..:: Realization ::..
Hey Journal,
I never realized that my brother was fragile like that. He always seemed kinda pissed off and strong when I got to see him before... and Mom never mentioned that he was capable of doing that to himself.
I can see now why Mom is so worried about how I act sometimes... I've decided that I'm going to be better than my brother. I'm gonna be someone Mom can rely on, and can count on when she's upset 'cause I don't think Mom has anyone like that. My biggest brother that I haven't met doesn't live near by, so even if he is that person... I think I'll be able to replace him easily.
I guess I owe Deskri an apology... but I don't want to, not right now. 'Sides, he's been sleeping since he hurt himself, so it's not like he'd hear me.
Why did he say I was just like "Kagyaku?" Wasn't Kagyaku a horrible demon that wanted to kill people? I don't want to kill people... I don't see the similarity. Maybe I'll ask Mom, since she's gonna find out about everything anyway....

~ Mother's Day ~ [Roleplay Entry] Hayden emerged from his bedroom early in the morning, as per usual, but something was different. Asu wasn't doing what she usually did. He frowned, and then moved down the hallway to her bedroom. She was still in bed, not making breakfast like normal. That was confusing, normally she was the one that woke him up, not the other way around.
Before charging in to wake her up, he headed over to the kitchen calendar to see if there was a specific reason for it, since usually Asu didn't sleep in without reason. "Mother's Day..." He blinked. How had he not known!? "Gotta do somethin' special." A grin came to his face.
Instead of Asu making breakfast for him, he'd make breakfast for her. It wouldn't be that hard, right? Hayden tugged his stool into the kitchen and stepped onto it so he could pull the recipe book closer. He opened it up and then flipped through to the pancake one.
It took awhile, but he was already halfway done making the pancakes before Asu woke up and came out to investigate. "Hayden, what're you doing?" She came to a stop at the island in the kitchen, staring at him with sleepy eyes. "Makin' breakfast 'cause it's Mother's Day." He replied without looking back, since he was in the middle of flipping a rather large pancake and that needed some serious concentration.
"Oh... thank you." Asu adopted a sleepy smile and sat down at the table. "Were you planning this or was it spur of the moment?" Asu leaned on the table a little and stifled a yawn. "I didn' know it was Mother's Day 'til I saw you were sleepin'." Hayden glanced back over his shoulder with a bit of a grin.
This Mother's Day present would definitely be better than anything Deskri could come up with... Chances were that he wouldn't even do anything.
"You're getting to be more and more like Sono, he used to make me breakfast too... But he wouldn't eat with me."
Hayden mentally grumbled at the comparison. He was Hayden, not one of his brothers. Especially the one he'd never met. "I haven't met him..." Hayden let that be audible. "He's gonna visit, he called yesterday." Asu got up to help Hayden put the pancakes on two plates and then brought the butter and syrup over to the table.
"Is he like Deskri?" Hayden made himself comfortable at the table and started to butter his pancakes. "Oh no, not at all. Sono is... Sono. And Deskri is Deskri, they're completely different." Asu giggled at the thought, but on a more serious note she probably wouldn't have survived if Sono and Deskri had been the same.
After pancakes they settled down on the couch for some interesting Discovery shows, and lazed around for the rest of the day.

