Except when she feels that her charge can handle his or herself, she just ups and leaves without warning. She thinks cutting ties like this is the best way for her charge to learn about independence. However, she doesn't realize that not all of her past charges can deal with her leaving so abruptly without so much as an explanation or a goodbye. Low luck?: No

Tell me about this SoA!: Drusilla is the mate of Malenga, one of my already-existing SoA. They are two peas in a pod, really. Both evil, both eager to indulge in their own pleasure regardless of who it ends up hurting in the process. While Malenga is manipulative, crude and generally an a*****e, Drusilla is much less sane, years of torture in a pride that saw her as only property breaking her spirit. She used to be a very righteous, very elegant female, now only the grace remains.
She has been tainted by those around her, to the point where she no longer sees herself as one of them. The only one she feels connected to is her love, whom she follows relentlessly and eagerly, devoted to the darkness she sees in him. Still, she has a creepy sweetness around her. Even when she decides to help someone out, smiling and speaking calmly, there is something unsettling about her.
The two will go running around creating chaos together, happy as clams. (who are apparently very happy)

Tell me about this SoA!: "Nquma is a kind, sweet lioness at heart, looking out for others and helping where and when she can. However, she isn't the best at expressing herself, often coming across as cold or uncaring, even a right b***h at times. It's not because she doesn't like other Gods or mortals, she's just... very shy.
Shy enough to let her fear get the better of her, altering her personality to something entirely different than she means it to be. All she wants is to make friends, but she finds it next to impossible.
Sometimes she feels she is just not meant to get along with others.
Though shy, she does feel comforted by appearing in her mortal form, always worried that normal animals would REALLY dislike her if she showed herself to be the large lioness with huge horns she actually was. When it comes to lions and such, she doesn't feel superior. Quite the opposite, in fact."

Tell me about this SoA!: Jeraha's a*****e of a father, Angusho spent his life over-powering other animals on a self-indulgent quest for power and infamy. He struck terror into the hearts of those he met, never leaving someone without something to remember him by. Scarring cuts, crippling injuries, dead families- it all depended on just how much one's face managed to piss him off. Some defect in his mind propelled him forward- driving him to find the strongest opponents the rogue lands had to offer.
Eventually, he decided on a mate. A fair, small, green female whose name he never learned. She, of course, had no choice in her fate, and eventually was forced to bear him cubs. These cubs, Angusho found, were not worth his time. Too small. Too weak. Too female. Three little girls were slaughtered, never to start their lives, while one dark gray ball of fluff was spared based solely on his gender.
Spared being a very giving term for the life the boy, Jeraha, grew into. His father tortured him, trained him, looking for him to gain some kind of importance Angusho never found in all his slayings. While he grew, his mother failed, and was never able to produce another litter for the demanding dark lion that had stolen her. For that, she too met her fate. Having lost the only kindness in his life, Jeraha fled from his father, leaving the male how he had started; completely alone. For years Angusho hunted the boy. Injuries mounted, and age brought on more losses than wins. He became a shadow of his former glory. A massive lion with plenty of fights under his proverbial belt and nothing to show for all the mayhem he had created in his life.
His only remaining goal: find his son. Then he could either kill the boy, or die fighting him.
.... Yeah. xD Jeraha was my first custom, and my first lion with a real story behind him. He is, and don't tell this to my other SoA, my favorite. I would love to get my guy his father at long last so they can meet. XD I've been unable to do anything with Jeraha for a while now and it really irritates me.

Tell me about this SoA!: Fasihi'nafsi is the youngest of a set of twins from a concept pride called the Intaba'umbikezeli, or Mountain Seers. They don't actually "see" things as they're not real seers. The women of the pride (those born into it from original members, not new members) suffer from a disease that produces hallucinations and eventually induces schizophrenia depending on the color of your coat. The closer your coat is to white, the higher the chance it is that you will not only have hallucinations, but go completely crazy. Fasihi'nafsi is one of the pride's head priestesses, and is much sounder of mind and gentler that her elder sister. The Intaba'umbikezeli are a very religious pride as the founding members Mwitu'nafsi and Bahari'nafsi believed their sight was given to them by God. The god of all the gods.

