Alright, the other game I'm looking at isn't confirming that they're looking for players, so mark me down for this one. I've got a level 10 character concept that I'm thinking of using as a character for a convention game I want to run, and it will compress down to 5 very nicely with these gestalt rules.
File under "Social manipulator/non-combat focused character".

Biological_Warfare Ooooh, excellent. While social aspects may seem laughable to some people, they underestimate that person's power to completely ruin their lives with just a few carefully chosen words. I have one of the most awesome character concepts in my opinion. An HONEST, Drow Assassin >.>

One of my other online chars is Bard 8/Marshal 1, with +47 diplomacy. Can bring someone from hostile to friendly on a 3 or better.
Silly broken diplomacy rules.

14, 8 10, 10, 14, 14. Crap, they're good rolls for a lot of other character builds, but they're just wrong enough to not make this character work well. Can we do a standard point-buy, or something? 25 points? If not, I'll just come up with a different concept to play.

Also, as the size of an explosion increases, the number of social situations it is incapable of solving approaches zero.

uhhhhh, would everyone just prefer to do a point buy? If everyone would prefer to do that, I'm fine with it.
Also, if someone could tell me where I could find the rules for point buy... I remember seeing them somewhere but I can't find them again.
However, it will never actually reach zero, as there are creatures with fire immunity.

Point buy rules are listed on pg 169 of the DMG
And ya, I generally prefer point buy.
