Mink slowly made her way thought the tunnel the mushrooms still covered the walls meaning that she didn?t need to use her torch.

Jimbo followed close behind Sigyn as they got to a narrow bit in the passage. ~keep your eyes open Jimbo I don?t like this place~ Eowyn said from her perch on his back.
Jimbo nodded and almost walked into Sigyn as the others had stopped just outside the passage.

Mink looked around it was the ruins of what looked like an old temple. The left half of the building was just a pile of rubble but the right looked ok .walking closer mink saw some pictures engraved on the wall.
Most were faded and hard to make out but one section stood out very clearly.
It showed an Allicorn being forced into a cave with a dragon. The next section was missing but the last bit showed a person lifting up a horn and an object in the shape of a dragon. Then handing them to two different people. One went into the cave the other went into the woods.
?that?s the tale of the caves.? Darkshroud Said motioning them forward ?there used to b a lot of them around at one point but then they all disappeared a few years ago.?
?who the people like me?? mink asked slightly confused
?no the winged horses the 2 black ones are the only ones left here. There used to be a whole flock of them but one day I woke up and they were gone.? Darkshroud said walking towards what used to be a doorway. ?this is where the 2 black ones sleep in the day. But don?t worry there not here they didn?t come back this morning so they wont be home till late.?
Mink nodded trying to make out the writing on the wall.
Jimbo shivered as he neared the doorway the pendent was glowing again but not like the last two times.
This time Jimbo felt a wave of emotions flow through him happiness, fear, pain but the biggest feeling was a great sense of loss.

Jimbo jumped slightly as he felt himself moving towards the temple doorway.
?Jimbo? Where are you going?? mink asked putting her hand on his side. She quickly pulled it back as a heat rose in her skin.
Jimbo walked inside the building and looked around. He seemed to know where everything was and where things should be. He glowing pendent caught his eye again pointing down a dark tunnel lading off to the right.
Jimbo turned round and pulled at mink sleeve to get her attention.
?Come this way. please I need the torch ? Jimbo said pawing the ground.
?ok Jimbo I?ll get the torch.? mink said getting used to picking up on bits of jumbos talking.
Jimbo nodded and led the way. The tunnel was very wide and it stretched on of a while. Soon it opened out into another large cave.
Jimbo jumped when thy entered the cave lying in front of them was a Very large skeleton

*Who disturbs my sleep?* came a voice that shook the walls of the room.
Jimbo gulped and stepped forward ?my name is Jimbo and these are my friends Sigyn and Darkshroud and my Owner minkey.?
*You are brave little one.* the voice seemed to chuckle *I have been waiting for someone like you to arrive. I need you to help me Retrieve a special item for me to finally rest.*
Jimbo nodded slightly ? What can I do to help? ?
*There are two black Pegasus grading an item. It?s an old horn with some beads attached. I need you to bring it here to me.*
?why not get it your self?? Darkshroud said rudely shaking his mane
*because little one I can not leave this cave* the skeleton moved lightly and a large chain was seen tying him to the floor.
?I?ll help you don?t worry. I have a score to settle with those two any way.? Jimbo said smiling.
Mink watched in awe as Jimbo stood next to the large skeleton talking to it she could only pick up a bit from Jimbo but she trusted her changeling to make the right choices.
Mink turned when she heard a noise behind her it was the sound of hooves.
?quick over this way ? Darkshroud said daring down a tunnel on the left. Every one quickly moved down the tunnel but Jimbo had a feeling to turn back. Turning quickly he moved back along the way he came stopping just short of the so he wouldn?t be seen.
?well Lord Mothe Phias ,Great Warrior.? One of the sneered ?are you ready to tell us where to find the other half or not.?
*you will not find it as It was written. Only one pure can find the truth* the dragon boomed echoing through the cavern.
?look we were put in charge of the horn of are loved one who you killed. We will not rest till they are avenged and neither will you? nepenthe second one before both left down the way they?d came.
Jimbo quickly bolted after minkey and the others being careful not to run into anything..
?there you are Jimbo. I was getting worried? mink said hugging his neck.
They watched from above as Shadow and dart left from the ruin and headed down one of the tunnels
?we have to follow them? Jimbo said moving making his way down the side.
Mink nodded as they followed after Jimbo.

Taking many twists and turns the eventually caught up with them. Luckily there were mushrooms covering the walls so mink didn?t have to use her torch .
As they looked round the last corner they saw what looked to be another temple only smaller.
Like the other temple this one was in ruins as well. Mink watched as the two pushed a large slab out of the way and walk though the gap.
?you three go hide over there.? mink said pointing to a hidden alcove ?I?m going to get a better look. If threes trouble go back to the dragons cave .ok? mink said hiding her back pack near the alcove.
Sigyn nodded and Jimbo wondered what she was planning to do.
Mink took a big breath in and started to change. In a few seconds where mink stood was now a largish rat. It? fur was slightly blue and it had pointed ears but other then that normal.

