Tohru Honda

"Oh yeah," Tohru said," It hasn't been long though. You see... my mother died just a few days ago. I've been living here ever since." Tohru looked at Kisa, wondering how she would react. She jumped up from the couch," Well, it's time for bed," she said with a big smile on her face, trying to hide the fact that she was saddened by the memory of her mom's death that occured just a few days before.

Kagura Sohma

Aww man. Akito's probably mad. "Can you stay outside the room? Just for protection," she asked. "Okay," Sabaku replied. Kagura entered the room and closed the door. "Hi Akito. What do you want to talk about?"

Akito Sohma

"You know what I want to talk about. Who was that girl? Why'd she take Kisa away? Did you tell her our secret!? Is she going to replace me!!?" asked Akito, gaining volume with every question. "ANSWER ME!" she commanded. Suddenly, Sabaku came into the room, grabbing Akito to let Kagura explain. "She's just a girl. She got Kisa when she disappeared today. We talked, but I didn't tell her any secrets. She's not going to replace you, no one will," she said with no sign of being angry with Akito for yelling. Akito calmed down and Sabaku let go. "Both of you get out. GET OUT OF MY ROOM!" she yelled. The girls left.

Tohru Honda

The next day, Tohru walked Kisa to Sohma house. They were greeted by Kagura, who was told to take her to Akito. As they walked to Akito's house, Tohru looked around the house noticing a small pond and fountain near the center. They arrived at Akito's room.

Tohru walked in. "Hello," said Akito as Kisa and Kagura left the room," How are you?" "I'm fine, thank you. How are you?" she asked. "Heh heh... no one asks me that," said Akito," I'm well. I heard that your mother has passed recently. I'm very sorry." "It's okay," said Tohru who didn't want Akito to worry about her. "Heh heh heh. I was wondering... would you like to live with the Sohmas? Your grandfather is taking in other relatives, right? It would be a bother if you also lived there," Akito said. "Oh really? I wouldn't want to be a bother here either," replied Tohru. "Oh no, you won't be a bother. Sohma house is very big, you see," said Akito. "If it's okay... then... okay..," replied Tohru. "Good," said Akito. Tohru left and told Kisa and Kagura what happened. "I don't know how she knew all that stuff about me though," said Tohru. She didn't notice how worried Kisa and Kagura looked.

Akito Sohma

The girl was going to live here. This is great. I'll break her down and make her suffer. Then she wouldn't want anything to do with the Sohmas. She'll never bother us again."Heh heh heh," laughed Akito. I'll make her suffer as we suffer...

Kagura Sohma

Kagura smiled as she heard Kisa's voice again. Suddenly, she found herself grabbing Kisa and hugging her. "It's been so long since I've heard you voice," she said. "Thank you, Tohru," she said as she also hugged Tohru.

After the hug ended, the three of them went to the pond, which had two koi in it. "I better go home and tell Grandfather," she said," I'll pack tomorrow and come here on Sunday... Where am I gonna stay?" she asked, feeling panic set in since she was going to live with new people in a new place. "Hmmm... I guess Akito will make the decision. She'll probably tell us sometime today," replied Kagura. "Do you want me and Kisa to help you pack up?" "Oh no. I couldn't ask you to do so much for me. I've already caused you enough trouble with leading me inside and showing me around. I can't ask for any more than that," she said.

Kareha Suzuki

As she walked around Sohma house, looking for someone to talk to, she spotted a girl she didn't recognize. She walked over and said," Hi Kagura. Hi Kisa," she said. She looked at Tohru and smiled. "Hi. I'm Karaha, who are you?" "Oh, I'm Tohru. I'm pleased to meet you." They smiled at eachother. The four girls started talking.

(btw, it's the weekend)

"Well, I guess I have to go home and pack. I'll tell my grandpa," Tohru said after a while. The girls walked Tohru to the edge of Sohma House. "Are you sure you don't want our help, Tohru?" Kagura asked. "Yes, I'm sure," said Tohru,"Bye. See you tomorrow everyone." "I'd better get home too," said Kareha.

