Karen WashizuPretty In Punk Cornered... Great. " She sounds like my Father. Karen is a foreign name in Japan, though not uncommon. And I have been here for ichi ni san yottsu four years? I moved as a first year student. Anyway I have a little to do before I go to class so I'll see you around yeah?" And with a smile and a spin past Orion Karen moved to leave, picking up her bag and Guitar case ( guitar inside it), slinging it over her shoulder " Ja ne~!" She shouted coupled with a wave over her shoulder as she left the door. the schedule she had picked up was just a formality really, it wasn't like she would be attending all the classes, but showing up was a good idea to keep the teachers happy. Scrunching it a little as she stuffed it into her pocket Karen clumped along the corridors towards the seniors lounge for a rest before classes started, well that's if she decided to go, she was seriously thinking of staying in there all day. " God this school, it's always about who's more popular... Stupid attention whores" Karen mumbled to herself walking past yet another fight about how someone either didn't look the part, or their parents not being fashionable anymore or some garbage, she wasn't interested, but with that b***h Elena in on it that was probably what it was about anyway. Not only that but now she was walking towards the Senior lounge too, but it was too late to walk out. with that Karen sat her bags down on one of the many leather sofas and fetched a coffee from a vending machine towards the back of the room.

A pair of legs that could only belong to one person.
"Lookin' fine as always L" He winked at her as she caught up to him. He pulled her in by her waist and pecked both cheeks. She really was a sight for sore eyes and that was one of the reasons Reyner hung out with her. From her curvy figure to her stone cold attitude, she seemed to mesh with him just fine. They could use each other as much as they wanted and not get sick of it. He might even go so far as to say they were friends but admitting that out loud would be a blow to his pride.
"So Elena, how was your summer?"

~Jenna Burton~ She smiled more as he spoke. "You mean I stick out like a sore thumb." She folded up the map, deciding that it would be of little use. "Well I was going to check out the sports complex, if there's enough time before class." She shuffled her boots, the heels clicking against the concrete. It wasn't such as satisfying gesture with out the puff of dust, but it was still a habit. "How long have you been going here? Are there any tricks of the trade for surviving?" Her last question was half serious, half joking, something to make her feel more comfortable in the whole place. She was glad that she ran into Colton versus others, since he didn't seem to mind her different way of dressing and speaking.

She ran a hand through Reyner's hair, messing it up. Giving her hair small flip, Elena took a step back to really look at Reyner. Damn, he was gorgeous.
"Not the same with all your kick-a** parties Rey! But my mom sent me abroad for awhile, to check out Europe. Absolutely ah-mazing. I don't think I've ever seen so many foreign boys and fine wine in one place. And then I took a nice cruise in the Carribean, so I have to say I accomplished a lot this summer." Elena laughed, tossing her head back a little, gold eye shadow catching the light in just the right way, making her mocha eyes shine. "How was your summer darling?"

____________________________________________ [c o l t o n] → ___________[e l b e]and i hope it gives you hell."Oh, you can't miss the sports complex. It's Olympic sized," chuckled Colton, leading her down the path. "And we've got a good fifteen minutes before class starts, and even then, the teachers are super cool, so they don't mind."
Colton chuckled as Jenna kicked her boots, obviously a habit she picked up back home. He could feel people staring at her, and at him. He could almost read their minds. The boys would be all What the hell is Elbe doing? and the girls would be all Okay, talk about low standards. but it's not like he cared.
"Oh goodness, I've been stuck here my whole life. This whole school is all about learning to just not care. The girls will try their best to cut you down, but you just gotta resist fighting back. The boys will just try to get into your pants, to be perfectly honest with you. We're a school for sluts, bi***es, and man whores. Just try your best not to fall into any of those categories, and you'll do fine."