~ Insonorise's Visit p1 ~ [Roleplay Format]
Insonorise had arrived late on Mother's Day, but it was still Mother's Day, so of course he had come equipped with Asu's favorite treats and a few presents for everyone. Since it was his first time meeting Hayden, he made sure to get a few extra cool things for him.
Asu had left them in the living room for a moment to go put away the gifts Sono had brought her, which left Sono and Hayden staring awkwardly at each other.
"uh... Hello..." Sono awkwardly offered a hand to Hayden. The boy stared at it for a second before shaking it. "You're really tan." Hayden commented, noting the almost drastic difference in his own skin color and Sono's. "Yeah... don't get any paler than this." Sono laughed a little nervously, but the laugh sounded more like a series of bells jingling than an actual laugh.
"Woah! What was that!?" Hayden stared up at him with wide, intrigued eyes. "Oh, uhm... sometimes my voice steel does that... ugh." Sono cleared his throat, frowning a little. "Asu accidentally gave me a defekted bell." He sighed, shaking his head a little. When he was nervous his speech problem got worse, making his pronounce things weird or break off mid word into random noises.
"Do it again!" Hayden grinned widely, Sono was turning out to be a much cooler brother than Deskri would ever be. "What, make bell noises?" Sono adopted a grin as well and then opened his mouth to let a flurry of jingles out instead of words or breath. "You're way cooler than Deskri is!" Hayden's grin grew a little more, he was sure he'd get along with Sono. Especially since Sono wasn't around to be a threat for Asu's attention.
"Oh, I have a p-p-present for yew, too." Sono turned around to fish two small boxes out of his bags and then handed them to Hayden. "Really?!" Hayden took the boxes and then moved over to the kitchen table to unwrap them. The first one was a collection of CDs, not all of them were new, but they were bound to be in good shape judging from the cases. "Asu told mee that yew laik musiic, I hope yew don't maind that some of them are used..." Sono moved to sit down at the table and leaned his elbows on it.
"Nono this is cool, I can add 'em to my soundtrack." Hayden grinned, looking through the CDs before he started to open the other package. This one contained a pair of drumsticks. "The drums're still at my house, I couldn't f-fit them in the car so y-you'll have to wait on those." Sono nodded a little with a bit of a shrug. "Thassokay, I bet I can find somethin' to use fer drums." Hayden grinned, "thank you!" He moved around the table to give Sono a hug.
"What're you doing, huh?" Asu poked her head out of the hallway. "He got me presents!" Hayden announced, pointing at the items on the other side of the table. "Ohhh, he did. You're too nice, Sono." Asu grinned, shaking her head. "But, it's time for bed. Bedtime was an hour ago." Asu sighed a little. "He can sleep with me!" Hayden grabbed Sono's hand and attempted to drag him off to his bedroom.
"A-ah, give me a second..." Sono followed along a little, but stopped as they started to leave his bags behind. "I can sleep in your room but I need my things t-to come with me." Sono smiled a bit and grabbed the roller bag he'd brought. "Lead on... see you tomorrow Asu." He nodded a bit to her as Hayden dragged him onward. "Night Mom!"

~ Insonorise's Visit p2 ~ [Roleplay Format]The next day Deskri joined them after breakfast, since Asu had called him and demanded that he come spend time with them since he hadn't stuck around for Mother's Day. He was easily guilted into it, but refused to come eat breakfast with them, instead preferring to eat at the dorm.
"What're we gonna do today?" Hayden questioned as Asu started to load the dishes into the dish washer. "We're gonna go to that county fair that set up the other day. And maybe we'll see a movie, and eat out for dinner." Asu grinned, "Sono doesn't come visit very often, so we'll have to treat him to something special."
A knock at the door turned their attention away from the day's plans. Hayden scurried over to it quickly and pried the door open, resisting a scowl at the sight of Deskri. "Mooooom Deskri's here!" He turned and went back into the house, leaving Deskri in the doorway. The grumpy teen entered the house and shut the door behind him.
"Deskri, I have preseents!" Sono announced, seemingly appearing out of nowhere next to Deskri. "Presents?" Deskri furrowed his eyebrows, wondering if presents was a good thing or not. "Yes, presents." Sono took hold of one of his hands and dragged him into the living room. "Wait here, they're in Hayden's room." He grinned and then scurried off.
"Okay...." Deskri looked over to Asu, who giggled and shrugged her shoulders. "What're we doing today? If we're just gonna stay here, I don't see the point in me having to be around..." Deskri took a seat on the couch. "We're going to the county fair, perhaps a movie, and out to dinner." Asu replied, frowning a little. "And you'd be here even if we weren't going out 'cause you didn't stay for Mother's Day." She added a moment later.
Sono returned to the living room and sat down next to Deskri, handing him two packages. "Open the big one at home okay? That's for you and Rasiel." Sono grinned, adopting a mischievous look that Deskri could see even past the geeky glasses he was wearing. "O-okay...." Deskri set the bigger one aside and then opened the small one, which contained a few fiction books along with a cook book. "Thanks..." He looked over to Sono, forcing himself to smile a bit. He was thankful, but he'd never been good at showing appreciation, something Sono knew. "Mmhm, I figured you'd read all of your books... and you'll prolly need a cook book since you've got your own dorm." Sono grinned a little. "Rasiel does most of the cooking... I burn things." Deskri shrugged a little. "I think he'd appreciate the help, then." Sono patted Deskri's shoulder, careful not to hit his scars.
"All right, everyone get ready to go!" Asu called out as she headed back to her bedroom to retrieve her things.

