pause in her speech, but her voice never wavered from the monotone it constantly held. "My previous teacher wanted me to learn how to use my flexibility in combat, this style will teach me that, and much more." [Chakra Pool: 20/25]

No sooner had she returned to the girl's side did Miho roll back up the scroll and set it off to the side. The girl's voice was rather dull and Misuki was more then convinced that this was how she spoke on a regular basis. Though a bit cold, it still revealed a good deal of control. 'Emotions easily slip through one's voice and so far Miho-san's showing an outstanding amount of control over her voice. Its pretty impressive.' As she spoke, Misuki took note of her sudden cut out and her mind easily finished the rest of the genin's unfinished sentence. Not one to pry, Misuki kept silent and simply allowed for Miho to pick back up where she left off. Her change of words caused a small wave of confusion to wash over Misuki but she took it as a hint that her father might have already passed on. 'Must be a sensitive topic, I know my own parents' death is.'
Knowing that when it comes to this sort of thing its best to let the other party speak first, Misuki acted as if she figured out nothing and instead began to explain the basis of the Kounochi Combat Style. "Flexibility, swiftness, and ease. Know these three words as they are the foundation of this style. One much train themselves to be as flexible as the thinnest of paper and one has to execute every move like the swiftest boat. Lastly all these have to be done with ease, for one cannot waste time trying to recovery from every move performed - to do so is to risk one's own life. Everyday is training, flexibility comes and goes and unless trained daily, each maneuver will get only harder to perform overtime." 'As I'm experiencing now...'
Lost in her own explanation, Misuki raised both arms straight above her head before slowly bending backwards till she touched the tatami mat with her hands and formed and arch with her own body. "Ever style has a starting point Miho-san, and ours will be training our flexibility through various moves. Once we finish up the warm-up for the day, we'll move onto some basic attacks." Kicking off the ground, Misuki separated her legs like a split and using both her stomach muscles and the momentum from the kick, brought her feet over, left then right. As soon as her left touched the ground, Misuki waited for about a second before pushing up with her hands as well. This way, her body flowed with the motions of her right leg rounding about to the ground. Standing upright again, Misuki flashed Miho a small smile before continuing. "That was just a small taste of what can be achieved later on with more practice. For now, lets start with some basic stretching to relax out muscles. Also, I intend for you to dedicate a bit of your time for the next 5 days or so towards flexibility training. It'll help push along your training. After those 5 days, I will no longer monitor you and it'll be up to you to keep up such a training regime or not."
{SORRY! SO SO SORRY! I've been in a bit of a rut lately due to all the stuff happening in college that my creative for this just sunk. Things are looking up though but yeah, sorry for the very long delay and this less then satisfactory post. >< }
Stage 1 Training Objective While the female body is not as strong as that of a male, the female has several attributes that make this style of fighting made specifically for their body type. If focuses on using the naturally shorter body as well as the flexibility and lightness of the frame. This style also does most of it's damage through kicks and pressure points.
Requirements: Female
Training Requirements: 10 posts strictly related to flexibility training per stage. Misuki's Request Two training post dedicated to flexibility training per rp day. This will allow the transition to be more realistic. Each post will take up 5 stamina points. [Chakra Pool: 60/60]

____________________________Miho_______ Konohagakure / Assassin / Genin / Iron Sand Day 4Miho listened and watched intently to Misuki's example, and though the thought of her father pulled at her emotions the elegance of he Hokage's movements help distract her, and aloud her to focus on her training, and let her emotion stay buried. "I have trained my own flexibility to a certain extent." She said pulling her feet together and bending over at the wast until she could grab her ankles. Once there the pulled herself further trying to flatten her torso with her legs. This put extreme tension on the back of her knees, and other leg muscles. As the pain built, and and her muscles lengthened she released letting out a deep breath and stood back to her full height. "While I go through yoga practices I still have a long way to go until I can do something what you just did." Miho sat crossed legged placed her right hand on her left knee, her left hand behind her and then twisted her body. There were a few low pops from her back as she elongated her stomach and muscles. Releasing, while letting out a deep breath she repeated the exercise but reversed Miho controlled her breathing as she continued. Once finished she stood once more and asked "Is there anything more I can do to become more prepared? My yoga mostly persists of these two work out over longer periods of time."[Chakra Pool: 20/25]