Mink darted off towards the opening and slipping through found a dark coroner to hide in.
In the middle of the room was a large marble slab and floating above that was a horn ~ that?s must be what the dragon was talking about.~ mink thought. The two seemed to be gazing down at the table talking in hushed tones mink couldn?t make out.
?well I think we should try the beach this time we haven?t looked there in a long time maybe it?s there.? Dart said tossing her head.
?ok but I wasn?t to check this grove here again next to the beach. So we?ll work are way down.?
Shadow replied between grooming her wings.
Mink took that as a sign they would be leaving soon and made her way out through the door and back to the others.
?Well what?s going on?? Sigyn asked when mink had morphed back.
?the horn?s in there above a large table. They seem to be looking for something or someone.?
Mink was cut off as the shadow and dart entered the main area again and pushed back the slab.
They waited as they watched them leave and making sure they were far enough away mink left the alcove.
?right guys we need to move it that means every one helps.? mink said shifting into another form.
Taking there places they pushed at the slab and with there combined strength It moved aside.
Jimbo walked in and once again the same feelings washed over him.
Mink quickly grabed the horn from the table and felt a warm tingle go through her hand.
?ok guys lets get it back to the dragon.? mink said heading out.
With the help of Darkshroud they quickly made it back to the main hall.

"close you eyes and let your self go." Doclia instructed closing her eyes as well
"don't worry about anything. Just be free. Remember the mountain top where we met. Travel there."
Jimbo did as he was top soon he could see the mountain top where they met in front of him he could just make out Doclia.
"Carry on past the top and into the valley below. Here is where my people live. Here is where you must come to name them." Doclia said her form lowering to the ground.
Jimbo did the same letting his mind follow slightly worried that he couldn't see her he looked around the others there but although they looked the same Doclia wasn't to be seen.
Moving through the crowd that had gathered around him he heard many whispers calling to him
"Come Forward Son. Let us see who our daughter has bonded too" came a voice over the others.
Jimbo watched as the crowd parted in front of him and he walked to a raised Platform where he could see Doclia and an older wolf.
"This is my mother leader of are packs we were once at war but have since joined together to live as one" Doclia said nuzzling the older wolf gently
"It was a shock when my daughter did not return from her watch but to know she is free of here makes us happy. We are pleased you brought her back to us "
Jimbo wondered why she had said 'we' or 'us' and not 'I' or 'me'.
"mother I have found someone to help us leave. He knows of others who can name us."
There was a mummer from the crowd at Doclia's words until the older wolf raised a wing.
"This news is pleasing. To long have we stayed here. Bring them so we can be named"
"well that's a problem. The others can not travel here. They have not found the way." Doclia said hanging her head
"What I ask is to let me and my partner be a relay in naming them. So we will be named the others but we will speak them here."
The old wolf thought for a second before turning to look at Jimbo.
"We will accept this arrangement. But there are Rules you must follow.
1. Never Speak another name here, not even your own, unless you are naming
2. Never go to the other side of the hill when travelling here
3. Only one may bond with an other. No more or it will be fatal.
You must go now but we will meet again at each naming. Please take care of are daughter "
Jimbo nodded and following Doclia he left.
"how do we get back?" Jimbo asked drifting next to her
She turned to him and giggled "Just open your eyes"
Jimbo opened his eyes and blinked a few times to clear his sight. He was back sitting his field looking at the house.

Jimbo woke up and slowly looked around his new stall. It was larger then his last one and he was nice and warm.
Standing up he shook the loose bits of bedding from his coat.
Taking a better look around he saw his Sleeping area took up most of one side.
On the other side were shelves with a few of his thing already on. Under them was a large chest and two boxes with more things in.
"Well I mIght aswell put things where I want them." Jimbo nodded to him self opening one of the boxes and lifted thing out.

After about half an hour every thing was perfect. well to Jimbo they were.
Jimbo smiled to him self as he pushed his door open and went out side.
He smiled whan he saw a large feeder right next to the door.

Quickly eating his breakfast he trotted out of his gate to explore the new indoor garden.

Ceres traveled down the road, a firm yet soft hand was placed on the side muzzle of Nightfall. She walked next to her, the hand was more to guide, as she didn't use ropes to constrain.

Once at Minkey's, she led Nightfall around back towards the stalls. She found a plan dry stall and led Nightfall in. "She'll be home soon enough."

Nightfal gave a timid look, and nudged Ceres. She didn't want to be left, but Ceres insisted. "It will be alright. Trust me!"

With that Nightfall stamped a hoove, and snorted to agree. Ceres turned and left. She went to the the house, and put a note on the front door.

Nightfall is around back in the stables. Thank You!

Nightfall jumped slightly as there was another thump from another part of the stables. It was quight cold here and Ceres had seemed to be gone for hours.
Nightfall curled up in the dry straw and wondered what her new owner would be like. She had only known her old owner a few days before they left.
~i wonder if they'll like me. Ceres said that they already have another changling i wonder if we can be friends~
Nightfall jumped up when the large door was opened. sticking her nose over the top of the stall door trying to see who was comming.