Tell me about this SoA!:
Izonshou has a very mysterious nature. Her history is unknown to all and she harbors a darkness in her heart. She's a rogue, and usually watches from a distant hiding place when she locks on to a "target". By target, I mean that she finds a lion or lioness she admires and becomes obsessed with them- hence her name meaning..."obsession". She stalks and studies her targets , becoming infatuated with them to an unhealthy point and rarely gets caught doing so. Not many have seen her, as she usually does her "hunting" at night. Her coat is mostly dark and thus she blends easily into the night.
Something seems to have caused this rift in her mind, this need to follow and become attached to those she doesn't even know. Maybe her history in time will tell the dark secrets that lay within Izonshou's soul. Still, there seems to be no sadness, no remorse...just a lingering lust for obsession.

Description: The lion would look just like in the picture, only the back fur (not the mane) are a little duller than the underside of the body. Like he got sun bleached. The dull runs down all the legs just before the paw. (think if he just lay on his belly all day in the sun with his arms and legs stretched out )
The tail fluf is the same color as the dark brown on the mane.
Inside the ears are a lighter creme color.
The eyes are gold.

Tell me about this SoA!: This one is based off of a Beanie buddy I have in my car. It's an ode to my grandpa who loved Tigers and Lions.
It's been in there so long the back is getting sun bleached. Over a few years really, since we got the car.
ICly, he is going to be the grandfather to Dreamer's Squall lion. He is an elder in En Gedi, but in his old age he's gone a bit senile. (( Think of the old guy that yells at kids to get off his lawn )) Nothing really amuses him, he can say that he's seen everything and is full of tales of 'Back in my day-'. He is sure to tell you how he hunted in the 'snow' ( or sand ) and freezing cold going up hill both ways in the blistering heat.
He is also sure to brag how his raggedy appearance is like a medal, shows that he's been around. Young Lions should be proud to get a scar and mangled fur. In fact, they should go get one and show that they are a true lion. Age = wisdom.
Low luck?: I've had him in two pet trade threads since October (Meeps, but I removed it) and DFA (Currently there), but really haven't caught any customs for him.

I am making this lovely lass the mother of my Lioness, Tuu; She is a bit of a loon, with high standers, so when she felt her child didn't make her proud anymore she left her alone, out in the world to die. I want to have her come back into Tuu's life now that Tuu has cubs of her own, to pretty much... ******** s**t up hardcore, but it's going to backfire when Xibalba, my Goddess of Hypnosis gets a hold of her before she has the chance to steal Tuu's cubs, she isn't trying to save the kids so much as... gain a personal 'tool'; Xi is going to be rather fond of Kahi, and makes her into a personal 'toy' of sorts (They will end up being lovers later on, what the hell); Both are wicked things.

Tell me about this SoA!: Nyonda is yet another b*****d child of Morifaer, the God of Demons. However, unlike many of his other children, Nyonda has and always will stay loyal to her father, as a hard-working Qatethe (assasian) in the Aikinaro'hini. She's a cruel, merciless, seductive lionness who'll do anything to get her own way. She doesn't care how she gets there, she doesn't care who gets hurt, as long as she gets there and gets the job done. She's silent and ruthless, and not afraid to use her feminine charms to get close before slashing your throat. She doesn't care - life is just a luxury, and clearly one you don't deserve if she's been sent to kill you.
Nyonda cares for herself and herself only, and her only goal in life is to make her father proud. Despite her loyalty and hard work, however, Morifaer's favourite child remains to be Farlest, one of the few who's deserted him. This, needless to say, infuriates Nyonda - she's the one who's stayed by him, tried to make him proud, yet she's still not Daddy's favourite. She's been busy, however, whilst she's been out of the pride. She's been tracking her sister, and almost has her. And when she does find her...there'll be blood to pay. Not to mention that the lionness is very aware of the current upset in the Aikinaro'hini, surrounding the King. She trusts her father - and hopes that with the royalty confused as it is, she'll be able to seize the opportunity.
Morifaer, however, might have other plans...

