Oh hell, the idiot's back. Aiko wasn't even remotely happy that the vampire had returned. He was so obviously new, he knew nothing of self-preservation.

Aiko turned back to the ents who now refused to touch her. Ehhh, and now Teishoku will find out who I really am...Will he see me differently? She very rarely used her name as a way to get special treatment, only for apologizes or the right to be heard. Finding out that Teishoku had no clue about who she was proved to be quite refreshing to her. And soon, these ents were going to ruin it all.

I guess there's only one thing to do... Maybe the vamp proved useful enough as a distraction. "Well, obviously you guys have a lot to discuss with each other. I will... y'know. I'll just leave and give you your privacy, just in case you're sharing secrets." Aiko turned to Teishoku. Really wish we could've started our lessons.... "As promised, I am bound to you. If you need me, for anything at all, call out 'Banshee'. My shadow will hear and alert me of your call." Aiko blew them a kiss and waved her good-bye, then ran out of the forest, her shadow flying behind her like a hawk.

Teishoku glared at the disappearing figure that was his new student. She shows up out of the blue, and sticks around just long enough to cause all types of hell to break loose. Just like a woman.I'm still waiting to find out what just happened.Teishoku looked at Durzo, still breathing deeply. It looked like he would pass out under that knife, but Teishoku couldn't be sure because his bandit's eyes revealed nothing. Durzo, can you make a mental note that I'm mad at Aiko for leaving so quickly. Durzo managed a nod without getting is throat sliced.

Teishoku rounded on Jorak. You told me I'd be a sage. I'd be the guardian of this place. I agreed to that, despite our terrible introduction. Now as sage in training, I feel I have a right to know what's happening.

Kaname looked down at his feet ashamed that he had made Aiko leave and hoping the beggar wouldn't cut his head off. "I'm very sorry Teishoku, its Teishoku right?" Kaname felt the smelly beggars anger with him. "Is there a way to umm get on your good side right now?"
if i'm not i'm most likely going to die here. Kaname turned his attention away from the beggar and saw the Ents "hello I don't believe we've met i'm Kaname" Kaname held his hand out to shake the Ents hand.

Teishoku stared at the new kid with disbelief. I don't think he understands the situation at all...Teishoku just wanted an explanation, but people kept showing up to interrupt the situation. He didn't want this kid around him. It seemed like he was only gonna be trouble.

Not taking his eyes off of Jorak, he spoke to the vampire. Kaname, your reasons for being here are none. No curiosity, and no known mission. That means that your being here is more suspect than anyone else. The fact that you're here, gives me more than enough reason to kill you. It seems more than likely that that you're here to kill me. Do you understand that? Teishoku continued without letting the vampire answer. Good. Now I provide you two choices. You can pledge allegiance to me. Complete allegiance. You'll be my slave, like Durzo. Hey!Durzo exclaimed. Shut up Durzo!Teishoku shouted, starting to get annoyed about the whole situation. Ok....

As I was saying, you'll be my slave. Its that, or I let the ents kill you for excessive irritation and your potential attempt at assassination. Teishoku broke off from speaking and let his words register to everyone.

Kaname took a deep breath. With a god like voice he looked the beggar in the face and told him. "No...." and he backed away from the begger and sat next to a tree.

Mouda heard talking in the forest and followed the noises. He was hoping to find the damn vampire, tired of traveling with the three young rookies. They had slowed him down, causing him to be behind schedule. He was exhausted, so much that he didn't even make the slightest effort in stealth. I'm too big for that anyway. He finally found what he was looking for, a young vampire that fit the description Baas had given him. Along with the young vampire, there was a young beggar, and Mouda instantly cringed his noise, the smell of the boy almost unbearable. Man, this guy stinks. Must be his clothes or something. Along with the beggar was a bandit, appearing to be blind, and a few Ents. Mouda walked in their clearing, knowing that nobody with a half-wit would give him any trouble. He didn't wait for the three following him to catch up, annoyed and exhausted enough already.

"Hello Ladies and Gents! If I may," Mouda pointed to the young vampire, " I need him." Before the vampire could react with a sensible action, Mouda rushed over to him, giving him a fierce headbutt, knocking the boy unconscious. After a moment, he was slightly dismayed when he saw blood trickling down from the vampire's head, but decided that he would live. He took a look at everyone, knowing that the stunt he just performed was barbaric. He glared at the three young tribal warriors, chastising them for making such slow progress. "I apologize for this rude intrusion and will gladly take my leave. " With that, he motioned to the tribal warriors and turned to leave.