Eyes on her current student, Misuki still can't get it past her how Miho could have such good control over her voice and face at such a young age. Even when she was around her age and still traveling on her own, Misuki was still sustainable to her own meek feelings. Her voice would falter at times and her 'tough' facade would fail at times. Miho was truly different and Misuki could only assume there was something in her past to have made her this way. 'Not my place to question though...' Nodding her head when Miho began to explain/demonstrate her own past training in the art of flexibility, Misuki took note that the girl was indeed rather flexible already. 'Its just not enough yet...we'll have to push her beyond that so that she will be able to properly perform those techniques.'
When asked regarding further training, Misuki smiled and nodded her head. Running through a few more stretches that Miho could add to her routine, Misuki made sure to go through them slowly and precisely. While she performed those moves, Misuki also made sure comment on how they should be done and some tricks to the trade. Flexibility was a delicate thing and if those excersises were done improperly over a long period of time, a person could end up hurting themselves and ruining their body. Done, Misuki turned to Miho to see if the girl had anymore questions. "Well then, you've seen some more variations of ways to train flexibility. All I have to ask if you think you are ready to attempt at any of those moves or if you would like to wait. Flexibility doesn't come to us in just a day. It requires constant diligent training as well. From what I saw, you can possibly manage a move or two but as a medic, I would recommend you try it after your flexibility is pushed a bit further. I don't want to risk you overexerting yourself and injuring your body." By no means was Misuki limiting Miho's training as a kounochi but as a medic, Misuki felt the need to advise against unsafe practices. If Miho wished it, Misuki would teach her a technique or two but it will not come willingly. In the end though, the choice was hers and not Misuki's. Standing there, body relaxed, Misuki waited for Miho's response.
{Yeah, I'll say that counts. smile As for what she showed Miho...I would say to just use your imagination as I'm not sure what other flexibility training stretches are out there and I'm not really up to describing them all. Sorry. ><}

Ronnel entered the Training Dojo and was directed to where the Hokage was. As he entered the chamber he paused at the threshold - the Kage was busy training with someone, and he was not going to interrupt another's training, as it was something he did not want happening to him. He stepped into the room and moved against the wall, out of the way in case someone else came in.
As he waited Ronnel rubbed his chin with one gloved hand - would she know someone who could train him in his element and in ninjutsu, and know a team who needed a member? He hoped she did.

While leaving the young (pocket) assassin (lol) to decide whether or not she wished to continue on with the day's training, Misuki sensed the presence of another approaching figure. 'Hm...I wonder who it is...' Twisting merely the upper part of her body back a bit with ease, Misuki noted someone without a Konoha headband or any other headband for that matter. With only the two of them in the room, it was obvious that he was here for either an audience with her or Miho. No offense to Miho but she didn't exactly seem like the type that would require someone to 'pick her up'. She appealed more to Misuki as the type that was like, "If I need you, I'll come find you. Not the other way around." 'Then again...it could just be me.' Flashing the new arrival a small warm smile, Misuki gave the youth a small nod of her head before speaking. "Can I be of any assistance to you?" Voice controlled and soft, Misuki showed no signs of her slightly growing irritation at her inability to properly conduct a private training session. Sadly, that was the life of a Kage and Misuki was slowly coming to terms with it whether she liked it or not.

"Greeting Hokage-sama. I am Ronnel Kamisama. I just graduated from the Academy, and when I went to your office I was told that I could find you here." The young redhead knelt down on one knee as he spoke, deferring to his superior in the only way that he knew how to at the moment. He hoped that she would have some idea of what he could do, because just waiting around and reading his book was beginning to grate on his nerves. The young man did not allow his irritation to show on his face though - lest the Hokage think he was angry at her for some reason, which would not go over well.

