The woman gave the grunt a small smile. "Of course. I'll hold you to that."
The woman glanced at the clock and sighed, pushing up her glasses once more. "I do believe you've had enough drama for today. Once you're done cleaning up that mess, you're free to go."

A grateful smile came over Kofuku's face and she nodded. "Thank you, Dr. Reyard, both for the opportunity and for letting me go home after I clean." Shifting the bucket and mop, she tilted her head.
"I do have one last question... how is it that you aren't afraid of Seth at all? I mean, he glares at me and I feel like throwing up, honestly." She really was amazed that this woman didn't seemed fazed at all by the Elite.

The doctor was about ready to leave, but the question caused her to take pause.
Folding her arms, the woman smirked lightly. "After you've seen all the s**t I have, you learn not to take people like him quite so seriously. That man has a chip on his shoulder, but he's sensible and listens to reason. So long as you do your job, and give him due respect, you shouldn't have anything to fear from him."

Blinking a few times, she looked at Reyard with admiration; this woman was someone to really look up to, and Kofuku was realizing just how lucky she was becoming. "I guess there really is a reason he's an Elite, huh."
Propping the mop up on her shoulder a bit, she grinned. "I'd better get that mess cleaned up, Dr. Reyard. I'll be sure to have my answer for you by tomorrow." Turning from the doctor, she went down the hall to her spill and began cleaning, letting her thoughts wander through the options she had at hand. Things were changing, but at the same time, they seemed to be changing for the better. These thoughts continued through her mind as the watery and soapy mess was cleaned. Although she didn't know it now, next day would see her an official memeber of the medical staff.

Now she was getting it, and the doctor nodded. "Certainly. Not anyone can make it to that level. If you get past his attitude, I'm certain anyone could learn a lot from him."
As Kofuku announced her intentions, she simply nodded. "Very good. I'll see you tomorrow." With that, she went on her way to get back to work.
