i actually thought crona was 100% a boy since they always refered to crona as 'he' in the anime. HOWEVER, then i saw a picture in the manga of crona practically half nakedish and well...crona seriously looked like a girl. just search on deviantart "crona chapter 60". well unless the mangaka is trying to toy with our heads even more, crona seriously looked like a girl in that picture!!
plus ragnarok is always trying to lift crona's dress thing, adding to the girlishness of crona.
