I guess it also depends on the nature of your pokemon on the matter of how many watts you get cuz I keep getting bonus watts even when I've walked for only a little while.

Any that are green, blue or yellow. Dragonflies, butterflies, beetles, crickets, etc. These all come in either red, blue, green, yellow or brown depending on the bug. I only need the blue, yellow and green ones. Thanks.
