Open and Accepting. I think it just means that the rp is finished constructing and that it's ready to take on applicants. It might also mean started, but I'm not sure. sweatdrop

This is only the 2nd day I've been accepting profiles. Most rp's are open a week or a few days at least before starting, so no need to feel behind.
