 The Kingler looked quite satisfied as he managed to flatten the obnoxious Totodile. However, what it didn't count on was the Eevee and Pichu coming to the rescue. Its beady eyes went wide as it was electrocuted, causing it to stumble back and release the Totodile. Leaping out of the sand, the little water type hopped a couple times. "Dile!" Before running at the Kingler and chomping down on one of its legs in a Bite.

Shooting a sharp breath from his nostrils, Umbreon turned to watch them run out into the battle, not bothering to follow them in.
He watched their first attack, before the annoyed Umbreon turned and walked back over to his master.”Umb” he growled, sitting down next to her.
Faleen crossed her arms over her chest, watching Umbreon walk back over to her, giving him a confused look before she glanced back over at the fight, he certainly didn’t seem in a rush to go battle, instead leaving the three smaller pokemon to take on the Kingler.
"think they can handle it?"

Hiromi acted fast when the Kingler was suddenly distracted. Turning, she began kicking up as much sand as she could for a Sand Attack. She didn't know any damage inflicting moves, but she could assist in distractions.
Gizmo shook himself off when he was hit with a bit of electrical recoil, then jumped off of Hiromi when the Eevee began to use her Sand Attack. Taking the risk of another attack, he used Thundershock once more on the Kingler.
Kofuku bit her lip. "I sure hope so; Nina won't be any good against a water type like that Kingler.... Hey, you think we might be able to catch both of those pokemon?" Reaching into her pocket, she pulled out a few pokeballs in their usless, small state.

"Once she's trained up properly she'll be able to get to the point where type won't be a problem" she's seen it before.
Turning her attention momentarily from the battle, in time to catch sight of Kofuku pulling a pokeball from her Pocket.
giving a slight shrug, looking more of less indifferent
"yeah we could, they're wild."
she honestly had no interest in either of those pokemon, but if Kofuku wanted them, then this was a perfect opportunity.

Being outnumbered, and with an electric type on their side, the Kingler seemed to think twice about harassing the smaller Pokemon. With the second thundershock the large water type decided that self preservation was the best option and quickly beat a retreat into the surf. It soon disappeared below the waves. The Totodile chased after it until it was in the water. It stood there at the edge of the water and dusted off its hands. Job well done! "Totodile!" It exclaimed, its eyes turning to happy n's. n_n

Hiromi grinned and wagged her tail, a feeling of accomplishment washing over her. She'd just help to scare off a Kingler! Looking up, she noticed her trainer walking towards them and immediately began wagging her tail even harder, incredibly happy to see her person.
Gizmo had chased after the Kingler as well and now stood on his hind paws between the Totodile and the ocean as the water lapped against him. Seeing the glint of a pokeball in Kofuku's and, he readied himself for anything.
Kofuku moved quickly, enlarging the pokeball and then throwing it towards the Totodile in attempts to capture it. She didn't wait a moment for the beam to even come out before she was barking out orders. "Gizmo, stand guard, don't let it escape. Hiromi, prepare charm." Both pokemon perked up at her commands and moved to follow through.

The Totodile did a celebratory dance by hopping up and down from one foot to another. Completely oblivious to the approaching girl and the ball she held. That is until the ball clocked it on the back of the head. "Dile?" It was sucked away... and the ball fell to the sand. It wiggled once and then popped open! An angry looking Totodile emerged and shook its fist at Kofuku! "TOTODILE!" That was a cheap shot! How dirty! It then spouted a water gun at her. (( OOC: DOESN'T WORK HERE SORRY! 8D ))

Umbreon's ears flattened back as the other Grunt and her pokemon moved to catch the Tododile, watching to see the outcome.
Faleen stayed where she was, also standing with her pokemon.
she raised a brow when the first attempt didn't work.
"Fuku, you should probably weaken it some" she advised, watching the Tododile attack her friend.

"I know, I wanted to give time for Gizmo to blockade the escape route." Kofuku hadn't been hoping for that first attempt to work, it would have been nice though. No, she'd been wanting to keep the pokemon from disappearing into the surf, however now she was soaked from the water gun that had hit her square in the face. Spitting out some water, she coughed. "Hiromi, change of plan, Attract!" She hoped this pokemon was a guy.
Hiromi, feeling rather lowly for following orders, jumped down in front of the Totodile and winked at it, using Attract on it to attempt to get it to stop attacking her human.

Well the odds were in her favor since most Totodiles were male, and in fact this one was. Little hearts appeared in the Totodile's eyes as the Eevee used Attract. "Totodiiiile..." the water type swooned.

Umbreon winced when Hiromi used that move against the Tododile. she certainly wasn't shy about that move... he felt the water types humiliation.

"Yes!" Kofuku clapped her hands together, a grin on her face. "Alright Gizmo, it's your turn! Use Thundershock on him!" Oh, this was fantastic! Feeling the adrenalin begin to rush through her, she kept her eyes on the prize.
Gizmo's ears perked and his cheaks crackled, then let out a Thundershock attack towards the Totodile. Hiromi continued to wag her tail and 'flirt' with the wild pokemon, attempting to keep it's attention on her.

"Diiiile!" The thundershock was painfully super effective! And caused the water mon to snap out of it long enough to realize what was going on. Traitors! Ingrates! He helped them out and for what? For them to gang up on him! "Totodile dile!" He shouted angrily, growling and then firing a water gun at the Pichu. "Toto!"

Umbreon snickered, the foolish pokemon. they were Rocket, what did it expect.
"ohhh, that thing looks pretty pissed Kofuku," she cooed, a small grin playing along her lips as she watched from her comfortable distance.

Gizmo winced as he was hit with some electric recoil, then got up just in time to be hit by the water gun. Rolling backwards, Gizmo ended up flopping onto his stomach. Hiromi, seeing Gizmo getting hurt, quickly ran to the Pichu's side and nuzzled him to check on him before turning back to the Totodile. Her ears dropped down, it was obvious she really didn't want to be fighting; as it was, she felt horrible for attacking the pokemon that had come to her rescue.
Kofuku frowned when Gizmo went down. The Pichu wasn't fainted, but he was probably close to it. Enlarging her second pokeball, she threw it at the Totodile, biting her lip. If this didn't work, then she'd have to beg Faleen for the use of her Umbreon.
