So, I've kind of just got basic concepts right now. I want the colorist to improvise as much as they want, you know... Take my basic ideas and expand on them? =] I really like the Otami Jewelry item. I'd like to edit in one pose of the jewelry. The headpiece with long, tipped blue and orange feathers, and the big, chunky gold earrings. His wings will be completely white. I want him to look like a paint horse. Dark brown points, white body. DRAFT BODYSTYLE! 8D That's all I've got. "Wild" hairstyle, with blue/green feathers. Other than those basic ideas, I don't mind if the colorist expands and adds a bit. I'd really like him to look natural, tribal, and kinda fierce/intimidating. Maybe some other jewelry, or painted-on markings? Like war-paint? I will specify below in separate sections so as to not have one giant paragraph of description text. Eye: #07c0bb - No special designs needed. Main body: I would like for the main body to be colored with the gradient in the background of the image above. However, I would like her colors to fade from the darker green at the top of her head to the brighter green at her hooves. Mane/Tail: I would appreciate it if you could make her hair long enough to reach the ground. I would like her mane and tail to both follow the gradient pattern in the woman's hair in the wallpaper, from a bright red to the lighter orange at the bottom. If possible, I would like braids to be featured in her mane and tail as well. Designs in General: I would like to have that black design in the upper left hand corner of the wallpaper to be featured somewhere on her main body. It doesn't particularly matter where to me, but if it's possible I would like it featured there. I would prefer markings like mottles and speckles along the back and wings, and some tigerseye like striping along the legs and the ends of the tail. The mane starts out black where it grows out from the spine and fades quickly into a mottling of the rose color set (addendum after ref was colored) and fade to pale pink/white at the bottom. Eyes are dark pink, as are hooves, horns, and the various spikes. Teeth remain white. Wing style: Style one. Tail style: Demontail. Horn style: Demonhorns two. Mane style: See edits section below. It should end hanging around her ankles, but not to the point that it would drag on the ground. Also I would like the thin fleshy part on her wings to be translucent, but not so much that they're actually transparent. (I'm hoping this can be done simply with a coloring effect, instead of adding further edits or cost. If not, disregard it and color the wing normally.)

Eyes: Bright, lime green. (If possible, could the whole eye be green and glowy? If that's a mutation, forget it~)
Pelt: bright green, black socks, biohazard symbol tattoo on her neck, sided by a "barbed wire necklace" tattoo.
Expression: I'd like Gousei to have a quirky grin, perhaps slightly narrowed eyes.
Accessories: She will have a string with attached glowsticks resting across her rump (see ref) and matching bracelets.
Hair: Black and green streaked in color. Short "top" style for her mane, chunky, with bangs, trails into a long "wrapped" braid that runs into a "cylinder" held together by glowing rings that are colored/glow like Midori's bracelets, ends in a brush. Colorist has free reign on the tail style! I'd like it to be something unique, though. :3
Hooves: Lime green.
Other: Black eyeshadow, colorist is free to add/adjust her makeup if it suits her better. Light lime freckles.
