"It'll be a pain but I think we should move those two biggest crates in first again," Emilie said. "If the rooms are as small as you warn it will be best to arrange everything else around them." Those smaller boxes would have to sit outside the car for a time, and there probably should be someone to watch them. "Think one of your other pokemon is up for guard duty?"
Emile began rearranging the boxes and paused for a minute. She thought she heard some sort of scraping sound. "Nika...?" she said quietly. No, the charmander was still with Panther. Odd.

"One of mine can do it." he touched his belt and popped Shade's pokeball, casually. The Gengar opened his eyes blinking a moment. "I need you to watch the crates and make sure only Emilie or I take them."
The ghost type nodded and vanished into the car's shadow.
"Char?" Nika walked over and stopped on the car's shadow, her tail driving it away. she tried to fallow it, to no avail. "Char?"
Panther walked behind the car, to the trunk. "Hand them to me, I'll carry, you push buttons."

"Thanks," she told Panther, both for enlisting the help of the shadowy pokemon vanished under the car and for his offer to do the bulk of the lifting. No sense in arguing with the arrangement. As Emilie moved the tall crate that was lying on top of the two she intended to get to the room first there was a distinct "thump" from within.
"Okay, you heard that, right?"
There were canvas and large rolls of paper in this box, and she'd secured them damn well. And those objects would not continue to make noises as she lifted her hands from the crate.

"Sounds like you have rat in there." he frowned. He heard it, and it was about the right size sound for a rattatata. They tended to get into everything.

"Merde." s**t. If it chewed through anything important she'd strangle it. Stupid boat! The crate didn't look damaged- it must have opened on the trip and someone on crew slammed it shut again without checking.
"Nika or Shade interested in knocking this thing into next week for me?" Emilie moved a latch and slid the lid open an inch.
The pokemon responded to the shaft of light with a hiss. "Chuuuuuu."
Emilie shot a look at Panther. Now what?
(Leo won't have his hat or bandanna at this point, I can't think of a way to explain them XD I think he'll see Nika's and be inspired.)

"Sounds like it's probably a pikachu." He's recognize the sound anywhere, the HQ was swarmed with the things. "Let it out and I'll have Shade and Nika handle it. It can be Nika's first battle."
((he can have panther's, panther will just get another one.))

Emilie nodded and slid back the lid a little more. The pikachu launched itself from the crate as if from a cannon, lemon fur sticking up and crackling with static. Emilie stepped back, startled, but the electric mouse ignored her and jumped out of the back of the car. Confused, it scrambled back and forth randomly on the concrete before sliding under a different truck where it sat hunched in a small ball, intelligent eyes blinking out at the humans.

"Nika! Get it out of there." he said, looking under the car, bending over.
Nika nodded and ran under the car, on all fours. "Char?" she didn't attack like panther had wanted though. Instead she smiled and reach out a friendly paw, tail low to the ground. "Charmander!"

While Nika wasn't the most intimidating presence the pikachu was already on edge, and in response he growled and sent a small spark towards the charmander.

She frowned a bit and back out from under the car. "Char?" She looked at her human and shrugged a bit.
"I said get it out, go back under there." he frowned annoyed, wondering if he would have to call Shade over.
She nodded and went back under, intent on tugging the pikachu out.

The pikachu sighed as the charmander retreated and tensed as she reappeared. He turned his back to her and curled into a ball, tail twitching agitatedly back and forth in front of Nika.
Emilie crouched to get a better look at the scene under the truck.

Nika reached out with a paw and tried to pull the pikachu out from under the car.
"I wouldn't put my face down there."

"Chuuuu...." The pikachu's squeak was rather high pitched and whiny as he was tugged by his tail. He looked about worriedly as he got closer and closer to the edge of his shelter, then, just as Nika was about to pull him into the light, he caught hold of a pipe on the underside of the truck with one paw. Phew!
"To be honest it doesn't look all too dangerous to me right now," Emilie said, but she followed Panther's advice and stood once more.

"A fire type and electric type under a car with gas. it's not a good combination."
Nika frowned. "Char char!" she wanted him to let go, so she could do what her human told her and make him happy. shes didn't understand what the big deal was. She tugged a little harder.

"Oh. Yeah. That's a good point." Emilie scooted a little further back.
The pikachu would have had a good grip, except the pipe wasn't all that clean. As it was, the grime made his paw slippery, and as the charmander gave a good tug he tumbled backwards and crashed into her. "Chu!" He tried to stand up, using the other pokemon for balance and getting smudgy black paw prints on Nika's arm and tail.
