In the Gaia Blog, it says that the sparkles are here to mainly stop scamming. Like telling the difference between the Winter Rose and the White Rose Cosage thingy. It's just to stop scamming in trades. sweatdrop

I though the sparkles were to show that the items were becoming rare because alot of prices starting going up on these sparkling items.

Wow That is strange, I'm really not sure what they were supposed to be for but it would be kind of good if some of us could have an option to turn them off sometimes they are annoying

I would like to see Saiph again also I would just like it if Gaia would announce the reason behind the sparkles or announce something about them I think that would clear up a lot of questions for everyone ^^

maybe the sparkles are there to classify the items.. like give them catagories??
