Gabriel had a mouthful of bread when Nico asked if he wanted to watch. He struggled to gulp the dry bread down before answering, "Yeah, I'd love to watch! I'll get the next round." Right now, Gabriel felt the need to observe as much as possible; if everyone was going to be this quiet about themselves, he supposed it was up to him to learn as much as he could on his own. Besides, he was really curious to see what Nico could do! He finished what was left of his toast and got up from the counter, ready to follow.

Initially Nico hadn't thought she'd caught him at a bad time, giggling a bit when she saw him gulping down the bread. "Hehe... sorry. Alright! I just need to- Ah hell." Glancing down to a watch that was hidden by her sleeve, she saw one little light on it was blinking. "I'll be up in the computer labs. Follow me if you want, I gotta go. Jane, I'll meet you once I'm done in the sparring rooms." She spoke rather fast, pointing to whom she meant which statement to go to. She put her plate down, stuffing the rest of her bagel in her mouth as she bolted out of the room.
Running upstairs, she ran down a hallway, turned right, and then down the second hallway and made another left. She stopped at the open doorway that led into a decently sized room with lots of computers and people bustling about.
"Where the hell have you been Minoru? We need these codes cracked now." A man demanded, glancing her over before pointing to a free spot. He didn't seem bothered by the fact she still had a bagel hanging out of her mouth, and honestly didn't care. He just needed her to hack this system.
Pulling the bagel from her mouth, she saluted out of habit, "Sorry, eating. Right away!" Ignoring the fact he used her last name, she darted over to the free station, placing the headset on and putting the bagel back in her mouth. Wiping her hands on the skirt of her outfit, she'd wash it later. Looking over the screen, she listened to what was needed on the headset. her eyes glanced around, fingers rapidly typing as sequences popped up. She moved rather rapidly, breaking through with ease. Furrowing her brows at one thing, she munched on the remains of her breakfast while she finished up.
Two minutes later, the files were open, leaning back as she exhaled. "There are your files Rob. I hope you'll let me know whats in them later."
"Exactly what I expect from Sister Grimm. Who are you kidding? You'll figure it out yourself knowing you." He shot back, raising an eyebrow before turning to another group that was there.
Taking a few calming breaths, she finished off her bagel, brushing her bangs from her eyes. Stretching, she moved off to one side, watching the large screen to see what they were looking at. It appeared to be shipping records, stock, what was going where, money trails... all that jazz.

Nico was gone so fast that Gabriel had trouble grasping it. He listed to her run up the stairs and focused as her footsteps slowly faded down the upstairs hallway. He glanced around the room to see if anyone else was as surprised by her exit; Jane seemed relatively uninterested and the girl in the corner was stil staring out of the window.
Gabriel waled closer to Jane. "Is she always so busy?" he asked, motioning to the stairs.

Hearing her alias name get called again, she went over to one of the groups that was teaching newbies how to handle cracking some of the easier codes. Some businesses had awesome firewalls and spy bots and all that. Some didn't. She helped out for a few minutes there, giving a small wave before getting called back over to Rob. Sighing lightly, she folded her arms over her chest, "What now Robby-kins?" She asked, waiting for the witty retort that was sure to come. Honestly she didn't mind helping them, but they did rely on her a lot. And she was only one person.
Rob rolled his eyes at the nickname, almost seeming to twitch before he put his hand on her shoulder and lead her to a different room down the hall. "A-Ha-ha very funny. Now, you know or used to know the access codes to your parents files. We need those files. And badly. Ah ah-" he wagged his finger at her, causing her to remain silent for the moment. "I'll call you by your last name and I know how you hate that. Come on now, chop chop. At least take a look."
Grimacing, she was quite frankly not happy to hear such things. "Rob. I've told you a thousand times, the encryption is too high! The old pass codes I had were for that month. Once they knew I was here they changed them and hired other specialists! Besides, the medical sector is amongst the hardest to get into. Even parts of the government aren't as hard." She glared for a moment at him, but given his expression she sighed heavily and pursed her lips. "Fine. I'll take a look. You owe me for this though." She muttered, sitting down in front of five monitors and two towers. There was just the one keyboard and mouse, and a coat hanging over the chair. Considering the amount of hardware, the room was kept a bit cold to deter overheating.
Flopping down, she logged into the system, listening to the pleasant voice that greeted her. "Hello Gladys."
"Greetings Sister Grimm. What will it be today?"
"I'll need the files relating to Alden Minoru and Tamara Minoru. Specifically what Rob's been working on lately. He's asked me to take a look." She answered, sitting back for the moment with a light sigh. "I must be bonkers to be doing this. Dammit Rob your accents rubbing off on me." She grumbled, watching as the screens sort of melded together, making a larger one for her to work off of.
"Well excuse me for having an ozzy accent. Only because I lived there for a couple of years. Don't get your panties all in a twist." Rob muttered, leaning partially on the back of her chair and then the desk.
"All files relating to Mr. Gessar's current work on the Minoru's is up. Will that be all Sister Grimm?"
Looking up to what had appeared, Nico saw he had been quite busy. Along with her parents. Which made her frown deepen. "Just keep them off my back as best you can. Hopefully this will work." She muttered, taking a breath and stretching out her hands before she began to type, at first seeming slightly relaxed before her focus grew stronger and stronger. These weren't easy files and frankly... sometimes the systems were linked in such a way as to fry their own. Thats why this particular station was separated from the main room. They could afford to lose it. well... not really, but sort of. It was expensive equipment.
She fell into a state where she wasn't even really aware of Rob. Sure, she listened to the occasional thing he said, or what he had already tried, but she usually shot it down or pointed out why it was wrong. He also knew it best to leave her be otherwise she could ******** up. And probably smack him for it.

