The stallion composed of a chocolate storm smiled watching her. His eyes melting into her own coat mixing into a sea of affection that was slowly flickering inside.
"Let us go for a spirited walk then. I think standing here won't help us do anything but stare into the grace of each other's eyes." he chuckled with a toss of his brazen black mane, flowing so lyrical and free.
"I'd like to learn more about you, perhaps about this area." he said with an almost embarrassed face that glowed with a strange feeling. Thinking to himself that not knowing this land was pretty pathetic in agreement. How in the world could you love someone if you didn't comprehend anything about them? Now he felt stupid but seemed to hide it well with another nibble to her flank.
"So what do you say m'lady Ardia?" he queried blowing softly as he was itching to prance about. He was never one to stay in one place for a long period of time it seemed.

'It might,' she gazed at him for a long moment, and then looked again, confused at how powerful her feelings were. 'You want to know more about me? That I can tell you. This area? I'm probably as new to it as you are. I like it here though, and even more now,' Ardia nickered softly as he touched her flank. She started walking, heading for a small hill that was in the opposite direction to the Village, glancing over her shoulder to see if he was following.

He stood there for a moment watching her move like poetry in motion, his eyes melting once more. Snorting he shook himself out of his daze and danced along till his strong legs met up with hers. Once again he gazed upon her, the melting intensity filling deeply as it always did.
"This land is quite a scenic masterpiece. I'm glad I chose to wander into the area. It gets lonely up in the mountains. And that flutter is something else to hang around. I do think she's on a permanent sugar high." he said with a brief chuckle before he pranced upward toward the hill in a childish yet fun game of wanting to race her.
"Up for a little run? First one to the crest wins." he said with a wink.

Ardia smiled at him, shaking her mane as he joined her. 'I've not been up in the mountains. Is it colder up there?' she kicked at the ground, chuckling to herself at his show of exuberance. 'Sure,' she said, clipping past him, and then kicked off, stretching her legs and taking off at a gallop towards the top of the hill, her tail and mane streaming behind her, petals falling from the flowers adorning her.

She accepted the invitation and that being his cue. Though he wasn't a throughbred, he could run like a wild storm afterall. A brief smile curved his lips as he pawed the ground. Then with a flick of his flowing tail he sprinted into a gallop to catch her.
As he watched her he melted again, that beautiful form that was created to run with him. The flowers in her mane, the sweet sound of her hoofbeats thundering the soft ground... this is what he dreamed. He outstretched his powerful legs as he concentrated on the crest. She was quite beautiful he kept repeating over and over. Though in his adoration he didn't realize that the windswept petals and the vision behind him was slowly edging closer to the crest. He was way to mesmorized to even comprehend it.

Ardia paused, slowly into a canter as she neared the top of the hill. She turned, smiling as she realised he had yet to catch her and reared a moment, hooves kicking the air, before landing on all four again and continuing her gallop up to the top of the hill.

Sheridan laughed outloud that his sides ached with the fact he was going to loose his romp for sure this way. He stopped dead right and giving in to his failure. "Well now... Lady Ardia... it seems you've beaten me. But I won't be crass saying I enjoyed watching you move like poetry. Say let us stroll to beach and check out the scenery."
He trotted up to her and nudged agaist her playfully. The beach would be perfect to spend time with her. The run was just the beginning. He was prepared to take that chance.

Ardia blew out a breath, shaking her mane and dipped her head in humour; 'I did it seems.' she pawed at the ground, unused to such complimentary language about her looks. 'The beach?' she lipped his mane gently and nodded. 'I've never been there..do you know the way?' she waited for him to lead her.

