"These aren't my clothes..." Devon muttered, rubbing the fabric. "I don't like it."

Igor nodded at Devon. "I will not have you for long my dear Temperance."
Kai grinned nervously, trying to recover from the sudden shock. "Nice suit though." He pulled at his. "Silk I'm guessing."
Ringo smoothed out her dress. "I don't mind."

"Very well." Devon agreed, sitting in a chair and crossing his arms over his chest.

"Now, Fortune, Lovers, Temperance, you all saw the phenomenon called the Midnight Channel tonight didn't you?" He looked at Kai, then Ringo, then Devon.
Kai nodded.
Ringo raised an eyebrow and nodded. "Yeah."

Igor nodded. "Good. It was your last chance to see it before I summoned you. The Midnight Channel only works on rainy nights by the way, I don't think that made it to the rumors that were started." He looked at Margaret.
Margaret faced the three. "Tomorrow, after the rain clears up during your sleep, and the fog rolls in, your class representative will die. And her body will appear in your world."
Kai's eyes widened.
Ringo gasped and looked down.

Igor smiled. "No, she's in the world inside of your TVs. In fact, the collective world that lies behind the screen of every single TV in the world."
Kai shook his head. "Ok, now that sounds insane."
Ringo nodded. "Just a little bit."

Igor shook his head. "Only humans can enter and exit the Midnight Channel. It would be impossible for me, trust me, I would love to deal with this myself. But I am bound to different rules than you.
Kai frowned. "You look human...kinda. That's a huge nose."
Igor laughed. "My dear Wheel, I might look human, but I am not."

Igor sat back. "I am bound to this room, to help the chosen ones move the fate of the world back o a stable path. I am also allowed one assistant. I am to create contracts, and help my clients save the world so to speak. In this case, I am here to make a contract in order to cease these murders." Three contracts appeared in front of each of them. "You simply have one rule. You must agree to suffer the results of your actions, whether they be good or bad."
Kai looked at the contact.
Ringo picked up hers. "That's a big rule."

"That's a very dangerous rule." Devon acknowledged, glancing over the page.

Igor nodded. "You could either be the people who save many from death, and things worse than death, or you could be held responsible for these deaths. If you put those down and walk out of here, many more, people will suffer the fate of your class rep, but you won't be held responsible for them. It's your choice."
Kai grinned. "I'm in."
Ringo nodded. "I don't want people to die."