"She is." Amaya muttered as she walked by. Normally she wouldn't answer anything, but she was hoping if the boy was answered, he would shut up. She was so tired of waiting around, as well just suffering through listening to people's small talk. She only wished to get revenge, and she would take down anyone in her way to do so.
"Honestly, I wouldn't waste my time on her. She's always this busy, since she's their favorite." Amaya added, loud enough for the boy to hear. She had taken notice that she was the favorite of the higher ups, so of course she had read her file to find out why. That's why she hated her. Even if she left home to help the cause, she was still related to those monsters that made her life a living hell.

Jane, having already forgotten what they were talking about while trying to figure out what he'd said. "Wait-who are you talking about, Maya?" He'd forgotten her full name...again. As if that were anything new. "Who is whose favourite?" His eyes were shining with his forever evident confusion.

"Nico. Sister Grimm." Amaya spat. She hated that name. It just sounded so cheesey to her. "Our higher ups think she is like a god." She muttered, sounding absolutely disgusted.

Amaya's comment only peaked Gabriel's curiosity. IT was funny: the more the "Dream Team" told him the more questions he had. He had the strongest urge to go and take a look, but he was afraid of intruding on anything...
"Screw it," he finalized. In a flash, his feet were already headed up the stairs. If I"m going to be here, I should know what's around, right?he thought. The logic made sense in his head. When he reached the top of the stairs and entered the hallway, he simply began opening doors and peering inside. Some were rather small, with offices littered with papers and folders. Other were large laboratories, with people in white coas peering into flasks and shuffling beakers. Some had cots, with people either sleeping or staring at files as they laid back. Others still were simply stuffed with boxes, full of files in code that Gabriel neither hoped nor cared to understand. So... this place is doing a bit of R&D while fighting the war, huh? he thought as he continued down the hallway, not caring whether he got lost or not.
After he had taken more lefts and rights than he could remember, Gabriel heard Nico's voice down a corridor. He followed it until he came to a gigantic room filled with computers. These computers were mostly being used by more men in white coats, who stared eagerly at their terminals, typing fervently. This room seemed to be the busiest (and loudest) in the entire facility, with people hustling and bustling every which way, talking to colleagues and comparing data.
"Wow! What's all this stuff for?" he exclaimed, to nobody in particular. Suddenly, everybody in the room noticed he was there, looking away from their monitors and notes to eye him down with intense surprise and annoyance. Now, all Gabriel wanted to do was shrink away until he was out of sight. "Uhh... I mean.. It's just this place is so busy compared to everywhere else.. so... um..." He got quieter and quieter as he went on. He felt extremely embarrassed.

At this point she was arguing with Rob over schematics, currently working on keeping up with the time it was taking the system to add on line of code. She was catching up and she was getting close to breaking through. "Rob, I swear to god, thats not it! Why don't you just-" She heard Gabriel's shout and grimaced, determined to not lose her concentration. "Go deal with him. Quickly." She spoke rather tonelessly, taking a deep breath an exhaling slowly. "Come on baby, come on.... " She whispered under her breath, not paying attention as Rob left the room.
Rob headed out into the hallway and turned, looking at the awkward looking boy who was obviously embarrassed. "Everyone go back to what you are doing, shows over." He called out, heading over to the girls roommate. "Alright, your Gabriel correct? Ok, walk with me." He murmured, putting a hand on his shoulder and leading him towards one of the side rooms in the hallway so that they wouldn't disturb anyone. "Did you come looking for Minoru cause she's rather distracted right now."
Muttering to herself, Nico's eyes flew across the screen, letting out a shout when she was locked out of the system. "DAMMIT ROB I TOLD YOU IT WAS USELESS!" She shouted angrily, slapping the desk in frustration. Running a hand through her hair, she ended up pulling her hair out of a ponytail so it hung freely down her back. Dabbing at her forehead, she growled with a sigh of frustration, leaning back in her chair. God dammit. Closing her eyes, she stretched out her fingers. "He can come back here. He's allowed to see." Her voice called, looking utterly annoyed, tired, and... annoyed.
Turning, he sighed heavily and shook his head. "God damn bugger...." He started to mutter, looking down to the boy again. "Come on." he sighed, the ozzy accent coming through rather strong as he walked out of the side room and down the hall to where she was. "Here's one lost puppy for you." Rob muttered, depositing the boy in the room with her. He then left to go tend to the failure that Nico had failed to fix.
Straightening up a bit, the large screen was splitting into the five smaller monitors, brushing her bangs from her eyes. "Hey, sorry for running off again. Sister Grimm is their whizz kid." She muttered, mostly jokingly but with a hint of... something else. It wasn't easy to identify, but certainly something else. "Glad you didn't get too lost though. This place can seem like a maze at first."

