Rue giggled. "You have to do it like this." She notched in arrow. "Keep you arm straight and steady. Keep your eyes on the target at all times. And sometimes you have to consider the wind." she shot the arrow and it hit the target right in the center.

Kevin walked into the Archery Range and took his bow out. The polished dark purple wood it was made of glinted in the sun, as the blood red lines along the edges seemed to almost sparkle as the sunlight hit them. Been a while since I've been here...actually, it's been a minute since I've used this thing at all... He thought to himself. He shook his black hair out of his eyes and pulled the string back. As he drew the string, an arrow appeared on it, courtesy of the bow string made of a thread from the golden fleece. He released the arrow, which flew straight and fast and stuck itself into the smallest ring outside the bullseye. He pulled it back and released another, this time, it hit the bullseye directly. He released a 3rd arrow, which split the 2nd in half, and also stuck into the bullseye, as the 2nd arrow split and the sides leaned outward. Not bad, not bad at all. It's only been what...2 weeks? He thought to himself, grinning slightly as he shot off a few more arrows, 5 hitting the bullseye, 3 hitting the smallest ring, and the other dozen or so hitting the other rings.

Rue nodded. She looked over at the boy who had shot the arrows. His target was covered in them. Some on the bulls eye others on the rings. She smirked knowing she could top that.
She shot six arrows. All of them bulls eyes. She dusted her hands of off on her pants. "Works every time."

Kevin yawned, unimpressed. He shot an arrow, then shot one more immediately after. The 2nd arrow split the first in half, then hit the bullseye. The two halves of the severed arrow shot off to either side, hitting the bullseyes on the targets to the left and right of the target the 1st arrow hit. He grinned. Beat that, kid. He thought to himself.

Rue waved. "Bye." She said. Then she notched an arrow and shot it at the boy. It flew right into his hat and pinned it to a tree nearby. She smiled.

 Josh, who had been wandering around- saw the whole thing. "Excuse me," he said, snatching up the hat and returning it to Kevin. He pulled Rue away before Kevin could react. "Where is your head?" he hissed.