Alrighty, before I get started on more of these I figured it'd be a good idea to post a few clarifications / tidbits. Give y'all an idea of what sorta things I'm likely to pick, and so on!
First - remember, this is about the plot/concept/etc more than the design. While I would love it if the design is something that appeals to me visually, that's a secondary concern at best. My goal here is to help customers fill plot holes, not to create simple sig pretties! So if I have a choice between a 'meh' design with an awesome concept/plot and a gorgeous design with little or no plot, I will pick the awesome concept SoA first. As time/inspiration permits I'll go back and grab as many extras as I can, naturally, but you have a better chance of being picked at the outset if the concept piques my interest.
Second - I'm really sorry, but I'm just not a huge fan of cosplays. I'm not saying that I will not pick a cosplay at all (esp. since I've already done at least one so far), but it'll be far less likely to be picked than an original concept. As above, I'll do my best to go back and grab what I can - but I will probably pick pretty designs with no plot/concept over cosplays, unless the plot for the cosplay SoA is amazing.
Third - I will be doing my best to 'fill' plot holes wherever possible. So if the plot is ready to go aside from the requested SoA, I'll consider that as a priority. If a friend of yours has already gotten their plot SoA, I'll consider that a priority. Make note of things like that, it will help me make decisions!
Fourth - Blatant requests for edits (or hinting way too strongly) will probably deter me. I'm a fussy b***h about some things, and that's one of'em. The 'right' way to get edits would be to mention that X character is a scraggly war vet, or that she's a shameless flirt, or something like that. The 'wrong' way is telling me that he has a huge scar across his flank, or that she's got fluffy ears.
And just to paraphrase the above so you don't have to read my long-winded ramble, here is a handy-dandy diagram of my priority listing:

Tell me about this SoA!: This SoA isn't going to be RPed by me. If I were to get this SoA I am going to happily settle on an RP contest so I might be able to get the Kitwana'antara some more interest as well as some more activity and life. As it is we're short on female lionesses (aka I have acquired the only RPable female lioness) in the pride and it would be nice to have a new face. I'm making her a sister to the queen because A. who doesn't like royalty and B. I notice a lot of folks seem to default towards preference of writing females.
There is a possibility she might have a larger role once the pride is firmly established (we're waiting on the OK from the mule, sent in the form almost 3 months ago) but that would be up to Nux since she will be writing the other plot-related character. This is a way the Kitwana'antara can gain some more recognition and will let me get some familial-ties with others without having to RP them myself. I sort of fail at solo-RPs and am a glutton for family relations.
It will be up to the winner to decide what sort of epic things she wants to do with the lioness.

Tell me about this SoA!: Petra was perfectly preserved - petrified if you will. Petra got on the wrong side of a goddess, Boma'burdi, Boma used her powers to bond minerals to completely encase the lioness in stone, with the weakening of Boma'burdi's powers (lack of belief) the bonds that the lioness created were weak to begin with, and quickly broke down.
Her name was different before her imprisonment (which did not last very long a week or two) but she can't remember, she's calling herself Petra.
(Think like..Han Solo after being set free, disoriented/confused.)
Petra's going to be wandering an an anxious, moody fog until something jogs her memory. She'll then chase after Boma/she will be the eventual demise of the goddess.

She is a cosplay and I know that bumps her way down on the priority list, but besides the God of Mist she's the only Quest I have going. Tell me about this SoA!: Anju will be a in the soon the be Ashnai'le Pride. She will contently hold the position of a huntress, as she loves the interaction with the cubs of the pride. Because of her pelt, mostly clad in a rust color, she was born in the Atmaja house. Personality wise, she contrasts quiet a bit with the rest of the pride. Although Anju is a gentle soul, she's a very nervous lion who's quick to apologize for things she might of not even had any control over. Her memory is far from the sharpest, and being a procrastinator at heart only makes things worse for the lioness. She will be the future mate of Kafei, the purple boy in my sig. Their backgrounds are a bit different: Kafei's parents where driven out of the pride when Sahen took over. He was born in another far away pride and has recently returned, unsure of what exactly he plans to accomplish retuning to the pride his parents would much rather leave in the past. Anju's parents on the other hand, where some of the few lions that stayed in the pride after Sahen's mother passed. She was born in the canyon and has never stepped outside of the pride lands. Once the two meet, Kafei won't be able to keep her off his mind. This being the first time he's ever been in love he's not sure how to deal with it. The purple lion will see Anju as a diamond in the rough and wants noting but the best for her. She personally hasn't been affected by the condition of the pride around her, and Kafei will do anything to make sure it stays that way. This in turn makes his quest to somehow help return the pride to it's former glory much more personal. However his love for Anju may be his downfall, as protecting those he cares about is his number one priority- even if that means drawing unwanted attention from the Ligi of the pride to not only himself, but Anju as well. Low luck?: No, but the application for the pride being official just went in, and I would really like to get Anju before the meat of the prides metaplot starts. >:

