Okay, yeah, enough was enough even for someone normally as calm and collected as Ranaru. When the Goldrider had appeared just in time to calm her dragon, after Jetta had done whatever it was he felt like doing, the Carpenter felt it was time for all of them to go and for the boys to get their hides tanned by their father. She was slightly cursing herself for letting things get the way they were, angry dragons and a panicked wher at her back, and now she was putting her foot down as the clearly oldest (at least in age, that Goldrider seemed pretty mature) person around, and she spun on her heels to look at Helios.
"Helios, get on Ranask now. If you dare sass me I will make sure I have you cleaning my tools for two months as punishment, as well as mucking out Ranask's rooms. As for you Ranask, let him on and don't you hiss and snarl. We're leaving now, once I see what is happening with Jetta."
There was no room for argument, she was done, and Ranaru stomp-limped over to where she had seen the young woman start to take Jetta off. She wasn't moving to retrieve him, she was mostly going to let him know that he was on his own but in it for trouble from her when he was released. She also planned to make good to the Rider for her transgressions, Ranaru at least knowing that pissing off another Gold from any Weyr was the worst thing to do. Ever.
When she was close enough to be seen, but not close enough to do any damage, she let her voice call over to the group, her anger at the young boy apparent.
"I leave Jetta to you to do as you please, but he should know the moment that he is done I will have him for all that he's worth for not listening to me. Also, Goldrider - you are welcome to come to my home for a meal. I wish to apologize to you for my actions towards your dragon, as well as those of my Wher. To find me you need only ask for Ranaru and you shall get my residence."
She was about to turn and head back, her eyes on the twin still over with her wher, though she kept her eyes on Jetta for one last time.
"You boy, I shall see later. I'm taking your brother and we're going."

Helios heard Ranaru's words and turned walked over to the Wher and got on. He was seething...so he said nothing. Everyone was making him out for being a bad guy and he hadn't even done ANYTHING.
Right now, he couldn't even say how he felt because if he opened his mouth, he'd be doing more than just cleaning tools...He knew that. Instead, his inner anger swelled on how much he disliked everyone around him at the moment, except for Nachith. At least one dragon had a level head...
He realized at this one moment that if he had only come here alone none of this would have ever happened. It would have been a great day. But instead...everyone including his own brother had made his life miserable. He'd find a place later to scream at the universe for his bad luck.

Well, that was...well. Things had gone pretty well, at least initially, for his first time speaking to humans who were not His. It was too bad they'd had to go and insult Sharath and make her angry. With a great sigh, Nachith went back to resting his head. 'Goodbye, Helios,' he said sadly. 'I will tell B'ram about you. Then you can come and see me again.'
At least Sharath's was here now, and things couldn't get any worse. Although, on the upside, his ordinarily monotonous day was now anything but.

Sharath was fuming as she followed Hers to the side, her eyes whirling all manner of red hues. And Amelia was also furious as she stepped between the boy and her dragon, a physical barrier in case the gold decided to knock over Jetta again (which she couldn't really blame her). She waved at the Wherhandler when she spoke, only half registering the comment - she'd look over whatever had been said later. This was more important. "Do you have idea about the things you speak of? At all? Who are you to goad Mine like a flippant child? She was being pleasant, even trying to calm the Wher and you challenge that? Who do you think you are?" Amelia's voice was hard as she spoke, eyes narrowed into a scathing glare, "And if they were observations why were they barbed? She was not being 'mean', in fact the only one who was stirring up trouble was you."
Sharath rumbled from above and Amelia held up her hand in a gesture that caused the dragon to stop her angry sounds. "For weeks we've dealt with the treatment of your community and you come out saying you bear the intent of friendship and then what? You heckle and harass and name call the gold? Are you an idiot? Honestly, if you're looking to improve relations, deliberately goading the visitors is counter productive." She stepped close to him, grabbing the front of his shirt, "I don't want you near my dragon again. And you'll regret it if you cause trouble for any of the other High Reaches dragons. As it is, I'm going to speak to your father about this. And the Weyrleader or whatever he's called here. If this were the Weyr, you'd likely be made unable to Stand if that was ever a goal of yours." The last was meant more of a warning, a reminder that misconduct among dragons hurt your chances to be among dragons.
Really, was this boy stupid?
She just didn't understand the Ghenza way of life. They didn't seem to respect dragons at all!
"Now get out of my sight. I'll be by to speak to your father after I've sorted the mess you've caused." Amelia growled, releasing the boy as she turned to her dragon.
Leave, Sharath spoke directly to the boy, making her desire clear in not uncertain terms.
Is Nachith alright? She spoke to Sharath, looking past her at the blue with a sigh. I can't decide if the boy is stupid or not.
Sharath tilted her head and regarded Nachith, Are you alright? They did not bother you either?
Amelia motioned for Sharath to follow her back to the other dragon and started speaking to them both about what had happened. It was best to get two views of the thing, especially since Sharath was involved and that usually meant an automatic negative bias on the part of whomever was in trouble. Hopefully Nachith would be a witness if needed.

Watched Amelia only from the corner of his eye really, his main gaze was on the dragon, hell he didn't trust her not to knock him on his a**, he'd had enough scoldings any lechurs to let the words wash over him fairly easyily without really registering , just being sure to catch them was enough, he was well aware it was a useful skill to be able to pull up the exact words that had been said to him at time into his memory banks for future use. Esspecialy when they are unpleasent.
Jetta cocked his head, his expression was blank, he wouldn't let them see that he was intimidated or at all ashamed for what he had done. "I understand that you will take the side of our dragon." he told her simply "But that was not a request for Ranask to calm down, it was a command, she might as well have said 'or else' in fact she had Ranask so upset he was ready to attacker, I could see it in his stance, so don't put this all on my shoulders." he told her before a sigh was delivered, yes he had been goading her mainly because he couldn't understand or like her arrogance, but there was a base reason that had made him start down that road in the first place, he doubted that it would matter just as the threats she made a point of stressing didn't matter to him. "That threat hardly holds much weight. Me and My brother are already dragon healres thats enough for us, and Rana is already going to be informing our father. And we arn't a weyr hence we don't have a weyr leader and I don't know what you would consider the equivilant. " still he turned back to watch his twin go and seemed rather listless, like all his previous energies had been drained from him. What he regretted was getting Helios upset, and that was it really.
He knocked her hands back off his shirt and stepped back from her pulling it stright "I have no intention in making trouble for the dragons, if they don't try and command folk here there shouldn't be a problem. Put please do come and see our father for all the good it will do you." he invited her turning on his heel and walking away down the path his twin had taken on the Wher, pausing to place a hand on Nachith's leg. His intrest and attention to the gold and er rider now pretty much non exsistant he ignored them. "I said I'll show you that spot in the forest Nachith and I promise I will as soon as I'm allowed out of the house again without ten pairs of eyes watching my back, I really liked talking to you, I'd like to meet your rider as well." he told him and offered a weak smile, that skin was so smooth, he really must ask the blue's rider for the sample of the oil he used.
He cringed, now he had to face his father and Helios, this was really not going to be pretty.
