(His post was slightly obscure but I dont think hes under the earth literally. From your post I take it you created a muddy landslide effect and from his post I take it he used the mud to hide his seals and then released his technique causing the mud flow to explode from around him.)

(=.= The ground is frozen... It's the snow village and it's in the mountains? How can it become mud... A friend of mine also told me about permafrost... It's when the ground temperature is below freezing and is alot harder than normal... So it would be harder to turn into mud!)

Ill look at his profile and then at this again and see if I cant shake it off.)

(Well... water can't stay still... especially on a mountain side... So it has to slide right? But still... it can't make frozen dirt into mud...)

(That would depend, the use of the lightning would cause a small rising heat increase, but if anyone used any Katon that would help me out here.)

(No one used any katon... So he would still be stuck in the ground... The heat from the technique would be put out by the freezing water created anyways... We just want to know if he can move or can't while in the ground... Which I find he can't...)

(It would depend on how stuck, how he got stuck, and how close together his hands are.)

(That doesn't really matter... he still wouldn't be able to move while stuck in the ground...)

(If he was super deep in the ground he could possibly work his way into some room after a time, but if hes shallow he may not even be but waist down in the dirt. Neither of you specified that I remember so thats why Im asking, if he was in the midst of signing when he went under his hands would be close enough to possibly work in another seal or two before the ground solidified around him.)

(That would leave one hand out of the ground, I really dont know why he ended up down there anyways, but one hand isnt good enough, for hand seals anyways.)

Nash slowed as he entered an empty clearing on the side of the mountain and was very glad for his heavy clothing. The air was frigid, even through the scarf that covered his mouth, and he coughed Geez its friggin freezing up here! Even colder than in the village main. he rubbed his gloved hands and waited for Slate to come.

❅Slate Otosan❅ Slate trotted up to the clearing to, he exaled softly. The surface on the mountain was more slippery then he thought. He then sat down and unraveled a scroll setting it down on the icy patch of ground. He read for a bit so he could figure out what he wanted to study.