Jane watched Gabriel walk off, confused at first. It took him a moment to realize what was going on, and when he did, he ran up the stairs. Once he was up, he was stumbling around yet again. Why had he come? Thinking. Thinking. Thinking. Nico's voice rings into his thoughts. Right. Gabriel. He walked off to where he thought the room that Nico was in was at. He ran into at least three people on his way there, asked them to double check that he was heading in the correct direction. Finally reaching the room, he grinned when he saw both Nico and Gabriel. Then frowned. What had he been doing? Remembering again, he smiled at then both.

Something about that Rob fellow had rubbed Gabriel the wrong way when he approached him. Something about him... Anyway, he was with a (seemingly) sane and somewhat familiar person, and that was good enough for him. "Um, I didn't mean to intrude or anything, I was just taking a look around. And I heard your voice in this direction, so..." He turned back around to take in the room once more This is quite the setup you guys have here," Gabriel said as he turned back to Nico's terminal. "I passed a ton of labs on the way up here as well. Are we all supposed to help these guys with research too? Because I mean, i'll get you all of the field data you need, but I'm no good in a lab at all. One time in school I was assigned to dissect a frog, and I even managed to screw THAT up! Haha!" he said, giving his best effort to laugh lightly at the end. He hoped this last comment would lighten the mood a bit.

Nico nodded a little in understanding, yeah that made sense. "You aren't... ok maybe a little, intruding. It's ok though. You are learning your way around." She turned to the door way when she saw Jane come in, giving him a smile and a wave of her hand. Turning her eyes back to Gabriel she grinned as she rose up, taking a couple of steps towards the door. "Thanks. Well, we need to be able to hack some pretty impressive systems sometimes. I was trying to when you heard my voice probably. Dreamer's Industries has so many networks, we're trying to piece info together one bit at a time and striking when possible."
She wasn't sure how much Jane knew or remembered, but she supposed it was better he at least witness it once whether or not he remembered it. "Well, some do. Most don't. Amaya's... touchy about it." Now she was getting a bit uncomfortable since she had read her file, licking her lips as she turned her attention to the larger room, walking into it. His story made her chuckle, shaking her head slightly before her smile lessened a little. "If I had messed up any science class, my mom would have had my head. She's a doctor. My dads a publisher." Her smile was gone now. Clearing her throat, she was determined not to dwell on such things, ignoring some looks she got. "I became a hacker and a good one at that. It's actually how they found me. They found me dipping into one of the same servers as them. Sister Grimm was my alias."
Shaking her head a little, she turned her gaze to both of them with a small smile. "I'm glad you are so willing to help though. Right now we don't have much going on which.... is why Amaya's a little twitchety. If we have a mission to kill someone, she's the first we send out. I don't blame her." She murmured, folding her hands. "Uh.. I guess any other questions?"

Jane still looked slightly confused, as usual. "I wish my memory would stay with more for a day, at least." He muttered, his eyes looking over Gabriel. "Tell me your name again, please?" Half of the phrase sounded like a command, then it turned to a question. Nothing new with Jane. His fingers raked through his hair softly; his caring eyes examining Nico and the room, trying to find some familiarity in it. Maybe he recognized it, but not too well. Sooner or later he would, right?

Gabriel glanced over to Jane; he hadn't noticed him enter the room. "The name's Gabriel," he said, a little bit happier now that he had been acquainted with another member of the group. He then turned his attention back to Nico. "And I guess I guess my last question is 'Where do I start?'"

"I'm sure it will one of these days. Maybe you should carry around something to record things? I've honestly never experienced amnesia where you forget things moment to moment. Short term memory loss maybe." Nico murmured to the boy with a small sigh, guessing it must be rather annoying when you couldn't remember things on a moment to moment basis at points in time.
Blinking as Gabriel redirected his attention to her, she seemed to pause, thinking over what he could do. At least he didn't ask about her family. Like who her parents worked for.... It made one corner of her mouth twitch to think about it but she leveled out. "Er..... Well.... we're not really doing anything right now." She answered awkwardly, scratching the back of her head. "As I said before, there isn't much going on right now. Thats why we train and wait for orders from the higher ups." She reminded him of what she had said before, wishing she could answer his question better but well... she couldn't.
