If you're talking about the shoulder throw as I know it, You're pulling my arm over the back of your shoulder. I just moved you to the side, and dopped all my weight, levering it onto your shoulder.

Nope. I've done it rather easily to a number of people. Just put your foot out to trip them once they get close and drop your body a bit to let inertia carry them over you, then WHAM!