((darn it sofa...this would be so much easier if you just posted...))

Teishoku's jaw hit dropped instantaneously. Everyone was silent for a while. Teishoku was the first to recover. Creepy things like this have been happening more and more often around him so he was reletively used to it. He looked around and noticed that everyone was still staring at the large elephant who was now walking away with the unconscious idiot on his back. Teishoku was aching to know what the hell had happened, but not so much that he would just stay here. This crap was ridiculous.

He called to the Ent pinning his bandit to the ground. As the Naturia Sage, I order you to release my servant. He said in a commanding tone. The ent paused for a second, looked at Jorak, then let Durzo up. These guys are starting to get on my nerves. I haven't learned anything from them. He thought, annoyed as he turned and started walking away from the scene.

Durzo rushed to catch up to him. As they walked away. Durzo grinned mischievously and flashed a couple of scrolls that were tucked neatly in his shirt. You know what, I'm just gonna stop wondering about that guy. He decided. He figured he'd keep things between him and the bandit on a need to know basis. And right now, he didn't really need to know.

Teishoku sighed to himself. He didn't really want to come back into this forest, but the forest was pretty impressive and he knew he was going to have to return eventually regardless of what he wanted. This was sort of....his forest. If he wasn't in it, who would protect it?

Teishoku stuck his hand out and Durzo palmed him the scrolls. Teishoku was about to tell him his orders, but once again, Durzo answered before the orders were given. Back to Wind Empire, Pick up job. Got it. Where will you be? He spoke quickly, as if he were on a time limit. Finding religion...um...ok, sure He began to walk away from a beggar with a once again gaping mouth. Durzo grinned to himself. He loved doing that.

Teishoku continued to walk shaking his head as the bandit left his presence. He was looked for a temple he'd heard about here in the Tranquil Forest. It was supposed to help one get in touch with nature, which is something he would need if he was to become the sage everyone was talking about. He checked the scrolls within he shirt. He'd read them later. He didn't feel like training. He left the safety of his section of the forest to spread out and hopefully find the temple he was in search of.

Meitei continued walking. Around him was a beautiful forest, filled with strange creatures and surroundings. Along the floor were numerous mushrooms, the creatures feeding on the glowing fungi. Meitei had rubbed his eyes more than once today, unable to believe the magical property of the forest. It was as if he were in one of those stories his parents used to read to him and Teishoku. Teishoku. That was the reason Meitei had visited the forest. Teishoku was an Ent, if Meieti was correct, and Ents were usually sighted in this area. Meitei had taken a big risk walking into the forest, especially since he was a shadowbeing, and Ents and Shadowbeings did not go well. He was on constant guard, weary of a surprise attack coming out from nowhere. I need a drink.

Finsihing his last bottle of sake, Meitei finally chose a spot to rest. He technically wasn't supposed to be drinking any more alcohol since he had become a shadowbeing, but he hadn't seen Orin in almost a month, and frankly, Orin was the only one who cared much. Meitei had changed much since last seeing Teishoku. For one, his hair had grown out, becoming long and disorganized, giving Meitei a more "wild" appearance. His skin had darkened a few shades and his voice had become deeper. He looked a lot like his father. Meitei had also been carrying around two swords, swords that he was certain Teishoku hadn't seen. Tsukiyomi and Amaterasu. They had helped Meitei on numerous occasions, and he wasn't sure if he could let go of them yet. He unwrapped a scroll, looking inside it. Numerous descriptions of lightning spells were depicted, giving a deep explanation on how each was performed. Might as well get some training done.

He started with the weak spells first, the most basic. Taking in a deep breath, Meitei used his magic to reach out in the air. He closed his eyes, attempting to become more in touch with the ions surrounding him. He grinned when he felt a small shock up his leg, another one in his side. Meitei opened his eyes. He had performed the first step of mastering the spell: charge the ions around you using your own magic. Now, all he needed to do was solidify them using magic and attack with them. After that, he would have mastered his first lightning spell, Lightning Bolt. Meh...not as hard as they say.

Teishoku walked back into his forest humming to himself. Fede was a jerk, but it didn't mean Teishoku had to be in a bad mood. He smiled as the magical forces of his forest caressed him. His nature rune was getting more powerful, and lately, he'd been feeling something weird. It was like something was growing inside of him. He paid it no mind.