Nina Emily Winters
Nina just let her eyes glaze over and nodded absently as Elena tried to intimidate her. If anything the girls rant seemed more of a chore to the junior, but she was smart enough to know that by keeping her mouth shut the blonde would move on. As she walked away she muttered, "It's Winters actually, but B- for effort sweetie," Turning her attention to the girl who'd approached she shook her hand, eyes genuine in their warmth and beaming her a wide smile. "She's a bit of a douche everyday. I've heard she has 'doucheitis' this rate disease, it's probably rude to laugh at her...." as she spoke she had a chance to study the girl, fairly certain she recognised her from her year group. "I'm Nina by the way, pleasure to meet a fellow sane person,"

~Jenna Burton~ "Well that's good to know, I have a feeling that I'm going to be late to more then one class today." She followed beside him, ignoring the stares. They still made her uncomfortable and probably would for quite some time, but she was a tough cookie. Jenna managed to keep her normal air and to avoid direct eye contact with the passing students. She got a feeling from them that she was doing something wrong and that she shouldn't be talking to Colton. The whole situation irked her, and brought up a strong wave of her country pride. For a minute she wanted nothing more than to meet each of those kids' gazes with a silent challenge but she turned her attention back to Colton. "So it's basically like any other school, if you take out the band geeks, nerds and normal people and multiply the rest of the population." She shrugged her shoulders to adjust how her old backpack rested before continuing with a warm smile. "Where do you fit in? I'm guessing popular?"

____________________________________________ [c o l t o n] → ___________[e l b e]and i hope it gives you hell."Yeah, it's just about ten times worse than any other school sadly," Colton sighed. Her next question made him think, though. "You know, I'm not really sure. I guess I'm popular, but sometimes it feels like it's for shallow reasons. In this school, if you can flash your wealth, you're automatically on the top of the food chain. All I can say is that Jenna, you're not in Kansas anymore."
Colton smiled at her, chuckling softly. Adjusting his shirt slightly, he lifted his hand to wave to some guys dribbling the ball around outside the complex. A couple of them jogged over, and automatically raised one eyebrow at Jenna, taking in her outfit.
"Hey man, where you been? You disappeared all summer," a boy with spiked blonde hair said. "It wasn't the same without you Flash," laughed another guy, this one with a side sweep of pitch black hair. "Sorry guys, I was out doing stuff overseas and all over," replied Colton. "Hopefully not cleaning out the stalls with this..girl here," said another guy, with a tone of disgust. "Hey honey, cowgirl style is so...oh wait, it was never in," laughed the blonde-haired guy. A couple girls had come over as well, and they all giggled. "C'mon Max, don't be a douche. At least she's got a future," replied Colton, his voice cool. "What the hell man? Not f'ing necessary," hissed the boy Colton called Max. Without another word, they all walked off.
Colton looked at Jenna, obviously extremely embarrassed. He ran a hand through his shaggy brown hair.
"I'm really sorry about them..."

σ я ι o η ✩ ★ ✩ ★ ✩ ★ ✩ ★ ✩ Orion took a quick glance at the schedule after it was handed to her, and then turned back to Karen. The conversation ended quickly when the girl had to take her leave. "Oh, okay...I'll see you around...Goodbye." After Karen left, she sighed. I guess I should start looking for my class so I'm not late...
Orion entered her first period, there were only a couple students in class, which didn't come as a surprise to her. She was always early to her classes. The teacher just glanced up at her, acknowledging her presence, then went back to his paper work. Orion looked the room over and chose a seat in the middle of the set.

❝ A L E X I S__B A E R ❞_______________call me αℓєxA figure riding an old motorcycle pulled into the school parking lot. Gender was unidentifiable until Alex pulled her black helmet off, allowing her long dark brown hair to fall around her face. She roughly combed her hair back with her fingers to get it out of her face, and stuck the helmet under her arm as she hopped off the bike. The bike was an early 1980's Honda, Alex's dad found it at a salvage yard and bought it for her to tinker with. It didn't have an engine, so she had to save up to replace it, and she scrounged together parts for the rest of the vehicle to get it back into drivable condition. Now that she had her license, it was in pretty decent shape to drive from all the work she had done the past couple years. She made her way to the school building to pick up her schedule.
"Thanks." Alex looked at the paper handed to her to see her classes and then walked out of the office. In the halls, hot guys and girls filled the school. Alex was dreading another incident like the one at her last school and decided to avoid talking about herself while she attended Oakwood. At least that way she could somewhat fit in by withholding her geeky tendencies. The first stop was her locker, she dropped off her jacket and helmet. She head to the library to determine what text books she would need for the semester. ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀ ____ѺѺȻ Alex's outfit

