"Jog?" She laughed, not at the idea of jogging but at the random shift in conversation... Not that it was all that random, just enough to take her by a bit of surprise. "Not all that often. You know Crystal girls and sweat mix kind of like oil and water." Her smirk was directed at him, followed soon by a slight shrug of her shoulders. "My roommate jogs. She's asked me to come along with her once or twice, but she's usually up way before I am. I have been meaning to look into joining a gym, though... See if there's anywhere I can sign up to learn something about physical combat so I'm not caught completely off guard during a battle when I'm alone."
A brief pause.
"What about you? Mr. Athletic at Meadowview?"

"I love to jog." He beamed again, clearly telling the truth. "I'd like to join a marathon someday, I just never get around to it. You should try the gym though, you might get a kick out of it." He wiggled his eyebrows, a la Groucho Marx as he added. "Don't make me start quoting boring science stuff about endorphins and fitness. 'Cause I will." He continued with a shrug. "Why don't you get some running shoes on and we can discuss the gym thing over a short run." He suggested.
Really they hadn't done too badly working together, and was fishing to try and get the reclusive young woman to consider opening up more to the possibility of working with, and being social with, other Senshi. Who else could they really open up to, after all? Almost everyone else in their lives was in the dark about half of their identity.

At his 'bad joke' (what had to be the umpteenth between the two of them that night) she rolled her eyes, giving him her best 'ugh, no more' groan as they paused outside of her dorm building. "Sleep first... Bad jokes and threatening fitness next time later, hm?"
There was a smile on her face as she turned to look at him, rocking on her heels lightly for a moment as she balanced with her own awkwardness before finally sucking it up in order to just say what was on her mind. "I had a really good time tonight... Serious business aside."

It had looked fairly impossible for his grin to get any wider, or brighter... but it did, until it seemed as though it should illuminate the grounds like a street light, ready for Fred Astaire to dance into, singing. "Me too. I'm glad you came, Batgirl."

"We soldiers of justice always show up where we're needed." Her teasing smirk wasn't anywhere as impressive as his infectious grin, but it was at least something giving way to a little bit more of a lighthearted nature hidden deep within the Senshi of Vengeance.
"Go home... Before we wind up spending what's left of the night out here trying to say 'good night' like two goofy teenagers as opposed to super heroes." This time a bit of a grin did slip into her smirk; amusement, and maybe at least a little bit of admiration for just how brightly he lit up. She brought her hands up, miming a shooing motion. "Good night, Eridanus."

He thought about reminding her that they were both. Goofy teenagers trying to save the world, but he'd seen how she responded to Cavalier Kunzite. There really wasn't a need, though her responding smile made the corners of his eyes crinkle up with the hint of what in 20 or thirty years might be lines from laughing.
"Good night, Corvus. I'll see you around." He promised, rocking on his heels and taking an step backward, a little reluctant to end the night, even if he did need to get back home. "Take care, alright?"
Even while he was saying good night though, there were a few gears turning in his mind. Something revolving around magic markers, and poster board. Hmm. It had potential. Yep. Definite potential.

"You say that like trouble follows me around." She snorted softly, shaking her head as she turned back towards the building, trying her damnedest not to grin like a fool as if she were a normal girl being dropped off by a normal boy after something as simple as a movie... Or coffee... Or anything that wasn't patrolling Destiny City for baddies.
"You're loosing it, Cordy..." She murmured softly to herself as she paused by the window that she was now well practiced in breaking in and out of, glancing back over her shoulder to see if he was still there. That action was followed by another mental curse as she turned attention back to the window, throwing what bit of caution she had left to the wind as she thrust it open, pulling herself up before slipping inside. Teenagers. It was such a b***h being one...
