-~Z~- Out of all the houses in town, Death's was the sloppiest and most disgusting. This was partly because of Death's lack of hygiene but was also because Death spent very little time in his home, treating it more like a storage container than anything else. However, Death did always have a village guard swing by his house periodically just to make sure it wasn't on fire or being robbed. Without that, the man waiting could have been waiting for days.
Coming into view of his house, Death traveled the last bit of distance via teleportation. He even decided to send himself inside his home so that he could "answer the door." Appearing inside the main room, Death misjudged the height of his floor and fell a few unexpected inches. In a little stumble he caught his balance and walked to the door. Death swung open the door, stuck his head out, and asked, "Who's there?"-~T~-

The man looks back at the door and sighs as he hears the stumbling around the area. He straightens up and moves to the front of the door. When the door opens the man is standing there at his full height of six foot two inches. The hood is still over the top of the head and the shadow of the hood keeps the mans face concealed only the red of his eyes shown through.
"Ahh nice to see you again kind sir?" The man says calmly as he looks around. "I would like to converse with you over a note that I feel that you might have overlooked. And I want to offer you something that you might be interested in... Though I feel that even this public of a forum might be too much for what i want to talk to you about is to be considered top secret."
The man looks over at Death and looks at him closely. "And now do I still call you Zetsumei? Or can I call you Death?" The man says still not taking his hood down so that The man before him can see his face.

-~Z~- Faces were a minor detail in Death's eyes. Usually Death would remember a person based on their soul color since he could see that and it was much more unique, like the iris of an eye. But Death had not remembered this man even though he seemed to know the name Zetsumei which Death used rarely. Either way, the man's identity was not the pressing matter at this time.
Changing his stance to a more balanced position, Death responded, "Call me Death for now. And would you mind telling me what exactly you want to speak of? If not then I assume you're prepared to move to a more secure location." Thinking carefully, Death concentrated on a safe location to teleport to if needed for either escape or as the place to talk. He chose quickly and waited earnestly to hear more from this hooded figure.-~T~-

The man looks at Death and just chuckles about this whole situation here. "My this is kinda humorous... It was not too long ago that you were the one that was hiding their true identity." The man says and with that he lifts his hands and pulls down the hood.
The mans hair was red and semi long. His eyes were as red as a burning ember of magma. And his face was pale. It was the face of Rai. "I have a three favors to ask you if that would be alright with you." Rai says as he takes a deep breath. "The first is that the Village Hidden in the Hell Fire wishes to make a treaty with your great village here. The Village elders and the Acting Kage have bid me to make you an offer so that both of the villages will work together in peace... They also wish to show their commitment to this treaty by offering me to you in whatever capacity that you need me to fill." Rai says as he holds up a letter stating almost exactly what he has just said.

-~Z~- The red hair and references sparked his memory and Death realized who he was talking to. Rai was interesting, that was certain, but Death hadn't expected this. "An alliance, huh? I'm sure this new village could benefit from that." Taking the letter, Death read through it carefully and slowly, partially to get every detail and partially because he was a slow reader.
Looking up at Rai, Death asked, "So, you're the ambassador? Tell me more about Hell Fire. Or is that the reason you want to talk in secret?" He wasn't sure how he would use Rai yet, but there was definitely something important about the village that Death had yet to learn.-~T~-

"Well so far this village is small as is Hell Fire at this time but the village elders see this as an opportunity to join forces and create strong alliances. As both of our villages are around the same strength in numbers we will have an equal footing in the door when it comes to negations and things of that nature. Also we can have a training program that joins us both in a way that none of the progeny of either village will have any reason to turn on each other. This will encourage a form of trust and peace that we can both profit from. You have already held a chunin exam and we have not that many academy ninja in my village at this exact moment. Though I do have to admit that the village elders have decided that we should make this peace treaty due to information that we received from my spy that has been sent here a while back. That is what I feel we must talk about in private. I do not want anything to happen to my trusted informant..." Rai says calmly but with an authority that said that he was giving this information as an act of good will.
Rai throws down four or five folders to be able to show death. "I would like to bring in a few of my allies over to this village so that I would be able to do my job so much easier... And that job being protect Midori." Rai says calmly. The folders hold the files of Crais Harcrin, Mizuki Yananjin, Kibori of the black guard of Rai, And Evan Umera. "Sorry that they are so small of files but at the same time this is my team. Mind if you give me invites for them?" Rai asks knowing that one way or the other that they will be part of this village.
