After closing the door, he walked around to the other side of the care and eased himself in, turning the engine. With in moments he pulled out and was on the sands. "Windows down or up?" he asked casually, one hand on the steering wheel, the other retrieving his glasses and setting them back on.

Watching him put the shades on, Kofuku shook her head and laughed a little. "Up please; I don't think we want the wind blowing in to turn my hair into a mess." her hair would dry fast enough once they were out in the sun; as it was, it was not only slightly damp.
"So, is this going to be a full surprise, or are you going to give me a hint as where we're going?" She leaned back, enjoying the ride, her arms resting on the arm rests of the seats.

"Well, how do you like sea food?" He hadn't actually picked out a restaurant yet, but he was planning on somewhere in Camphoreon City. The sea side ports would give them exotic feel without making it too formal. He didn't want formal. There were a few good restaurants along ocean.

"I would say as long as we're not talking about showing someone chewed food, Sea Food is a very delicious idea." It was her favorite treat, to be honest, food wise. She hardly ever got to have the distinctive flavors of fresh fish in her mouth before Team Rocket, but when she was able to find the fresh stuff, it'd always been delicious. Already her mouth was watering at the idea of tasting it again.

"No I wouldn't ask you on a date and then do that to you, that's a spontaneous thing." he grinned. She liked, it. That was good, it means that his idea would work for her. He reached over and fiddled with the radio, while driving, getting something to help fill the void, looking for music, his eyes still on the desert.

Leaning over, she gently moved his fingers away from the radio. "Here, I'll get it. What would you like to listen to?" She was decently familiar with what radio stations played what, but she wasn't sure what they'd get out in the desert. Chuckling at his comment, she sighed. "I'll have to remember that the next time we're in the cafeteria..."

"Fair warning." he chuckles. "As for the music, as long as it's not rap or screamo, I'm good. My personal famorite is techno, but most stations don't play it." He dropped his hand to the seat beside him.

"Sounds good to me... I'm not into either of them; I like music, not people screaming out and trying to get as many words into one beat as possible." Finding a decent station that was playing some rather doable hip-hop music at the time, Kofuku leaned back and rested her hand back on her arm rest. Looking ahead, the smile on her face seemed to grow a little on the calmer, more placid side.

He didn't mind the hip-hop. Not exactly his aim, but having her choose it would make her feel more comfortable. Relaxed was almost as good, but hopefully not to relaxed. "Don't fall asleep, we are almost there." he joked, not really caring if she did sleep.

Chuckling a bit, she looked over to him and shook her head, scrunching up her nose. "How could I ever fall asleep on you, Panther? You're far too exciting, you goof." She genuinely meant that he was exciting to be around; he was just exhilarating.

"And here I'm boring you with another car ride. At least I don't drive like a crazy. Much." he served the car just enough to give the feeling of off balance putting one side on a rise of sand purposefully. This was his last chance for a while, the road was starting soon.

Giving a yelp as he swerved them, she lifted her head and playfully smacked his shoulder. "That's not funny, Panther!" Her heart beating quickly, she gave a sigh and shook her head. "Crazy! You bloody crazy, Panther."

"That was mild." he laughed at her smack. "Hey don't hit the driver, I might really loose my focus." his smiles planted on his face told a different story. Scaring her was fun. The pavement showed up and he drove on it, staying in the correct lane. No sense in getting pulled over.

"No, distracting would be if I started taking my dress off right now." She smirked a little, and it was rather obvious that would NOT be happening. As they got to the paved road, she chuckled and shook her head, still finding herself amused by him.

"Ok, I admit, that would be more then a little distracting." he commented. And he would definitely want to look. But he didn't say that. Instead he kept his eyes peeled for any police and drove the speed limit, making sure to stop at all the right places. For some reason he was just a little paranoid, more so then he was before joining Team Rocket. Thankfully it didn't take long to get there. He was feeling a little warn out from driving and the itch of nervousness.
