I would run out there but hopfuly he or she doesnt hear me moving close to them. From there I would make my hand flat, then strike the back of the neck has hard and fast as I can. Then I would grab one of the arms, put it behind the back then grab the shirt and pull that side tord me to put more pain on the persons arm. If the person tried to get away with force the lock I have the person in would put more pain on that arm and the arm could brake. If the person kept putting force on the arm trying to get away the arm would brake.
When I have the person in the lock i would ask my wife or one of my other kids to call the police and to tell them I have the person in a lock.
