Well, I must say my view of Lady GaGa has drastically changed. I apologize to everyone who likes her. Lol. Really it changed after I saw Ke$ha's performance on American Idol and I realized that Lady GaGa was at least good at being weird. So, there you go, I kinda like her music.

Ahahaha! Well, she's nice and unique. And maybe that's why people like her; because maybe, even in some ways, she represents the thing that is unique among one of us. That is what I think anyways. 3nodding

LOLCHUCK OMG! Another Gaga lover! YAY!!! 8D I absolutely adore that woman to the point where my face oozes happiness. She is such an amazing performer. I'm the same! I can't stop smiling at her live performances! Her and Elton John is my favourite live one at the momento.

I don't really like her much. :/ Her music annoys me a bit, but I respect her amazing creativity and lack of care for anyone else's opinions.

I don't like her. Really for the same reason I don't like pop singers in general. For one, I don't like singers who rely on microphones to make their voices carry. It's called projection, people. Use it! I'm also not a fan of the gimmicks. Her weirdness? It's all for publicity. Why can't she just go out and sing, and get publicity for her voice and not whatever bizarre fashion disaster she has on?
But, that's just the opera buff in me. If I were to ever attend a Met performance and see a microphone, I'd be pissed because staged operas are meant to be performed without microphones. I'm fine with opera singers using microphones in concerts, especially the open-air concerts in the park, but in general I want to hear nothing but the orchestra and the voices. No electronic amplification devices allowed! And you don't see all of these gimmicks in opera. On stage, obviously everyone's in costume. But, in concerts women wear gowns and men wear suits/tuxedos. No twelve inch boots, or short mini-dresses or anything.
I also think pop music is too simplistic. You don't have the long phrases, or the huge jumps. It's all just simple, plain melodies. You don't really need any vocal agility to sing pop.

I like Gaga's music as much as the next person. She's a fantastic musician, but I CANNOT take all these theatrics she keeps pulling. I know she's trying to stand out and all, but come on there's only so much I can handle before I think everything is just bull. It might be that I'm in the States and I see it more than other people and I'm surrounded by her 'fame monsters', but I feel like she could do all of this without being so freaking crazy.... I'm still traumatized from the Kermit dress....it looked like someone pouched Kermits sad
No offense to anyone. I love her music, but her image is starting to get on my nerves.

I like Gaga. Weird and outrageous is just my style.
If Gaga wasn't the person right now to be so crazy with the outfits, in a few years that could have been me. So you could say we are happy it's her and not me rofl
She is very creative and a good singer, so I guess I am also going Gaga since I like her music (Bad Romance = Favorite).

I don't like Gaga. For my Queen of Weird, it's gotta be David Bowie. No matter what Lady Gaga does, she could never come close to a Ziggy Stardust type thing (even if she rips off his make-up).
And, I'm too much of a lyrics fan. Being a fan of Bob Dylan, I'm used to the lyrics being pure poetry! I can't handle pop lyrics.
I will say, I thought her new song "Alejandro" was an Ace of Base song. I was sorta disappointed when I realized it wasn't an Ace of Base comeback. xd

I'm not a huge fan of Gaga's music videos, but I love her voice. I think her music is fantastic. And I don't think music being simplistic makes it bad. If the music is simplistic in form, it just means that the person who made it, found it more beautiful than a huge complex circus thing going on.
