Heart looked at the twins and wished for a moment that she had the tome with her, even though it would've been impossible to carry, or at least have given the book a further inspection before running out the door of her aparment. Heart nodded her head at the statement, "Do you think that maybe they know something?" Heart asked as she watched the two children talking to each other.

Ayden clutched his small fist of a hand and moved it down slightly, "Aaw..." he said quietly. I don't know, maybe because we don't walk good and so they are the people that are our legs. I wonder how long we will be with them for and if I should get used to her presence."

"Yeah, I don't understand them either. It's not even a dialect I'm familiar with at all." Heart smiled softly at Ayden, "Well they must've known each other before then, don't you think? You say they knew they were supposed to look for each other?" Heart asked her,

Ayden gave an embaressed smile, "I haven't known this one for too long, she was kind of quiet when I met her, she seemss nice though from the way she is talking to your lady." Ayden spoke softly. "What other types of keys are there though?" Ayden asked Elana.

Heart nodded her head slowly, "Hopefully they'll learn our language fast, so I can find out what's going on because right now I don't really have a clue..."

Ayden's eyes became intent as he though deeply, "Maybe... a key can be like key in a key phrase... that's something important, so what do we have that's important?" Ayden asked Elana, trying to work this out. "I'm not saying she's bad in anyway... I just don't know her yet."

"I didn't know that the cloaked figure told them anything, although one of them brought him to me a while ago and just explained to me where I could find you and some other things, but that's it. You couldn't understand him though?" Heart said in a hushed tone. "How about your place?" Heart asked as she stood up and looked Ayden in the eyes calmly to tell him everything was going to be alright and scooped him up from the bench carefully.

Ayden sat up straight and looked at Elana his eyes focused with no tint of tire at all. "If the keys are us then what we do will be for the better of all, we all die eventually if that is what we have to do then we'll do it, but no matter if we are the key or what ever the key be, and what are duties are, no matter what..." Ayden looked into Heart's eyes, " No matter what everything will be alright, I know it, her eyes and body language tell me so." As Heart picked him up he slowly released Elana's hand and nodded his head slowly.

"I wish I had been there to hear it, although from the sound of it it could've been any language, I used to study languages in my days at college, I can translate quite a few, although I'm not the best at speaking alot of them." Heart spoke as she began to walk following where Dragain went because she didn't know where Dragain's place was.

Ayden sat straight in Heart's arms he let his legs dangle over and he leaned against her so she was carrying him as if he were in a chair. Ayden continued to speak to Elana though, "I doupt that we will be giving our lives for anything, doesn't it seem a little like they're taking our lives away?" Ayden said is attitude on the situation had suddenly changed directions.

"Hmm, I don't know then... I really do wish i had been there to hear it, I might understand this more if I did, and what I'm supposed to do, although I'm sure there part in whatever is going on is 4 times as big as our part." Heart said as she held on to Ayden carefully so he wouldn't fall off, it was he that obviously wanted to be held this way, but it worried Heart to carry him in a way that he could easily fall down in.

Ayden nodded his head as he watched all the tree's and plants and side alleys rushing by in his peripheral vision. He wanted to remember how to get back there because it might help him in the future. "I wonder when that time will come though... what if it doensn't come until we are their age or what if we never fully understand, what if it just happens and we don't comprehend?" Ayden asked her all he had were questions, and he wanted answers.

"I wonder if they will ever tell us... but you're right about it probably being for their ears only." Heart said. Ayden was asking to be put down by tugging on Heart's shirt lightly so she placed him on the ground gently, and he reached out for her neck wrapping his arms around it carefully so he could take a nap in a more comfortable way. "Goodnight Ayden..." Heart said slowly and calmly as the boy began to fall asleep.

Ayden looked at Elana, his sister, for one more moment before placing his head between Heart's shoulder and neck, "We do have each other now, I'm glad of that, I guess for now I won't worry because I have you and that's all that ever mattered to me before the shadows and I will make it all that matters afterwards..." Ayden yawned, "And I think you have the right idea." Ayden said as he fell quickly asleep.

Heart looked at the place and nodded her head, "Classy..." was the only word she could use to describe the house in front of her. "I'm glad we're finally here though I don't think I could carry Ayden for another block without collapsing. He's surprisingly a little heavy, that or I'm not used to carrying a baby.

Ayden didn't here her as he was already fast asleep, but when they finally approached the building and he heard the gate squeak a little bit he lifted his head and his wings twitched a little bit. "Elana! Elana!" he whispered loudly trying to wake her up, "We're here..."
