His brow furrowed, and he shook his head, slowly. "I...don't believe so. Although, I never questioned further." He moved forward, glancing over the terrain with nostalgic eyes. "No...I keep myself busy...but not too much so." He glanced back at her, perhaps a bit nervously. "In truth, I don't know what I would do with myself, if I weren't always so busy."

Rolling onto her side she looked upon Iosef once more. "Promise me you won't work yourself too hard." Terreis didn't want him to focus on nothing but work, even if he didn't know what to do with himself if he wasn't working. From what she had been told when she spoke to Penthesilea before coming to see Iosef was that there were not many slaves in the pack right now - of course they were also fewer sisters to take care of. But she knew with time the pack would likely swell in numbers and if there weren't more slaves to help out then poor Iosef would be worked to death.

"Allright," he said, with an obliging smile. And then, with a furrowed brow, "I do wish Thealia had allowed her pups to stay, though. I would have been happy to care for them and teach them their place, and they would have been good company for Glacier." He said this at once, with a small wince, as though he had been carrying around the thought for sometime but only just now had the nerve to say it aloud. "But no matter. There will be others." He looked back at her, and nodded, his purple eyes quite serious. "But I promise I won't work myself too hard, if it can be avoided."

"I'm sure that Antianeira will have many other puppies in the future." It was quite inevitable that as the pack grew in numbers from returning old blood as well as new blood coming in there would be pups born into it. And who knows maybe will a bunch of pups running around Iosef will get a bunch of males to train and to help lighten his work load as they grow. His promise wasn't perfect but she knew that his job made it so that he had to work no matter what. "Good." She gave her head a nod. Lifting her eyes she glanced towards the sky, noting the position of the sun. "We best head back now, I don't want you to be late for your duties." Standing she gave her fur a shake before looking at Iosef. "I will be staying for a few days before returning to YMCA." With the grace of a warrior she jumped down from the small outcropping and glanced back at her brother.

He nodded, perhaps a bit gravely. "I should be back to work," he agreed, and reached out to prod her again with his paw, one final determining touch to prove that she was real. "I have been glad to see you. Perhaps we will spend more time together, before you must be gone."

Terreis gave Iosef a bump on the shoulder. "Of course we will spend time together before I have to leave." Tossing him a smile she lead the way back towards the dens, content with how their reunion had turned out. Now it would be time to catch up with some of the sisters while Iosef attended to his duties.