Hands resting loosely by her side, Misuki would begin to tap her right fingers in an steady beat against her thigh despite the on-going sounds produced by her headset. Smoky gray eyes on the youth, Misuki watched as he knelt down before her while speaking. Misuki had to forcefully hold back a sigh as to not mislead the youth into believing her irritation was directed towards him. In a sense yes, she was irritated at him but at the same time not him directly. What Misuki was peeved at was the fact he went so far as to go down on one knee and bow. This was a high display of respect and as much as Misuki treasured respect such greetings were not needed for her. 'Not like he would've known...better safe then sorry right?'
Clearing her throat to gather Ronnel's attention, Misuki spoke in a more gentler voice that still maintained the control and authoritativeness expected of a leader. "Raise Kamisama-san. You need not knee before me. A simple greeting is all I require from my shinobi. As per your reason to seek me out. I sadly don't have any additional headbands on me at the moment but if you like, I can assign you some missions to do for the time being while I finish up here with Miho-san. Afterwards, we may speak about further training and the rearrangements of squads." Thinking that she's covered just about everything necessary, Misuki closed her lips and passed the floor onto the youth before her.

Ronnel stood up and rubbed his knee for a moment - the dojo floor was not meant to be comfortable, that was certain. He listened as she finished speaking, then nodded.
"Certainly Hokage-sama. I am ready to begin any missions that need doing." Hopefully the mission that she assigned him would be one that would give him a fair sense of the village. Since he had come here he had spent most of his time at the Academy, and still wasn't too familiar with the actual layout of his new home. The only concern he had was that if he had to talk to someone during the mission that they might not believe he was actually a shinobi without the hitai-ate, but that was something that would have to wait. Glad to see the youth so eager to begin his role in aiding the village, Misuki took a moment to head to her discarded pouches. Taking a moment to reach for a scroll, Misuki took it out and made note of a few missions that could use an extra hand. 'These should work. You may never have enough help in those areas...' Rolling the scroll back up, Misuki would slip it back into its original pouch before procuring another small slip of paper elsewhere. Calling upon her Katon element once more, Misuki etched onto the piece of paper a few symbols that the owners of the various locations will recognize as her mark. This was something Kage started during her rein as Hokage and it was something Misuki found herself picking up. With all the preparations done, Misuki stood back up and made her way over to Ronnel. "Well I hope you have a good memory Kamisama-san cause I'll only be able to relay to you a general outline of your missions verbally."
Pausing to give the youth a bit of time to prepare, Misuki also used this time to rearrange the words in her mind for easy memory. Smiling when she got it all down, she returned her attention to Ronnel once more and spoke. "Alright, so as you know keeping Konoha in a presentable is something we should all contribute to. As such, I would like for you to go assist in the tidying up of the streets as trash always manages to find its way there. The academy also needs to have some gardening done, mainly weeding so please attend to that as well. Afterwards, I would like for you to volunteer your assistance at the hospital and library. There's no such thing as having too much help after all. Feel free to take your time on those and if you have any questions, you are always free to come back." Done, Misuki took another moment to see if she's forgotten anything only to shake her head shortly after. "Silly me, here, take this slip of paper and show it to those who question your doing. It has a note from me and once shown, you should have no problem. The first two missions you probably won't need it, same for the last one. It would probably be the hospital that would prove to be most difficult since that's the most secure. Any how, question?"

Also, they are short on Medical-Nin, they hired some shinobi to help them with the job How-To-Do: Post at least 4 times in the hospital about what you helped and who you cured... etc... 7. The young shinobi took the slip of paper from the Hokage and studied it for a moment before nodding and tucking it into one of the front pouches on his belt. When she asked if he had any questions, he did raise one eyebrow slightly before shaking his head.
"No Lady Hokage. By your leave?" Thankfully he had a decent memory, enough to recall the missions that she had assigned him. Hopefully the hospital wouldn't give him too much trouble. He would take care of the library first, then handle the weed pulling, followed by helping at the hospital. The streets would be dealt with as he traveled between the other tasks, which should give him plenty of time to do everything.

Ronnel bowed to the Hokage. It was rapidly becoming apparent that Lady Sindoue did not stand on formality - unfortunately, he did, so would likely end up irritating her at some point unless he could figure out some way to relax from the upbringing he received. When the Hokage turned her attention to the other girl in the chamber, Ronnel's eyes traveled to look at her. They instantly averted, as the woman was doing stretches that contorted her body. He stammered out a farewell and hurried from the dojo, a faint blush blooming underneath his eyes.