At the beach; Rein_Carnation He stepped like a flamenco dancer, mane flowing like liquid within the calm wind. Head bobbing with a certain finese he went onward to the beach. Knowing she'd love the fantastic scenery that was going to lay out like a vision swept up only in one's dreams.
His hooves sunk within the sandy texture, though the footing was quiite decent with no condensation to grab and hold. Arching his neck he looked quite regal next to her wondering if he should follow his thoughts.
"Well here we are Lady Ardia. Do you like the scenery?" he queried with a small nibble to her withers. Sayuri_Nitta Ardia stepped carefully, not quite sure she liked the way the sand shifted under her hooves. But the view was a fine one she had to admit, and she stashed away her worries about sinking under the moving grains and flicked her tail, blushing again as he touched her. 'I do..' she watched a moment, listening as well, to the wind moving the thick grass at the edge of the sand, the endless waters rushing in and out ahead of them. Rein_Carnation The stallion looked at her deeply wondering what was on her mind. She was so beautiful. He had known her for not even a span of time, and yet his heart played a melody unlike any other. What was it about her, the question looming yet not as horrid as it seemed. He snorted in contemplation, purposely moving close to her, his shoulder just barely touching hers. Whispering almost he began to speak once more to her.
"What is your dreams Ardia. What do you want to see say 10 years from now. The deepest thing you'd forever cherish?" Sayuri_Nitta Ardia was startled from her comtemplations by his nearness, and by his question; 'That I hadnt wasted the time. I want...family, foals to watch grow and meet their someones, and have their own family. And love..' her mane was caught by the wind as she turned a little, neck arching to look at him. She blew air through her nostrils and asked him; 'And what of you, fine, dancing stallion that you are. What would you like to look back and think fondly of?' Rein_Carnation His smile was deep as it flowed upon his face. It was a mere possibility that he wanted to grant that wish of hers. But... time was in escence of this point, where just desires would lie if patterned correctly.
"My thoughts lie with wondering where and who I'll be with that many years past. To still masquerade and live as one should. But...", he blew outward watching her, his eyes seemingly glowing with radiance, "What if I were to say that those thoughts were mere reflections of what I really wanted? If to say that your dream and mine might become whole?"
He blew outward again gazing at her as his tail swished back and forth. Had he just murmered sweetly what his thoughts urged him to say? If so then fate had turned her cogs in this great world. The world set before them like a storybook. Sayuri_Nitta Ardia listened to his florid speech, ferreting out the meanings within; 'Are you proposing some sort of courtship?' she asked delicately. If she was wrong...well she would deal with that. She looked towards the sea again before speaking once more. 'I think...that if I was to entwine my fate with a stallion, that I would pick one like you,' she looked sidelong at him. Rein_Carnation His head leaned inward as he nuzzled her with short breaths from his great lungs. She was indeed quite special if she understood logic from a flamboyant character like him.
"Is that what you truly wish for? For you are most beautiful when you speak of your heartfelt desires. Long have I traveled these lands, met many a pretty face, and seen the lands before me, "he notioned with a toss of his head, letting his soft forelock travel on the wind's breeze, "but I will not speak ill truth when I announce that you have captured this fire that burns so free. One so beautiful that she could stop a stallion's heart with a single breath. Poetic I am not. But sincerity I am. Lady Ardia..." he paused as he looked into her shining orbs with a perfect smile and grace about him. Waiting to say what his heart was beating in his fine chest. Waiting to hear her sigh in contentment when he spoke finally of his own free will. Sayuri_Nitta Well..asking outright certainly bought one results. She pawed at the ground with a hoof, shifting the sand as she strove to find a way to answer him without stammering; 'I do...and I am the un-poetic one,' Ardia spoke haltingly. 'But you are the only stallion I've ever let into my heart..and as quick as this may all seem, I feel its right.' she stepped forward, placing her hooves carefully and pressed her nose to his. 'If you wish this, then I wish it also.' she lipped at his nose tenderly. Rein_Carnation The stallion stood like a radiant flame as he felt her warm breth upon his muzzle. His own deep breathing caused his sides to expand and retract in harmony. A smile slowly curved his muzzle with wonderment knowing he was indeed falling for the tender hearted mare in front of him. Of course his thoughts dabbled with fears and torments of his actions. But to be there, looking in her darling chocolate eyes, was to melt rightfully away and be in happiness.
Reaching outward he nuzzled her thoughtfully, breathing in whisps through his nostrils, "Then as fate decides Lady Ardia.... I am yours till the end of time. No mare has ever captured my heart as you have." He lipped at her muzzle with short whinnies as his forelock fell, draped over his eye, flowing gently upon her own beautiful profile. Sayuri_Nitta 'I'll be sure to keep your heart safe then,' she nudged his nose with her own, her tail swishing side by side behind her. She lipped his nose again then looked at the sea once more. 'This was always be a special place for me now,' Ardia said, looking back Sheridan. 'Come...I want to see the water more closely.' and she turned, stepping a little down a dune, heading to the shoreline but not without him. Rein_Carnation The sun was setting on the horizon as a magnificent hue blanketed the sky in shimmering purples and pinks. He mused a bit on the union that had set itself in place like a puzzle, completed and perfected. He moved with a dance within his mirrored steps. Every time he arched his legs he seemed to waltz in his stride. Following her, his eyes were afixed directly to her every movement. And the thoughts sitting within his churning thought... Now what was going happen that he had devoted his life to one mare.
The sea stung his nose, though he didn't mind as long as she was happy. Blasts of salt soaked into his senses as he neared closer to the surf. This was a time of rememberence to be this close to the water.
"I'm betting you shall not forget this little escapade today will you? Its something I think will make me remember the beach more so than before." he nodded as his steps brought him directly to her side. "You and I have a long time ahead of us. Have you decided what next you'd want to see or do? If I have it in my power I will grant you anything you desire." He leaned in and nuzzled her even more closer than before. Inhaling her sweet scent that made her even more beatutiful than he had noticed before. As the sun began its course of returning beneath the horizon, he felt a calmness being there in the splendor of nature's majesty. "Ardia.... I know now...I love you." Sayuri_Nitta The scent of salt was heavy, and she even tasted it in the air, as they stood near to the crashing waves. The colours that streaked the sky as the sun slowly moved towards the horizon made the moment even more romantic, and her heart light. This was an good moment, a fine memory to keep always and Ardia turned to look at Sheridan as he spoke, the wet sand making a different noise under her hooves from the dry. 'I won't forget it...even when I am older..and my mane is grey.' she smiled. 'Next?' she fell silent a moment. 'Are you planning on leaving to go to your mountains tonight? I don't want you to...' she was shocked then into stunned silence. A love declaration so soon? She searched her feelings, was she there yet? She held him in very high regard, and she could see herself bearing his foals..but love... was that what her feelings amounted to? She moved to stand next to him, her side gently bumping his and her tail flicking. 'I love you to Sheridan,' she said sweetly. Rein_Carnation The stallion frowned slowly as his ears perked to her every movement as the waves crashed and returned back to wence they came. "Eventually I have to return back to that origin, otherwise they will seek me out. But for now I wish to give the world to you. That is if I am able. I wish not to leave your side m'lady." he blew softly and nuzzled her with his affection.
The romantic moment swirled about them with seasalt and the smells of things far off. His heart was open to only her, and that was something new to him. Sayuri_Nitta Ardia nodded, grateful that she had time with him for now at least. Though she thought that when he did return she would go with him; but she would see. She shivered, turning out of the winds direction, and she lipped at him. 'Let's go inland again. The night brings a chill to the air, and the people of the Village will have their fires lit once more.' Rein_Carnation The dancing stallion whose steps were lyrical yet choreographed nuzzled her once again and nodded, "It is growing more fridgid as the sun sets. And the fires will be a welcoming sight as the night sets in. Hmm I forgotten there a predators lurking when the light is gone." Turning his head back from wence they came he looked at her thoughtfully. He had made his undying love into a reality. Fate had spun her web of dreams for them both. Now it was the flirtatious stallion's turn to see that the web stay intact and unbroken. Watching her only for a moment more he stepped outward toward the dry sandy footing. Whatever was waiting for them in the near future was theirs to grasp. He was quite content now as he walked with the one he called his soulmate. The curtain now closed once again, till the future play would commence.