~ Insonorise's Visit p3 ~ [Roleplay Format]After Asu gathered her things they all piled into Sono's car and he drove them out to the county fair. "Are you sure we're gonna be allowed in there?" Deskri asked as they neared the ticket booth. "Why wouldn't we be?" Asu looked back at him confusedly. "He's got wings, he has a tail, and I look like death. Do you need more reasons than that?" Deskri folded his arms across his chest with a sigh.
"It's discrimination if they don't, they'll let us in." Asu shook her head and stepped up to the ticket booth. She paid for the tickets and then helped Hayden put his armband on while Sono helped Deskri with his, and then Deskri helped him put his own on. "I told you they'd let us in." Asu patted Deskri's head and then started into the fair grounds.
"All right, what're we riding first?" She paused, looking around for something interesting. "THAT!" Hayden pointed at the largest Ferris Wheel in the park grounds in an instant. "W-why that?" Deskri stared at it, already beginning to pale. Heights were terrifying when he had stable ground, he couldn't imagine being hung from a metal basket while he spun in a circle going up and down. "'Cause it's cool." Hayden retorted and rolled his eyes.
"Hey, no fighting. We'll go ride on the Ferris Wheel first, and then try something else." Asu frowned at them and then took Hayden's hand. "You hold my hand, I don't want you getting separated from us okay?" She started off toward the Ferris Wheel. "Maybe you should hold Deskri's too, 'cause I'm almost as big as him which means he's still a little kid." Hayden smirked a bit, noting the fury that was growing in Deskri's eyes.
"Oh shush, he had a stunted growth spurt. Get in line." Asu shook her head and guided him into the fenced line. After a few people boarded ahead of them, they all climbed into a basket. Sono made sure to sit between Deskri and Hayden on one side, while Asu sat between them on the other. "Oh cool, you can spin it!" Hayden reached for the disk in the center of the basket. "We're not going to spin it! It's bad enough that we're going to be dangling hundreds of feet in the air from a metal pipe, we don't need to spin it!" Deskri leaned forward to push Hayden's hands away, but Sono reached over and pinned him back against the basket wall.
"No spinning Hayden, I get queasy. And you need to calm down." Sono shook his head at Hayden and then cast a stern look at Deskri. As the Ferris Wheel started up, Deskri grabbed Sono's arm, clinging to it with all of his strength. "Deskri, despite your obvious lack of exercise, you still have a painful grip. Please don't do that..." Sono sighed, attempting to pull his arm away from Deskri. "I'm ******** terrified of heights, your arm STAYS." Deskri snapped back in a hushed voice, keeping his eyes focused on the floor of the basket.
"All right, just stop gouging my skin out with your claws... Don't you ever cut your nails?" Sono frowned, feeling as if his skin was about to break. "Shut up Sono." Deskri attempted to relax his grip a little and then moved closer to the older Meta. Despite having hated his guts when he was younger, he'd come to see Sono as a point of comfort during his time away from the academy.
After what seemed to be forever to Deskri, the conductor let them off of the Ferris Wheel. Hayden and Asu walked off just fine, but Sono had to support a still shaking Deskri as they exited the basket. "Really Des, you need to speak up about that stuff." Sono patted his head with a sigh. "Roller coaster next!" Hayden announced, pointing at the nearest kiddie roller coaster. "Oh god no, not after that..." Deskri shook his head, attempting to stand up completely on his own.
"You don't have to ride. C'mon, we'll go over there." Asu started over with Hayden and got into the line, leaving Deskri and Sono to debate getting on. "It's a kiddie ride, it won't be that bad... And you'll be sitting with me..." Sono shrugged a little, watching as the ride settled back into the starting area. "Fine.... I'll get on." Deskri sighed and shuffled into the line with Sono.
Apparently it being a kiddie ride meant nothing, since the ride was incredibly bumpy, jerky, and went very fast. Deskri ended up practically attached to Sono by the end of it, and even Hayden was feeling a little sick afterward. "What's next?" Asu, being the only one unaffected, pulled them all off and started down the pathway to more rides. "Teacups? They should be nice and gentle." Asu pointed at the ride with a grin.

