Evari waved a hand at Roxy's concerns, giving a bit of a shrug. She was sure she'd have enough. Xai always gave her a lot of money. She wasn't quite sure where Xai got this money but she always seemed to be able to give her a lot of it whenever she needed it or asked for it. Evari didn't think there was anything wrong with this picture, her Xai not having a job but being able to provide her with any amount of money that she wanted, it just seemed to be perfectly normal to her. "I'll be fine...er...nervous?" Evari chuckled, her eyes flickering in the direction of Gera for a moment. Was she nervous? Well, kind of. She didn't like the feeling of this strange boy looming silently over their shoulders. It was unnerving. It made the deepest pit of her stomach churn. C-could he stop that?
"I'm okay...uh...I came here with my Xai. She was behind me." Hopefully Xai had been smart enough to follow close behind, which she had. The woman was just on the other side of the store. It suited Evari just fine, she didn't want Xai interrupting her fun. Though Gera was making it kind of awkward. Geeze, Gera. "S'he all ya got?"

It had taken Roxy a couple of moments to figure out what the problem was. "Oh don't worry about him. You get use to him staring." She stated rather bluntly. Giving a wave of her hand as if to dismiss Gera's weirdness. "He won't do anything." She continued to try and encourage Evari to not be scared of Gera. He was rather intimidating though, Roxy however was just desensitized from him.

So he did it all the time. Erf. How could Roxy live with that? It was so weird, so creepy, so uncomfortable. It was weird! How could he...w-was he some kind of robot? Won't do anything? He already wasn't doing anything! That was the creepy part! Evari giggled nervously. "Um...o-okay. Wanna go pay for these then? I wanna take 'em home." Not that she was trying to leave Roxy behind or anything, she definitely didn't want to ditch her, but she wanted to get these CDs paid for and claimed. They were going to be hers!
"I see my Xai over by the dancey music..." Evari pouted. Go away, Xai. She didn't want you here yet.

Roxy nodded her head taking Evari's hand in her own as she wanted to let her friend know there was nothing to be worried about.
"Suuuuure we can go pay," SHe agree'd tugging Evari towards the check out. If her brother was bothering her the best thing would be to move her away from him right?
Of course Gera followed in closer pursuit...so..perhaps that hadn't been very helpful at all.

Evari was glad to be tugged to the checkout counter and away from Gera...until she heard him following. Damnit! She didn't want to tell him to go away in front of Roxy, he was her brother and that might upset her if Evari snapped at him to leave, but uuuugh. Next time she saw Roxy, and she was going to make sure there was a next time, she was definitely going to make sure Gera was not there. "We should have out again!" She put a little emphasis on the 'we', looking to Roxy with a grin. We. Her and Roxy. No Gera. Nope. None.
They made it to the check out counter and Evari paid for her new CDs, taking the bag and squealing with delight. From what she'd heard this chick was awesome! She couldn't wait to listen to all this new music! Yay! Aw...but...did this mean they had to separate soon? No fair! She liked Roxy! Evari freed her hand from Roxy's to wrap her arms around the girl's neck, hugging her and leaning all her weight into the girl. "Rooooxyyyyy I don' wanna go hooooooome." Home was booooooring, Roxy was fuuuuuun!

Roxy was a bit surprised to find the hug but she only giggeled and nodded her head and wrapped her arms around her new friend. GIving her a BIG squeeze as it to help her feel better.
"Yes yes we should! We could have ever so much fun!" she agree'd with a nod of her head. Getting together again with her would be a lot of fun!
SHe looked over her shoulder at her brother who was staring at them. She sighed inwardly at the idea of dragging him with her..again.
"Oh...but if you go home then we can get together again sooner!' she explained with a nod of her head.

Yes, they could have a lot of fun! Singing, dancing...Evari was going to see if she could learn these songs so she could sing them with Roxy. That'd be awesome. But Roxy's logic was very reasonable and seemed to cheer Evari up, she gasped and stood up straight again, still hugging onto the girl. That was right! The sooner they parted ways the sooner they could see each other again! Though that seemed kind of silly to think of it like that...oh well! "'Kay! Next time we'll play other stuff." Instead of hopping from tile to tile and being followed around by her creepy brother. A glance was cast at Gera when she thought about him, grimacing faintly but trying her best to hide it. Creepy.
Nevertheless, he was Roxy's brother so she had to play nice. Evari waved a little to Gera and let go of her new friend. "Was nice meetin' ya, Gera." She told him politely, turning back to Roxy with a big smile. "And it was nice meetin' you, Roxy! I'll see you later~." Evari chirped, leaning in to give her a friendly kiss on the cheek, waving a hand at the pair as she turned on the ball of her foot and hurried over to Xai with her new CDs. Xai smiled when Evari reached her, waving to Roxy and Gera as she was led out of the store and toward an entrance so they could head home.
"Did you have fun?" She asked with a warm smile, tilting her head. Evari nodded up at her, grinning and hugging the bag with her CDs in it.
"Yup! Roxy's real fun!" They were pretty far from the mall now...turning back wasn't an option.
"And did you get her number for next time you want to play?" Evari's eyes widened and she gasped, stopping dead in her tracks. Crap! Crapcrapcrap! She didn't...even...no! Did that mean she couldn't play with Roxy anymore?! Because she didn't think to ask for her number?! No! That wasn't cool! Xai seemed to sense Evari's panic and quickly pet her hair, cooing comfortingly to the glowing child. "Shhh, shhh. It's okay. I'm sure you'll see her again. Come on, let's go get some dinner." Evari sighed and nodded, holding Xai's hand as they headed home. She'd just get her number next time.

Gera didn't respond as he was told farewell, though Roxy on the other hand went to give her new friend a great big hug.
"See you soon!" She called with a wave of her hand as she watched her friend move off with her mother.
She was still smiling until she realized she had no means of getting ahold of Evari again....
OH SHOOT. Roxy tried to see if she could spot the woman and Evari..but they had already left. Pouting she nudged her brother in the side.
"Next time..lighten up a bit...will ya? Sheesh..." She complained though her brother only brightened his glow as if it was some sort of sadistic joke.
"Har har..."