Kagura Sohma

She walked Kisa to her house and then went to Akito's room. "Akito? It's Kagura. Where's Tohru gonna stay?" she asked through the door. It opened, and Akito said,"She'll be staying at Shigure's house. They really need her. She seems like the kind of fool that thinks she owes anyone who gives her something everything she has. She'll probably clean up after them." Kagura left with no anger at Akito for calling Tohru a fool. No Zodiac member had ever gotten angry at Akito. She told Kisa. That night, Akito called everyone she thought it was important to her room and told them that Tohru was going to live there.

As she walked to Sohma house with the little stuff she had, she remembered the events that happened the day before. She had come home and informed her grandfather of her plans. He seemed disappointed. "I knew you'd move out one day, but not this soon. I can't even believe you're moving in with the Sohmas. It's true my niece and granddaughter are moving in, next week, actually," he smiled," Just know that you're always welcome here whenever you need a place to stay." She smiled and hugged her grandpa.

Kagura Sohma

Just as she had when Tohru brought Kisa home, she waited outside for her, with Kisa by her side. She grabbed Tohru's bag and said," You'll be staying at Shigure's house. It's near the edge, all the way at the back, to the west. You'd better be careful though, he's somewhat a pervert." As Kagura grabbed her bag and started walking, Tohru said," You don't have to carry my things for me. I don't want to cause you any trouble." "It's no trouble," Kagura said," I insist." She wouldn't hand Tohru her suitcase back until they reached her room. They helped her put her stuff away and explored the house. It was quite messy. They met Shigure, and Tohru said," I'll clean up the house once I know my way around."

She was led around Sohma house by Kagura. She looked around, trying her best to remember where everything was. As she looked around, she heard a familiar voice. She looked around the corner and saw the prince of Kaibara High School, Yuki Sohma. He was arguing- more like fighting, actually- with a boy with strange orange hair. "...Yuki...?" she asked.

Kagura Sohma

As she showed Tohru around, she heard her say,"...Yuki...?" She said," Yuki goes to the same high school as you, right? Kaibara High School?" Tohru nodded; she had forgotten that he was a Sohma. Kagura looked at Yuki and saw...Kyo! She ran up to him and started beating him up. "WHERE'D YOU GO FOR SO LONG? YOU NEVER EVEN CALLED ME! I WAS SO WORRIED!!!" she yelled. Yuki walked over as Kagura continued to slap, punch, and kick Kyo. "Well hello Tohru," he said," That's my cousin, Kyo." Tohru looked at him with an expression that asked Why is Kagura doing that? Suddenly, Kagura stopped, and looked surprised at how many bruises Kyo had gotten. "Kyo, who did this to you?" she asked him as if she had already forgotten it was her. She hugged him.

She watched as Kisa left the room but didn't follow her out. She was too worried about Kyo. Apparently, she looked like it because Yuki said," Don't worry Tohru. He's endured this for years from Kagura." He seemed to enjoy watching Kyo get hurt. "I hope this doesn't affect your opinion of us." "It doesn't change my opinion of the Sohmas. Don't worry," Tohru replied," So whose house are you staying in?" "Shigure's. Kyo's staying here too," he said with an annoyed expression. "Oh really? I'm staying here too," said Tohru while blushing. "Let's look for Kisa." "Okay." They left the room and went into the kitchen. Tohru saw a mess and immediately started cleaning it up. "Tohru, you don't have to clean up after us," said Yuki. "I insist. I just want to pay everyone back for letting me stay here," replied Tohru. Everything was cleaned up after a few minutes. Tohru started looking for things to cook with. Kagura came in with Kyo, who she forced to hold her hand. "Are you guys hungry? What do you want to eat?" she asked, still looking for ingredients. There weren't any. "We don't have anything to cook with. We usually get take out or go out to eat," Yuki said with apparent embarrassment. "Let's go buy some." Yuki took Tohru and went out with a lot of money. Yuki let Tohru choose what she needed, and Yuki carried everything; he wouldn't let Tohru hold anything. When they arrived back, everyone had left. Yuki helped Tohru cook.