~ Insonorise's Visit p4 ~ [Roleplay Format]
"All right, teacups it is." Sono herded Hayden and Deskri toward the line, which was relatively empty so they got on quickly. They all settled into a cup, which was when Deskri's red flag went off. "There's a spin disk in here... I can't be on this, I'll throw up." Deskri started to get up, but Sono pulled him down again as the ride started moving. "Too late... this was a bad choice." Sono sighed, not particularly happy about the turn of events either.
"Say cheese!" Asu held up Deskri's phone, which she had somehow managed to steal from him, and snapped a picture. "Awww, you look terrified Deskri... Rasiel and Sonnet are sure to love this picture." She giggled and pushed a few buttons before pocketing the phone. "Nonono don't send them pictures! Where'd you get that!?" Deskri felt all of his pockets, confirming that the phone definitely was his.
Asu simply giggled, amused by Deskri's dismay. Int he distraction Hayden had started to spin the cup, and by the time they noticed it, the ride was already getting too fast to stop easily. "H-Hayden stop spinning this thing! You're gonna make me sick!" Deskri attempted to grab the disk and stop it, but Hayden easily kept the momentum going. "It's s'posed to spin!" He replied stubbornly.
In the end, Hayden won, and the cup spun faster and faster until the ride ended, leaving them all squished together in one spot. "Never. Again." Deskri pried himself off of Sono and stood up, wobbling for a second before making it out of the cup and back out into the pathway with the rest of the family.
The next few rides consisted of one that spun around in a circle and pushed the riders outward and then up, pinning them against the walls. That one made for an interesting picture of all of the siblings looking queasy, which she of course sent to both Rasiel and Sonnet.
After the teacups, they boarded an actual roller coaster, despite Deskri's extreme lack of enthusiasm for it. After that, Sono ended up supporting him as they walked to the nearest snack vendor to get some food. "H-how can you guys eat right now?" He sat himself down into a chair, followed by Asu, Hayden and Sono. "We're not weak stomached?" Hayden offered as a reply.
"Stop whining and settle your stomach down, you're just..." Sono paused, trying to think of an explanation for Deskri's easily upset stomach. "He's a wuss?" Hayden offered with a bit of a grin. "Hey, don't pick on your brother." Asu frowned, shaking her head with a weary sigh. "Lets ride a few more rides, and then we'll go see a movie, okay?" Asu finished off her funnel cake and then tossed the plate into the garbage can closest to them.
The next few rides included a swinging pirate ship, the spider ride, a haunted house, and lastly, the tornado ride. Deskri did not particularly enjoy any of them, but since he'd screwed up Mother's Day he put up with it and stopped complaining every time Asu snapped a picture to send to his friends.
"All right, movie time. Get into the car 'n we'll head to the nearest movie theater to see what's playing." Asu grinned, opening the back door of Sono's car to let Hayden and Deskri get in.

