Nodding, he walked to the side of the river and hovered over the quickly moving current. He became very still, his eyes narrowing as they looked into the water. Soon enough, however, a paw quickly lashed out to scoop a nice, juicy fish out of the water. Parker repeated the process and caught himself one before he took both of his catches over to Skye in his mouth and set them down before her. "Is this okay? I can hunt something else if you want."

she watched as he skillfully caught a couple of fish, as he walked over she smiled thinking how cute he looked and how kind he was for doing that. She felt the warmth seeping back into her cheeks and she tried to push the though out of her head. "Oh its fantastic, thank you so much" she said smiling again, her blue eyes glittering.

A feeling of happiness filled Parker's chest as Skye approved of the meal. He returned the smile, feeling his heartbeat yet again accelerate. She was...she was really pretty when she looked at him like that. When he realized he was staring, he shook his head slightly and looked down at the fish that sat at his paws. "You're welcome," he replied, sounding almost shy about it. The gray male planned on waiting to eat until his female companion began eating first.

when he stared at her a little she could feel the warmth in her cheeks get hotter, she looked away at the same time he did and thought 'he is so handsome.' she bent down and gently took a little bite of the fish, chewing and swallowing she said "oh it taste really good, you caught some really great fish" she smiled again and took another small bite.

"Is it really?" he asked, lowering his upper body to also take his first bite. Sure enough the taste that greeted him was pretty delicious. "I guess it is good." He took a few more hungry bites until the fish was mostly all eaten before straightening back up and licking his lips. "I'm glad you like it." He was even more glad he'd made her happy.

"yes it is"she smiled at him as he licked his lips and continued to gently and gracefully eat her fish. That was one of things she did that was girly, she ate delicately because that's the way she was raised. She lifted her head again licking her own lips she said "yes thank you so much, I feel so much better" she could feel her heart thumping happily, just being around him made her feel happy.

When nothing but the fish bones remained, Parker took a minute to think about what they could do next. They'd gone for a run, had a snack, and now he hadn't the slightest clue what was next; he'd never really spent this much time with a girl that wasn't his sisters or mother. "So, uh, is there anything else you wanna do?" he inquired, tilting his head a little.

She finished gently picking the boned cleaning and sitting down she thought for a moment as she swished her tail back and forth, "Hm well.." she paused for a moment, she had never spent so much time with a guy before because her siblings were all girls on the exception of her brother but he never wanted to play with her, he just did martial arts with their father. "Well what about a swim? I think it would be a nice cool down, what do you think?" she wasn't sure if he would go for it but it was a shot.

It had been a good while since Parker had gone swimming, so the idea appealed to him greatly. "Sure," he agreed with a nod, standing on all fours again. "We can do that, but we'd better go to the lake. This river has a dangerous current, and I wouldn't want anything bad to happen to you." After saying that he felt himself blush more than he'd ever in his life. "U-uh, I mean it wouldn't be safe and all..."

Walking over to him as he stood up she said "cool, I am glad you want to go swimming" she thought for a moment and then he spoke about how they should go to the lake because the river was dangerous she looked at him when he said he didn't want anything to happen to her. She blushed deeply under fur, she didn't know what to say but she licked his cheek "your so sweet" she was still blushing as she looked towards the ground and pawed at it gently.

Parker's pale blue eyes widened. A sensation that he never once experienced coursed through his body, making him feel slightly dizzy, but mostly happy. He remained frozen in place until he finally snapped himself out of his temporary daze. "Right, well, we'd better get walking. The lake isn't too far," he stated. Before he began off, he gave Skye a little nuzzle.

Skye looked up at him again and was getting ready to follow him when he gave her a little nuzzle, this time she was shocked and just stood there in a frozen daze of blushing happiness. Brought back to reality by her heavily beating heart she said "oh uh yes" she could feel the heat in her face but walked up next to him.

A small breeze entered the area as they began their journey to Grehna Lake. Parker walked alongside Skye, occasionally sneaking little glances at her. He was starting to feel extremely fond of the female fox for a reason he couldn't quite explain or understand, but it felt good. "So, you're a runner and a swimmer? I'm impressed," he teased lightly.

They started to walk and she tried hard not to sneak peeks at him, she was finding that she was having little heart thumps over and over again and when ever she looked at him they grew louder. She didn't know why she was having these feelings but she found that they were not bad feelings. But she liked being around him, it was almost effortless and he made her feel calm and really happy. "Thank you" she said and smiled at him "I am the only girl among my sisters not girly and prissy, I love to get out and about and have adventure but they are the total opposite."

Parker listened intently and waited until she was finished talking before he replied. "I have one other brother, and we're nothing alike, too. So I know what you mean," he said, smiling. They were almost at the lake; he could smell the water and hear it lazily lapping against the shore. Had it been anyone else he probably would have declined to going swimming, but since it was Skye who had asked...he was looking forward to it.