Ardia nodded then went to the fore, leading him back to the Village, the night gathering around them, and the air losing the days heat quickly. She clipped towards the edge of a field, pausing to look back at Sheridan before continuing.

He moved in a nostalgic pace his head bobbing rythematically as he kept his stride. Fluid muscles formed his solid form, coat gleaming silky smooth. He was quite content to follow her. So much better not to be directed back to the mountains by the others. Sidling up next to her his eyes deep and expressive he gazed at where he would be spending most of his time in the future.
She, as always upon first glance, was beautiful in her own right. He smiled happily in his own thoughts though his ears perked toward any looming threat would possibly jeporadize their future.

Ardia danced around Sheridan, hooves alighting on the grass, the familiar feel of it a comfort after the strangeness of the shifting sands. She nuzzled him briefly, then carried on leading him, leaving the field area and walking onto the grassless earth that marked the boundary of the Village. She walked down the largest path, following the distant glow, and finally they came across the main fire, the sound of the snapping and cracking logs in the flame a welcome sound. 'Here we are,' she said, for lack of anything greater to say. She was still a little dazed at what had transpired at the beach, and she looked warmly at Sheridan.

He followed her with a keen ear to the outside realm that circled about them. The smells of the crackling wood, simmering in the fire made his senses perk to the life in which revolved around Ardia's life. Warm and comforting the flames danced as they waltzed to the darkened sky above them. Shimmering yet deadly creations almost hypnotizing against the solid darkness.
He watched her gazing upon him, as if struck by the arrow of the immortals. Dedication and persistance is what he felt linger in his heart and soul. Now was their time to shine, as brightly as the dancing embers crackling and rising upward.
"So we are." he chuckled with a small nibble to her shoulder. His eyes dazling as the fire reflected within them.