~ Insonorise's Visit p5 ~ [Roleplay Format]"So... what're we gonna see?" Hayden poked at Asu, disturbing her from her staring match with the movie list. "Uhhh... y'know... none of this seems real good... or worth spending 10 dollars a ticket on." She frowned, turning her head to look down at Hayden.
"We could always go back home and watch a movie there." Sono suggested, "it'd save money and I'm sure there's something in your movie collection we can agree on." He grinned a little bit, hinting to Asu that he had something else planned. "All right, movie at home it is. Should we eat dinner there or go out?" Asu turned away from the movie list to face the three Metas.
"Eat at home, I don't think the people in town are nearly as accepting as the county fair people." Deskri frowned a little, he'd tried to go grocery shopping once upon a time, when he'd somehow managed to eat all of the brownies on campus (with help), and was told that he wasn't allowed to go into the store unless someone watched him the entire time. Someone being a security guard...
"Oh shush, you had one bad experience, lets try eating out and if they say no, we'll go home and eat there." Asu rolled her eyes and shooed them off back to the car.
Thankfully the restaurant was nicer than the grocery store and let them in, but it was obvious that they were trying to hide them from the other customers, because they were seated in a secluded area. "Told you they don't like us out here...." Deskri muttered as he opened his menu to look at the selection. "I get along fine outside, you... just look like you'd cause trouble." Sono shook his head, smiling a little.
Dinner went by quickly, more quickly than normal which Deskri of course chalked up to them not being human or really welcome in the restaurant. On the way home Asu snapped a picture of Deskri and Hayden being forced to sit next to each other in the back seat. Hayden of course, put on a smile, while Deskri left his sour look on his face.
Dinner consisted of bow tie pasta, chicken and steamed broccoli, all prepared by Sono since he declared that it was a late Mother's Day present. "Deskri, eat your broccoli. It's good for you." Sono frowned, noting that Deskri was eating everything but his veggies.
"I hate broccoli..." Deskri frowned right back, shaking his head. "I'll make a terrible, terrible noise if you don't eat the broccoli, Deskri." Sono's mouth twisted into a smirk, which meant that he wasn't kidding. "You'll torture Asu and Hayden if you do." Deskri countered, but visibly shrank a little despite his words. "You forget that I can make sound barriers. Eat the broccoli." Triumphant, Sono returned to eating his own broccoli with a bit of an arrogant smirk.
Deskri grumbled inaudibly before grudgingly starting to eat his broccoli. He made a face, disliking the taste and texture, just in time for Asu to snap a picture and giggle. "A-Asu don't sent that!" Deskri dropped his fork and attempted to retrieve his phone from Asu, who was sitting on the opposite side of the table.
"Whhhhy, 'cause it'll give Rasiel cooking ideas?" Asu giggled even more, pushing the send button right as Sono reached over and shoved Deskri back into his seat. "It's rude to reach across the table like that... Asu, you're going to make him lose control." Sono sighed, shaking his head a little. "Oh, the demon's gone, the only thing he'll lose control of is his own temper." Asu shrugged, pocketing the phone and returning to eating her own food.
"Stop talking about me like I'm not here." Deskri frowned, trying to figure out a way to get his phone back before Asu sent something even more embarrassing. After dinner Hayden selected the movie they were going to watch, which ended up being some historical movie on pirates... He was in the middle of a strong pirate kick.
"Okay... Sono, you sit on that edge, Deskri, sit next to Sono. Hayden, sit next to Deskri.. Hey, no whining and no fighting. I think you can cooperate while we watch a movie." Asu pointed at the various spots on the couch as she spoke. Sono obediently settled himself on the edge, and then pulled Deskri down next to him since the younger Meta wasn't being very cooperative despite Asu's words. Hayden hopped up and sat next to Deskri, and did his best to behave himself since Asu had requested it.
"Cheese!" Asu pulled out the phone and took another picture, signaling for Sono to reach around and squish them all together right as she took it. "Goddammit Asu stop taking pictures!" Deskri attempted to wriggle himself free and snatch his phone back, but once again he was easily held in place by Sono. "Oh stop it, she's just giving updates on what you're doing while you're forced to be away from friends. Settle down and watch the movie." Sono sighed and trapped Deskri's head on his shoulder with one arm.
After the movie, Deskri and Hayden were both falling asleep. Deskri attempted to say that he was going back to the dorm, but Sono easily picked him up and tossed him down onto Asu's bed. "Sono I'm not sleeping here, I have to go back home." He protested sleepily and sat up. "But I'm here, you have to sleep over." Sono shook his head and crawled onto the bed and pushed Deskri down again.
"Creeper, get off of me." Deskri frowned and attempted to push Sono off of him. "Last I remember, you liked snuggling." Sono shook his head and simply laid down on Deskri with all of his weight, pinning him in place. "Dammit.. ASU! Get him off of me!" Deskri attempted to wriggle free, but failed when Hayden decided to join in on what he thought was more poking fun at Deskri. "Sleepover!" He announced and snuggled himself in on the other side of Deskri.
"Awww, brother snuggle party... That'll be a cute picture." Asu grinned, flipping the light on and pointing Deskri's phone at them. "NO IT WON'T!" Deskri attempted one last escape, managed to get an arm free so that he was reaching for the camera with a most angered expression right as Asu snapped the picture. "Always so angry, really, they're going to think that you hate your family." Asu sighed and tossed the phone to him after sending the picture.
Deskri didn't respond, he simply felt around for the tossed phone and then attempted to put it back in his pocket. "I'm not spending the night." He stated a moment later with a frown. "Fine, fine..." Sono rolled over, bringing Deskri with him which left his back exposed to Hayden who at that moment, decided that it was a good idea to roll with them.
He didn't hit the scars, but he did brush up against Deskri's back which sent the Meta into a panic attack. "GET HIM AWAY FROM MY BACK! GET HIM AWAY NOW!" Deskri screeched and began to flail about, which made Hayden back away as fast as he could. Sono wrapped his arms around Deskri's and then rolled him back over onto his back. "Relax, he wasn't doing anything he was just following along." Sono spoke quietly into his ear, using a calm tone of voice.
After a few moments Deskri calmed down again, but demanded to go home immediately. As he was leaving Hayden rushed out the door after him, shutting it behind him so Asu and Sono couldn't hear what he was saying.
"I didn't mean to scare you." He announced loud enough for Deskri to hear. Deskri paused, and looked back over his shoulder. "Just stay away from my back." Deskri sighed and kept on walking, figuring that if Hayden couldn't figure out that he was forgiving him, he'd figure it out later. Despite being "angry" all day, Deskri had to admit that it was nice to have a family day once and awhile.