As he walked, he surveyed the area calmly. It was then that he saw that man standing in the distance. He was just standing there, apparently lost in thought. Teishoku began to walk towards him, requests to leave already on his tongue. When he got closer, he saw that the man had brought weapons. Swords??? He brought swords into 'My' forest? Who does this guy think he is? I hope he doesn't think those things will help him. Teishoku thought, his anger beginning to rise. He stopped in front of the man and folded his arms.

Look, I'm tired and haven't been having a very nice day. I'm gonna kindly request that you leave the premises unless you have some business with me, the keeper of this forest. A thread of his hair fell in front of his eyes. He shook his head slightly to dislodge it, its color change from reddish to white, reminding him of his method of 'induction' into the Ents, race. His arms were folded should he need to quickly remove a needle from the bracer on his right hand.

Meitei looked up when someone approached him. "Holy....." Standing right in front of Meitei was none other than his foster brother, Teishoku. He had also changed. Meitei stood there, absent minded, as he thought of something to say. Wait a minute.....He doesn't know its me. Meitei suddenly grinned his famous grin, seizing an opportunity to mess with his brother. Life had been eventful for him and rankly, it was good to see family again. Still grinning, he pulled out both Tsukiyomi and Amaterasu. While Teishoku was the one who had entertainment in his blood, Meitei imitated his best "mercenary" voice and spoke.

"Foolish mortal! It is very unwise to walk up and speak to me in that manner. I am none other than Taborlin the Great, ruler of the land. I have traveled mountains for leisure activity, hunted frightening demons for my lunch, I have even called on the Name of the Wind. I have hunted down the Chanmian......*cough* Chandrian...... and uh......" Meitei stood there, thinking, for a few moments. Meh, whats the point? Its over. Meitei gave it up, shrugged his shoulders, sat down near a tree, and opened up the scroll again. His attention wandered off, his mind focusing on the texts. To anyone else, it would appear as if he had suddenly caught amnesia, the young man suddenly forgetting that he was still in a forest and was asked to leave. Still reading, Meitei spoke to Teishoku, too focused in his texts to look up. "Its me, Teishoku......Meitei."

Aiko was tired after running so far. Sniffed at the air once more, hopping the man was somewhere close by. When his scent was noticably stronger this time, she almost jumped with glee. She dropped into a half crouch and stalked to where his scent was very strong. The only way to get answers it to drag it out of him. Otherwise, he'll lie or avoid my questions. She licked her lips in anticipation. Blood doesn't lie. Blood 'never' lies. She stayed silent until she was directly behind him.

Just before she was ready to pounce, Aiko heard a voice some ways away from her teacher. Upon further inspection, she saw that someone was addressing her teacher. A very hot guy, it seemed. No longer intrested in her friend, she sat up straight and tried to hear the man's words. She was shocked to hear him say her teacher's name as if they were friends. Why would a hottie know 'my' teacher? She glanced up at her teacher. Why can't my teacher be 'that' hot? She rustled some leaves around to announce her presence, then sent her shadow flying ahead. Sure that they knew she was there, she stepped from her hiding space and streched. " 'You' are a very hard man to find, teacher. Mind if I hunt here for a bit?"

Teishoku's Beggar's nose twitched. He was still getting used to smelling the vampire everywhere he went. He shooed her away absently, not even taking his eyes off of the stranger. yeah, yeah, get a move on. Don't kill anything big. If I find any deer with teeth marks, we're gonna have a problem.

Teishoku then began to scan the man. He joked pretty much just like his brother did, but unless he'd been staring at the sun recently, something serious had happened. His nature rune ached in his finger. There was something wrong with the man. The sash I wear around my waist. Tell me what it signifies. He'd grown up in a house of illusionists. There was no way in hell he'd just 'believe' anything anyone said.

Meitei's eyes immediately went up at the sound a a female voice. He instantly set down the scroll, his focus changing on a new target. Teishoku had said something about his sash but Meitei didn't really pay attention. In a manner of seconds, he was in front of the girl, his legs knelt down and her hand in his. He smiled up at her, flashing an irresistible smile, his perfect white teeth showing. Wow, Teishoku. How have you "not" taken advantage of this yet? Clearing his voice, he spoke to the young girl, putting on the most charming voice he could imitate.

"Well, hello, young angel. How is it that you are reduced to hunting for your own food? A perfect creature like you shouldn't have to do any manual labor of any kind, even if you have no choice. I, Meitei Genkaku, will hunt for you if you request it. All I ask in return is your name." He kissed her hand, almost forgetting that his brother was there right beside him.
