Haters gonna hate. You can avoid them by just ignoring them.
Fangirls, however, never go away. Especially if they're into the same things. They can be nice, functional people but when someone flicks that switch... They're like religious nuts.

If we're talking extreme cases, they're both annoying. If we're talking the more moderate, easy-going people I usually prefer talking with fellow fans. Though it can be fun to debate the merits of homo/hetero pairings in a series with someone when there's nothing really on the line. heart