Description:
One of the things one notices straight away with Kuchanganyikiwa is her mane. A shock of bright, eyecatching neon pink adorns dark gray fur, turquoise eyes sparkling out mischievously from beneath the tuft. With a pelt of near-black, darkest gray, like a stormcloud, the lioness has many tribal markings, in a glowing pink, adorning her body. Her pawtips are painted pink, with her hindpaws covered midway to her haunch, like a sock. One of the definitive markings is the slash pattern of "x"'s about her neck, and the other is a pattern of spots beneath her eye. The tuft of pink that is her mane continues in a stripe all the way down her back, to the tip of her tail, which ends in a fluff of pink the same color as her neon mane.

Tell me about this SoA!:
Where to start on Kuchanganyikiwa? The petite little lioness has never really been seen as quite sane. Demonic in nature, though small, she is often caught playing with her food, and teasing it in a pleasant voice, asking all manner of sing-song questions, as her paws play over the skin, watching blood with eager eyes. She enjoys the games, often times, when taking another lion for her enjoyment, or even someone of another species, she never begins with physical games, oh no. As she says,
"Don't you know, dear~? It's more fun to break the mind."
'Kiwa has a penchant for teasing, knowing full well that though strange in appearance, she's rather attractive. She taunts others with her dark charm, before getting them alone to play her game. Although....Eventually, she ends up getting bored with her play toys, especially when they stop playing back, and will then proceed to either let them walk out, or ignore them, whilst keeping them within her den, until their mind returns somewhat, then the game begins again.
The one thing this sadomasochistic little thing DESPISES, more than anything else in this world, is predictability. Even in her choice of mate, she would prefer someone who'd never give her the same thing twice. Once someone starts making a pattern of it, she grows tired, and switches things up of her own volition. This includes the games she plays with her victims. One thing she does enjoy is someone who will give back to her what she gives in play. Pain for pain, Pleasure for pleasure, and this will keep her twisted mind pacified for a short while.
Now, one might wonder how 'Kiwa's insanity began. With no parental history she's willing to share, and very little known about where she came from, it's hard to tell. When the femme was but a cub, story has it that her mother taught her the ways of twisting senses of self, and physical torture. It doesn't help that whoever the mother of this sadistic being was named her with the Swahili word for insanity, setting the ideal fate she had for her daughter. From a tender cubling's age, she was shown what breaking another was like. Her mother versed her in the ideals of becoming a being that could easily bend and break males three times her size to her will.
Adolescence hit, and the poor thing (though calling the female a 'poor thing, when she enjoyed it, doesn't work) was still under the tutelage of the female who gave birth to her. Used as a tool for luring young males into their den, 'Kiwa began to develop her feminine wiles, charming the lions with a dark pleasure comprised of teasing, heated words of passion, and whispers of temptation and pleasure to come. A few months before hitting adulthood, it was her turn. She lured a hapless adult male into her den, toyed with his min, ran her claws over his body, spilling delicious blood, lapping it from her neon paws, and enjoying taking the time between her last moments of adolescence, and her growing into adultood, to play with this one. By the end of it, he had many new scars, and mentally....would never be the same.
Of course, she let him go.
'Kiwa had heard stories all her life of the beautifully dark Demon pride from her mother, who spoke with reverence of their ways. So, the petite lioness decided that since it was her time to make her way in the world, she would do her best to make it within the ranks of the Pride that she'd been told so much about. The girl has no doubt that she'll find somewhere to fit if they do turn her away, but being a rogue at current suits her just fine. It gives her, as she sees it, more leeway to do as she will with any creature she comes across, to enjoy the small nuances of just how long they can last under her well trained touch.
When her journey reaches its conclusion however....
She fully intends to make good on her plot to join with the Aikinaro'hini.

It was a very hard time, and a tough decision to put her down but she wasn't going to recover and would eventually waste away. I have been wanting to get her memorial pets, and I think a cheetah would fit her best SoA wise. Tell me about this SoA!: Well she is for the Kiingereza'nchi Pride, and while her exact purpose is not yet determined, she is hopefully going to be in the royal family, and at some point will serve a purpose. It will be easier to fit her in when she's made =) 'cause right now with just a concept idea, its a little rough trying to fit her in =)