Mink opened the door to the stables. here was jimbo's first stall where Star and Daybreak still stayed when they wanted to.
She heard somthing moving and caught sight of the little grey muzzle stiicking over the door next to Jimbo's old Stall.
Minkey moved slowly towards the stall so she didn't scare Nightfall with her approch.

Nightfall couldn't see over the top of the door but she could hear somone comming she backed away from the door passing form foot to foot.
Slowly the door opened and Nightfall took her first look at her new owner.

Minkey smiled warmly as she looked at nightfall. she looked just like jimbo had when she had brought him home so long ago.
"Hello Nightfall. I'm Minkey. Welcome to you new home."
Mink held out an apple she had brought from the house with her

Nightfall moved forward and happly eat the apple but she was happy just to see another living being.
Mink smiled and gently scratched her head just between her ears. and smiled as nightfall lent into her hand. Things were getting off to a good start.

~ This is a nice person~ nightfall thought as mink scratched between her ears when she moved her hand and put it on her side like Ceres had done leading her here She followed as mink led her out of the stable.

Jimbo had just finished putting his stuff away and , like mink had told him too, Put the other items in the room next to his.
He'd taken his chance to have a snoop around while he was there.
It was more or less like his. but diffrent colors. Where his room was reds,blues green's and browns. The other room was mainly purples and dark blues. apart from one wall which was painted with a golden sunset.
He had gotten bored of waiting for minkey and decided to see what she was doing.
He remembered her saying something about the old stable so quickly trotting through the garden he reached the outside doors. He had Just walked out when mink had just taken off her coat.
When he saw her put it onto another changling everything suddenly fell into place.
The extra room, The other blankets, the extra food and why she kept looking at her watch while she was out shopping.
There was yet another member of the Family. and Jimbo couldn't of been happier.
Quickly trotting towards them he saw the changling move behind mink and he suddenly relised just how big he had gotten.

Mink Smiled at Jimbo who was grinning like a fool.
"well this is good timing Jimbo. This is your new Sister Nightfall."mink said scratching nightfall behind the ear again. as it seemed to calm her down.

Nightfall relaxed slightly when mink scratched behind her ear. And seeing Jimbo was a changling ,like herself she smiled slightly.

Jimbo smiled at nightfall.
"Hello nightfall. I'm Jimbo you can think of me as your Big brother if you like. Welcome to the family"
Jimbo turned to mink still smiling. "Mink is it ok if i show her her new room?"

"Well that would be up to nightfall." mink said looking towards nightfall.
"do you want to see you new room?"

Nightfall looked between Jimbo and mink. and then nodded slightly. Before following Jimbo closley through the Large doors.
Looking round she saw mink close the door behind her and walk through a door to the right of Large ones.
Nightfall panicked slightly. "Where has she gone?" she asked jimbo nudging him.


Jimbo looked round and saw the kitchen door close behind mink.
"oh dont worry sis. That door's leads into the kitchen. minks just going to make us some lunch." decinding that he should give her a quick tour before going to her room he kept walking down the garden to another door.
whispering softly jimbo nodded to the large green door "Thats Loki's room. we have to be quiet because he's just gone to sleep."

Nightfall looked at the door and whispered back "Is Loki another changling? like us?"

Jimbo thought for a moment. "He's not a changling. but he is like us he's an avaling mink raised from a small figure. you'll meet him later. let me show you around."
Jimbo showed her the whole garden. where she could find the fruit trees where mink stored the fresh alfalfa.
Soon there was only 2 room left.
"This one here is my room. you can come in any time you want." Jimb chuckled slightly as night fall looked up at the set of large doors wide eyed.
"dont worry you dont have to push or pull them open if you want them to open just step on the pad here." Jimbo said putting his hoof onto the pad.
there was a slight whoosing sound as the doors opened which made Nightfall move a bit closer to jimbo.
"Theres another on the inside aswell so you can open the door from the inside.
Well that leaves on room left yours." Jimbo said nudging her towards the doors.
"they work the same as mine. wh not give it a try."

Nightfall looked down at the light purple pad neat the doors. carfully she places her hoof onto it.
the doors opened with the same sound that jimbo's had and Nightfall looked around her new room.
Steping carefully inside she looked first how the pad so she could get out again. after finding it she looked around.
It was a large room with a large couch in it. it was big enough for her to lie on.
behind that was a large screen. looking round the screen she saw a large area filled with fresh bedding.
moving back to the main rom she boticed a large unit in the corner trotting over she opened it and found it had a few shelves inside but it was quiet empty. next to it was a table with and a CD player on it. turning to the door she notced there was a book case aswell.
"wow" Night fall said sitting on the couch. "is this all mine?"

"unless you want to leave. Yes this is all your's" came another voice from the door. Min smiled and brought in a large tray of fruits.
"well i hope your ready for lunch. I dont know what you like yet so i got a little of everything."
Mink placed the tray on the end of the couch and all three tucked in to there lunch.
