Description: While the boy's Sharingan is active if he makes eye contact with just about anyone Tenken can instantly put them under his genjutsu. If the opponent is smart enough to know how this technique works to avoid being put into his kid/Genin mindset like illusions a suggestion would be not to look in the eyes of such a Sharingan user. It isn't easy to fight against an Uchiha without looking them in the face simply watching their feet is an advanced type of defense maneuver that Guy-Sensei came up with after years of trying to figure out how to fight against kakashi's Sharingan.The downside about this technique is since Tenken is still a genin he can't hold such 'eyes' for long. It depends on how much chakra he still has while hes fighting. Even when the Uchiha has low chakra and the eyes are active he still has a hard time using this technique like he can when hes at his maximum.

eye contact or looking at their body, my eyes just have to keep up with them if your spotted it's trouble, this is advanced doujutsu shin-sama
@actually I can make this only possible through eye contact if the original description bothers you

Description: This technique is the illusion equivalent to the Tajuu Kage Bunshin no jutsu; with a twist. As time goes on the illusionary clones continue to multiply in number, and if sliced or harmed, the clones will split in half and reform as two separate clones. This technique is nothing more then an annoyance to slow opponents down but it can be a vital diversion or distraction for Tenken. The Uchiha first came up with the idea for this genjutsu when he first fought Naruto with his two tomoe Sharingan. This is Genjutsu so the only way to beat the clones is to break away from the genjutsu itself, it a bit difficult to realize this is genjutsu when most think it's an advanced Tajuu Kage Bunshin no jutsu which is Ninjutsu.

Description: After performing a string of handsigns the user will channel their chakra into the snow. The snow will then begin to rise and crawl up the user's body. Once the body is completely covered in the snow it will give the illusion of the user disappearing and the snow falling back to the ground. However, the user is really submerged under the snow. At any point the user can resurface. This can be used to move in for an attack, get away from an enemy, or simply stall for time.

After a single rotation, Ishikawa will be cased in flames, somewhat taking on the form of a firenado.
Because of its method, this technique is more like a taijutsu rather than a ninjutsu, as the ultimate result is a burning take down
