Breath Item Power
The blizzard has finally come to an end, it seems you have all made it out alive, if not entirely unharmed. But while the frost is melting as the sun makes its triumphant return to beckon spring, you feel different. You can still feel the bite of frost down to your bones, even in the midday sun; you can still hear the roar of the wind and you swear you see snowflakes dancing out of the corner in your eye but they're always gone when you look.

Maybe it's just stress from going through such an ordeal - just your mind playing tricks on you. And eventually the feeling fades, things are back to normal, or so you think. Because one day, you'll realise that just because the sun melted the snow and the winds stopped raging, the blizzard hasn't truly ended;

a small piece of it stole away inside you.

and it was waiting.

Ability Activation: Frost-Touched!

All soquili certed with the Frost-Touched (breath) item from the February 2025 RP month have the following PERMANENT ability.

Frost-Touched
Your soquili has been blessed by the spirit of a great blizzard! Thanks to this blessing, they're able to survive in freezing temperatures for extended periods of time where they would normally have to seek shelter. Maxiumum 24 hours
Light snow appears to fall anywhere but on them, as if an aura is pushing it away, making it drift elsewhere. Heavier snow will be able to push through.
Your soquili is able to generate a small flurry of snowflakes that will not melt for some time, even in the harshest heat. Duration of 2 hours.