~ Y'know What the Best Part Is? ~ [Roleplay Format]
Hayden slid out of bed and immediately noticed a difference. Things seemed to be a little lower down than they had been the day before. Not to mention, the ground was further away.
"No. Freakin'. Way!" He gave himself a once over, grinning like a maniac. Yessss, he had grown. Finally. He immediately dug out the clothes Asu had bought him in preparation for the day he'd bridge to teenage-ness. After getting dressed he made his way out into the kitchen, feeling like a million bucks.
"I see someone's taller today." Asu commented from her place at the kitchen table. Hayden nodded, the grin on his face didn't even falter when he noticed that Deskri was also at the table.
"Heck yes I am. Dude, you look like a chick. What happened?" Hayden slid himself into a chair and stared at Deskri with a most confused expression.
"I grew. Apparently being an adult means I get to look more female than ever before." Deskri rolled his eyes with the classic sour look on his face.
"Did you get any taller?" Hayden's smirk returned.
Deskri stared at his teenage brother for a long moment before opening his mouth. "No."
"Seriously!? Stand up, c'mon stand up I bet I'm taller than you!" Hayden got out of his chair and moved around the table to pull Deskri out of his chair rather forcefully. Asu, of course, just laughed and shook her head.
Deskri grudgingly stood as tall as he could next to Hayden, who definitely towered over him by a good ten inches. "Great. You've joined the ranks of everyone else in the world that's taller than I am. Big deal." Deskri rolled his eyes yet again and sat down with a groan.
"Hahahaa, but I'm younger than you, which is the best part of the day." He laughed and sat down once more.

~ So Amazing ~ [Diary Entry]
So I grew. Which is absolutely awesome, but the best part of it all is not only am I more male than Deskri is... I'm also TALLER.
The guy has purple freakin' lips now! And I SWEAR his jawline like, smoothed out or something. I honestly mistook him for some random goth chick for a second. Hahaa this is just amazing.

~ Alone ~ So Journal,
I'm pretty much alone. Freya's gone, haven't heard from her in ages. Uhhh... I talked to this kid at the Halloween Ball, but he ditched me for some snake-haired girl.
Sooo yeah. This sucks. I might check out the chat system the school has.. see if I can at least make virtual friends.
Deskri's been acting unusually friendly. I mean, he actually agreed to talk to me on the phone the other day. I read online that people who are suicidal suddenly seem a lot happier before they do it. Mom said his boyfriend disappeared of the face of the planet... again. Makes me wonder why he's even still with that dude, I mean, if someone ditched me like that I'd drop 'em like a rock. Just goes to prove that the guy just seeks out people that're gonna turn around and stab him in the back.
Sono hasn't spoken to us in awhile. I called, but he said he was drowning in research projects and didn't have time to talk. I guess being a scientist sucks a**.
Soo yeah. No one's around. I thought your teen years were supposed to be full of like, partying and friends?

~ Who's the Man? ~ I'm the man. Or rather, Cedric and I are the men. Hahahaa, the look on Deskri's face when I shoved him under that mistletoe was priceless. Mom even had the presence of mind to get a photo, even though she was totally not in on our plan.
So anyway, backing up, Cedric approached me after the secret santa and asked if I would oblige in a scheme he'd been working up, and we all know I love schemes, right? Especially if the involve some form of messing with Deskri. The guy really just asks for it, you know? Whining all the time like that really just makes the people around you want to give you a real reason to whine.
Anyway, he explained to me that he was about ready to disembowel him, but before he did that, he was going to make one last attempt at getting my thick-headed, retarded brother to see that his sister liked him. I have no idea why she would like him. I mean, look at him! He's all skin and bones, barely eats anything, he looks like death 90% of the time regardless of his actual mood, he complains like no other, AND HE'S GAY.
Or rather, he was gay. The plan worked. Mom is already going crazy and making plans for grandchildren.
I. Cannot wait. To get out of this house. Oh god. Thankfully Cedric and I are supposed to share a dorm, I'm sure we'll get around do having more bad a** shenanigans. Plus there are bound to be some chicks in the dorms. It's hard to attract the ladies with your mom following you around all the time. Maybe Deskri wasn't entirely crazy for wishing she'd just leave him the ******** alone.

