uwasa smiled at her responce." Well when you have been alive as long as he has you tend to be smart. Plus he owns a few companies that he runs on the side that's where the regular money comes from." He then heard he question about how he looked so young and onc eagain kinda chuckled. "I forgot to tell you my race ages very differently, once we reach about twenty we no longer show signs of aging. When we die we also die differently we turn into mist and then that's it but we can do things like transfer our power before we die. though that is risky to the person who recieves it." Some of his food was being completed the subs where first he started to eat one he had amazing manners.

Fera watched him eat for a moment and sipped her tea. Her only response to his info about his race was "Ah," In her mind she was thinking, When I hit 60 I will be wishing for that. Well I guess demon age smiler and I can learn to shape-shift. She looked down at the ground then around again. She slowly set her tea next to her on the counter and pulled out a book from what seemed like nowhere. It was from the huge library, she had swiped it when no one was looking. She opened the big book that said, "Demons and the horrors within." Her eyes quickly flashed across about ten pages in the time a normal person would take to read 1 maybe two.

Uwasa smiled at her responce and finished off his sub and walked tot he fridge and pulled out a can of coke. He then saw her pull out the book he reconized the title and sighed and shook his head. "Please do not take any books from my fathers library as it is very dangerous." He said as he walked up to her as if to take the book. "If you want regular books we do have a regular library the books in that one are fine." He just remembered his last freind who took something from his father he was the same man who killed his sister and mother.

Fera looked up from her book and pushed off slightly from the counter so she was holding herself up with one hand and the book in the other. She pushed her foot out so her high dark heals pushed softly against his chest. "Oh come now, this is only a book about pasts and memories, the only spells in here are the ones that were cast by the demons themselves. And from what I can tell." She flipped through some of the pages with her thumb. "There aren't any in here that I don't know...corse I would never use them, I don't really like magic. Oh and regular books tend to boar me they don't last very long." Her eyes continued to run across page after page of text.

Uwasa fowned and was about to reach for the book when she put her heal on his chest. "You do not understand i do not even read his books for fear of the secrets they hold." He then heard her say that regular books are boring. "If you want spell books and that the other library has tons just my father keeps the dangerous ones. Now you may not have one of the dangerous ones now but i do not want you to take any others because there are some in there dangerous to me." He did not know how much she could resist magic so he told her this so she could stay safe he had already lost two poeple to one of those cursed books.

Fera held her foot up still not looking up at him. "You should not fear secrets for they are there if you know them or not. And you shouldn't fear these books, they can't be dangerous. They are just books. In the hands of a stupid reader they could be dangerous but I'm not stupid now am I?" She looked up over the edge of the book at him then back down at the pages. There was so much information on demons and their pasts. She flipped the page one more time and lowered the book slightly with wide eyes. "What...?" On the page, like every page, was a drawing of the demon that the pages that followed described. She started to breath a bit faster as she looked up from the book at Uwasa. A confused look was painted on her face. "It's....me." She spun the book around and showed the book to him with the full blown portrait of Fera dressed in old dark robes and she seemed to be floating.

Uwasa he looked confused then frowned as her remembered somthing. He then frowned and turned away and walked over to another counter. "Yes it was you more or less you are her there are two explinations. That is you in a former life or that is you and you lost your memory my father could tell you but i can not." He was afraid that she might end up like him have to live up to a great name something that was near impossible. "So if you want to ask my father you can ask him when the spell is ready ok. Also read up on the demon maybe you could find out more about that demon, she could still be alive." He pointed out as he tried to make her feel better.

Fera turned the book around and let her feet hang. "How could this be? NO! That is me...the birthmark." She spun the book around and showed him the picture again as she pointed to the girl's thigh. There was a brown spot that looked like a dagger. With her free hand she pulled up the skirt she had on to her hip showing her upper thigh where there was the same birthmark. "This is really strange." Her head immediately became light. She shook her head and lost her balance. She fell over slightly onto the counter and held herself up.

Uwasa looked at the picture and just shrugged."I have no idea what to say like it could be you it could not. Like for all we know you could have lost you memory but if you want my father could preform a spell to find out." He said trying to help her out he then saw her fall tot he counter and rushed over to grab her incase she fell. "Hey you gonna be ok?"He said looking worried about her.

Fera shook her head and pressed her eyes together, she was really tired. "Yah, I'm fine I just felt all the sleeplessness come over me again." It was strange...no one had ever done anything like that. I mean he even had come over to help. For the most part people just used her as a tool or for pleasure. She opened her eyes enough to see him. "Listen I'm sorry I'm such a nuisance...I guess it's just my way." Her hair shifted slightly as she turned away from him. "Here," She scooted the book at him and didn't even want to look at him. How could she? She had been so rude and mean. Many pulses of sorrow and hate for herself flowed though her and passed into him.

He sighed shook his head and smiled."You are not a nuisance."He said still staying close incase she was about to faint again. "Now cheer up alright i'm not mad at you just worried." He was telling the truth he did not trust his dads library at all and did not want to lose someone else to it. He looked at the book and pushed it back to her. "Keep it we can use it to find out what that picture means alright." He said giving her a small smile.

She could feel him again his emotions his worry. He wasn't lying he really didn't want to use her, well not as of now. Fera pushed herself up and off the counter. "I'm very sorry but I would really like a place to rest now." She looked at him for a moment then embraced him in a soft hug. She slowly backed up looking almost shocked. "I'm sorry about that...heh don't know where it came from." She turned from him and grabbed the book with her face in it. It must be the lack of sleep that is making her have such strange mood swings.

Uwasa sighed and was about to show her to a room when he got hugged. "Um...that's ok i don't mind realy."He then left the kitchen deciding to clean it up later and showed fera to a room. He went to the room from before and opened the door for her. "Here you can sleep here i will wake you when my father is ready." He said and was about to turn to leave.

Fera let her long red hair fall in front of her left eye as she walked behind him with her head down. The empty halls were kind of depressing and only made her lack of sleep come upon her quicker. Her eyes were heavy and the sleeplessness washed over in small waves. She gave him a small nod as she passed him walking into the room. She spun around as he spoke to her but when he turned she gave a small smirk. "What you're not going to stay with me? I know you can feel the sleeplessness as well."

He turned and looked at Fera and sighed he wanted to stay an dhe was tired but he did not want to get to involved. "Fera.....it is hard to explain but i just dont want to get hurt again." He then turned and walked to the door, he paused and looked back. "I'll be in the room next door if you need anything." He then began to open the door.