~Jenna Burton~ Jenna fell silent as the boys came over, the raised eyebrows didn't bother her so much, she was semi getting used to that. But it wasn't long until the conversation turned on her. This time she wasn't able to stop the blush from coloring her cheeks, though it was quickly followed with the itch to punch the guy in the face. She didn't take kindly to people who bashed the country ways, after all the clothes weren't a style to her but a way of life. She turned her back to the group as they walked away and looked at Colton. "Don't worry about it." She pulled her plaid shirt closed, unconsciously trying to stick out less.
"They'll drop it eventually or get bored with it. I've got tough skin so it doesn't bother me." She turned her attention to the sports complex. The truth was that it did bother her. She wasn't used to the looks, or the stares or being treated like an outsider. Back home she was a normal kid with a good group of friends and might have even been considered popular, but then again it was hard not to be in a class of less than twenty kids. "How about you give me a quick tour of the complex?" She smiled warmly at him, brushing off the whole thing and hoping he would to.

____________________________________________ [c o l t o n] → ___________[e l b e]and i hope it gives you hell.Colton nodded, grateful for the change in topic. Motioning for her to follow, he cut through the lush green lawns, the huge sports complex rising up down the hilly slope again.
"Over there are the stables," Colton started, motioning to the huge green and white barn and rolling paddocks. "Right in front of us is the soccer stadium. The football stadium is down the way a little bit, and the baseball fields are right there," he added, pointing out each huge part of the complex. "All the locker rooms are in the building over there, as well as lounge for the athletes and snack bars in each locker room. All in all, this place is huge. I could spend hours giving you a tour of everything here, but is there anything in particular you want to check out?"
Adjusting his shirt, Colton waved to a few people who walked past before sticking his hands into his pocket. He walked at an even pace, keeping his head forward but tilted down slightly like he always did.

~Jenna Burton~ Taking in the sight she whistled in amazement. "Man you guys have it made here. I've never seen such a decked out place. No wonder it takes two years of milk money to pay for this place." She scanned the paddocks automatically looking for the familiar form of her gelding before stopping herself. He was back in Kansas and probably causing a world of trouble. "I'll probably spend hours lost in this place." She smiled and kept pace with him, hooking her thumbs behind her belt buckle. "I don't want to make you late, but do you know anything about the stables?" Of course she wanted to check everything out, but she the stables were probably the closest thing around to her home turf.

____________________________________________ [c o l t o n] → ___________[e l b e]and i hope it gives you hell."That I do," smiled Colton, happy to give Jenna something familiar. "There are three main barns, as you can see." Colton motioned to a big green and white barn, and two similar blue and white and red and white barns, all extremely long and looking like they could house dozens of animals. "There are some smaller barns that you could rent out, with personal pastures." The smaller ones were much simpler, but still fairly large. "The arenas are inside he barn, as well as scattered throughout. I can't tell you exactly how many paddocks they have, but there are quite a few, and you can also rent those."
By the time Colton finished describing everything, they were down by a couple of the paddocks.
"While we're here, let me introduce you to my pride and joy."
Colton whistled loudly, and the two beautiful black and white horses lifted their head. Cookie galloped over, tossing her head and kicking her back legs, running right up to the fence and pushing her head into Colton's chest. Rockwell was much slower, coming at an even pace and snorting.
"This one is Cookie," Colton chuckled, rubbing Cookie's nose. "And that's Rockwell," he smiled, motioning to the huge Gypsy Vanner. "We have a couple other horses out there, but these two are mine."
There were a few other horses grazing out in the paddock. A dapple grey nipped at the butt of a roan mare, and two little black foals chased each other.
"It's so I can keep a closer eye on them, since my parents are gone. But this is Oakwood stables," Colton grinned, motioning to the rolling acres of grass and horses.