~Again?~ Hayden had been living in the dorms with Cedric for awhile. But not very long. So when he woke up one morning and realized that he was taller than he had been the night before, he was a little surprised. He hadn't grown that long ago, but there he was, already an adult. Not that he minded or anything.
Unlike Deskri who took ages to tell anyone that he'd grown, Hayden called Asu as soon as his morning routine was over. It was then that he was told about their plan to adopt two new additions to the family, and aid one of them in getting rid of a "bad thing" as Asu called it. He was reluctant, but ended up agreeing to help out just in case the Bad Thing decided to get rowdy.

~Playing Catch-up~ So, lots of stuff went down. I grew. Fun times. We adopted these two kids, Moira and Silas so now I have a younger sister and brother. Moira's okay, she's got a head on her shoulders. Silas is just weird. He had one of those Bad Things inside of him, and he's completely illiterate.
Uh...
That loser Deskri got married to Sonnet. Boring wedding. Sonnet is teaching Silas to read and write, and I guess to speak like a normal person.
Uh. I have my own place? It's pretty cool.
Mom is still all over the place and in everyone's business, but whatever, it's not so bad now that I live on the other side of campus. Downside is, I live near Deskri so I get to see his stupid face like, every day. They've gotten real secretive lately. Like, they went out for their usual walk to whatever, but when they came back Deskri had this look of like, utter horror and kept looking around like a paranoid schizo or something.
I guess it's up to me to figure out what he's up to. This is gonna be good.

~Who Authorized That?~ I found out what it was! They went out and made an egg. Who the hell authorized Deskri to have children? He can't even take care of himself!
Whatever. At least once Mom figures it out she'll meddle enough that he won't get to completely ruin them for life.

~Escapees~ Things had gotten boring at the house. There wasn't anything on TV, his only neighbors were Deskri and Sonnet so he couldn't really find entertainment in watching people near by, and so Hayden had decided to go out on a walk.
On this walk, he happened to pass by the adoption center for new parents. As he neared the building, he heard a loud crash and a chorus of giggles on the other side of a fence. Curious, he walked closer and peered through. He didn't remember much of what it was like at the center, but he did know that everyone was pretty pigmentless. The two toddlers he saw on the other side however, were very bright.
They had successfully knocked over a few playthings and found it to be quite amusing. The orange-red one pulled at his companion's arms, directing the other boy to help him stack things until they could reach the handle on the gate. Hayden watched while the two were at work, noting that they were pretty clever for toddlers. Eventually they reached the handle and undid the gate.
of course, they then climbed down as fast as they could and made a run for it. It was then that an idea popped into his head... they were obviously introduced to items, which meant they had to be adopted... and he was old enough to have kids....... his competitive streak kicked in and suddenly it seemed like a good idea to adopt the two kids and see if he could be a better parent than Deskri could. All he had to do was round them up and sign some papers, right?
And so he walked around the other side of the fence, to the side with the gate, and trailed after the two toddlers who hadn't yet noticed his presence.
"Hey! Where are you two headed off to?" He called out to them, putting up his friendliest expression.
They stopped dead in their tracks and turned their heads simultaneously to stare at him. They looked at each other and then turned around so that they could face him,"We gonna go," the red one started,"...to see the playground." the green one finished. He had to admit that was a bit creepy, but cool at the same time. "You know you need a grown up to go with you to see the playground, right?" He move closer to them. They didn't seem intimidated by his approach, or the fact that he towered over them. They took one another's hands and shook their heads."Dun got a mommy,""...or a daddy to take us.""Oh, really?" Hayden raised a brow. "How 'bout this. You come with me back in there and I'll adopt you, so I can be your Daddy... and then we can go to the park." He grinned, this was turning out rather well. "My name is Hayden, by the way.""Do you want to, Pollux?""He seems okay, Castor..."The two nodded their heads and then started off toward the building without another word. Hayden opted to follow after them, figuring it was better to go with the flow rather than say anything that might make them change their mind.
