"It would be..." Fleurite agreed softly, following Etoile's gaze. Although this means that she could never be friends with Fionn since in his eyes, she is a dangerous bandit, not telling him seemed like the lesser of two evils. Besides, perhaps she could watch from him from the side to see how he's developing as a princess despite the fact that 'Princess Fionn' will be one character she won't be using anytime soon.
"I better leave now," She spoke after a short pause, looking up at the two mares before throwing the unconscious stallion one last glance, "I don't want to give the story away to Fionn after all, when he wakes up..."
She then turned to face Etoile, a smile on her lips as she blushed, feeling rather shy all of a sudden, "U-Um, well... I had a good time today, although... A-Although it could have been much better." She paused, her smile widening, "So, uh, lets meet up again to discuss more stories, okay?" With that, she gave a rather awkward bow before trotting out of the cave, heading in the direction of home.
"Wait, Fleur! Fionn seems like he's out cold for now, so if you need me to escort you home while he and Etoile wait here-"
The mare froze at Brioso's voice, turning her head and looking quizzically at her. However, as she wasn't prepared for the mare's offer, Fleurite blushed a deep red as she shook her head quickly, "E-e-escort? O-oh no! It's f-fine, really! I l-live nearby! I can make my way back to my herd myself!" She stumbled over her words initially due to nervousness, but quickly recovered and made her way into the forest quickly, embarrassed at her own behavior.
Brioso couldn't help but chuckle softly at the fluttercorn's hurried reply and exit. Then, when the mare was out of sight, she turned to the pair of siblings and paused, staring at the condition Fionn was in. She seemed to have calmed down significantly, and had a small smile on her lips as she spoke, "Well now, he might not wake up till morning... He's too big and heavy to carry out, so we will need to spend the rest of the night here... Once its morning, it'll be much safer for the two of you - as well as myself - to return home."
Hopefully her mentor would understand the circumstances that had forced her to stay the night outside herd territories... Although she had the feeling that he would probably still reprimand her.
"I'll stay watch while you rest," She assured the mare as she hid a yawn; truth be told, she was not used to late nights like this one, but she decided that Etoile was probably tired from a night of excitement, and should get some rest... It would be bad to have two Soquilis fainting on her, after all!

"Okay...I'll find you again sometime soon!" Etoile was sad to know that Fleur had to go. She quite liked her new friend. It wasn't often that she met someone as fascinated with stories as she was. It was even rarer to find someone who could act them out as well. But she knew the mare had a point, if she stuck around Fionn would definitely wonder. She smiled, giggling silently as the little winged mare stammered over her polite refusal. Yep, certainly gonna miss her. "Bye Fleur, take care of yourself!" She called after her and then watched until she vanished into the growth of trees.
Only then did she turn to Brioso. She blinked a few times as the dark mare referred to her brother as big. Etoile's other brothers were considerably bigger than dainty Fionn. Heavy he was. She looked at him collapsed on the ground and gave a nervous smile. It was hard enough trying to move him when he was upright and conscious. She didn't even want to attempt picking him up. "Yeah...that's okay..." She agreed lowering herself to the ground beside her dark brother. "We've camped out before anyway."
There was also the fact that her father would worry what they had been doing so late at night if they showed up before sun up. If the returned while it was light he would figure that they had wandered off to the two-legger camp for a visit. It was better to let him think that was where they had been.
"You don't have to look out if you don't want to." She murmured lowering her head preparing for sleep. She was still ignorant to the dangers that lurked in the forest. For her whole life she had lived in the woods and had never encountered anything. Etoile liked to imagine that there was nothing there or else the faeries were protecting her and her kin. Letting out a deep breath slowly she closed her eyes and shifted until her body was relaxed. "We'll be just fine..." She smiled contentedly before letting her mind wander off to let the sleep claim her. She wasn't a big fan of waiting for responses when she was ready for bed.

"Alright, have a good rest," Brioso whispered when she realized that the mare was already fast asleep. She stood over the pair, staring at them worriedly; if they did not take into account the dangers of the forest at night, perhaps they were ignorant of the evils that lurked about at night...? She frowned slightly, wondering if it was too early to assume that; maybe they really just forgot due to their excitement? Either way, Brioso made a mental note to talk to the older of the pair - or maybe the younger of the pair would prove to be more logical? She would have to find out in the morning... Ignorance was what nearly got her killed at the claws of a skinwalker when she was younger, so she knew its dangers.
Trotting quietly over to the mouth of the cave, she folded her legs under her as she settled down on the ground to keep watch - it was something that used to be challenging to the naturally impatient mare. However, perhaps it was because she had matured or maybe her mentor's training worked, but she suddenly found herself wide awake as she guarded the pair of siblings.
"Just fine, eh..." She muttered to herself under her breath, a bemused smile on her lips, "They better be, I'm sacrificing my sleep for this!"
